Great place! Awesome people at the office, caring and extremely Helpful. Spent 5 months there when I came down for work in 2019, loved it so much came right back this year 2020 to stay again! Like coming Home!
Best place to live. Peace and quiet and great neighbors and for kids.
Lived here for 26+ years. Moved because I got married. I liked it there. I had nice neighbors. Office people during that time were wonderful. Moved in 2006.
Nice and clean quiet
It a good neighborhood and safe
Lived here for 3 months in the early nineties. Run down thwn. Still looks like it driving by today.
We accidentslly entered thru the second enterance into the residential area. Had some trouble finding the space number we were assigned. Wandered and wandered, finally found the number, it was occupied! Called managment and a man drove over and put us elsewhere. There was broken glass, like beer bottles, all around our space. Picked up as much as we could so we could take our dog out. our view was of someones exposed, under deck of a pile of full trash bags. Ugh! while wandering we saw cars on blocks. Others beung worked on. Unable to hook up to waste line because it was uphill. Just not a pleasent place!
I own a trailer in this park I rent it out... Landlords nice they keep the park well maintained all in all its a nice place to live
Im blocked in at my campsite by, 15 police on full battle gear, big weapons, K9 patrols around the block. Scary neighborhood. Otherwise, the camp is Okay. Electric steady, no bathhouse. Good for self contained RV only. Nothing in all of BHM otherwise.
I love this place because there is security and a place you can work
This place is nasty, theres a mobile home here left behind by drug addicts with trash everywhere and the people who run the place wont clean it up, water main dug up and left with water draining out, illegal aliens doing burn outs in the streets with black marks all the way down redman circle.dogs on chains tied up outside on 2 foot chains left to sit. mexican music playing all the time, kids throwing rocks, kids leaving trash in lots and on the streets, kids unattended running through lots looking in rv windows, cars being stolen right out of driveways.you get to hear people screaming in spanish on a daily basis.you get to hear loud spanish music coming out of trucks driving through.its 500 a month plus electric and thats a big rip off if you ask me.
Nice, quiet, well managed by nice folks.
Nicen clean park
Used to live there, awesome people!
I work out there sometimes. Decent
I visited both of there parks this weekend and let me tell you I was so impressed very clean and quiet . Everyone including the residents were happy and very friendly . Have a strip mall with all your needs a laundromat, restaurant with good southern food and a convenience store with gas . I would camp there any time or live there as a long time resident . They have a small play ground for children and covered bus stop waiting areas for the children. Let me tell you the office staff was so helpful. So please come stay a day or two here if you want good old fashion living .
Safe quiet a bit pricy but convienent location
To many stray animals out or animals just allowed to roam. There are always kids out and playing in the street. Its a nice place to stay for someone who works all day but if I was home everyday those things would bother me
I wrote a formal review of this mobile home community and somehow it was taken down very quickly. Suffice it to say, I really dont like to leave negative reviews about any business but in this case I I feel its more of a matter of public safety than anything else. Carson Village mobile home Community allows vicious / aggressive dogs to roam freely Unleashed and unfortunately a pitbull attacked our beloved pet dog Frasier and ultimately Frasiers injuries were too extensive to allow him to live a happy and normal life and so he was euthanized. I caution anyone who is considering staying here to be cognizant of the fact that there are most definitely Unleashed dogs roaming the premises and that a child could just as easily be attacked as our sweet, very much missed, lovely dog was attacked.Although I do not like the management at Carson Village I do want to impart that this review is not meant to personally slander or defame in any way any person or individual entity who is employed by or works with or for or in partnership with Carson Village mobile home community. I simply want to share the tragic experience that my husband and I went through and also to honestly caution people who do live or who may consider living at this location. I am unsure why my original review was taken down and how that was even possible but I will continue to caution people about this community.
I love the people that are in charge. They are really awesome. Get team they have put together. Love them.
I have been helped by very good people here
Do awesome work. Amazing how mobile homes look nowadays.
Trailer park
This is a clean park. Very affordable. Has a laundry mat on site. It includes trash, water, electric, sewer, good cable, and for the campers lawn service. It is a very quiet park. I love living here.
Management very nice and helpful. Price was right. It looks like there are various areas within the park, some more acceptable than others. I would have liked to maybe choose my site. There was a fair amount of trash laying around. The worst thing was the guy in space 135, who played his crap rap music at high volume, one time for about 20 minutes. Every other word started with f or s and there were lots of kids around. Will probably go back again but avoid space 144
My best friends lives there and I stayed over, nice and quiet and clean.
This place is great rather for a quick stay with your RV or for longer more permanent mobile home people are nice and no craziness
This is a very nice llittle park and it is not far from Phenix Citt Al or Columbus Ga. The price is the best around and the people are very friendly.
A bunch of Thieves live there
Just a place to spend the night and travel on. Does have full hookups. No cable, no satellite. Yes Wi-Fi. No laundry house. No restrooms. No showers. Gravel pads to park trailer on. Grass area unkept. Not mowed. No trash dump. No picnic tables. Some noisy from traffic. Good for the PRICE paid for one nite. Good Sam price $27.00. Managers were very nice. C-Lee was helpful and courteous. The man showed us to our spot and saw that we got parked. We were two RVs.
Whoever wrote the review about trash a d not being able to find the office must not be very swift. Office is very easy to find if you look at the large sign. Its very quite and the management has been nothing but accomodatting.
