Very cool atmosphere. Mrs. Lovoy was very sweet and accommodating, she is also very funny. She makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door and once you get to painting she gives you a boost of confidence making you feel like a true artist. I definitely will be back again for painting and even thinking of doing a pottery class.

Excellent, excellent I love, love, love Wendy Lovoy. This place is for everyone, every race, every gender, every age. Yes every age! Ive been over 20 times and Ive never ever had a bad experience. I cannot say that about many places. I enjoy myself even when I think my painting looks bad thats when it comes out the best! So enjoy this lifetime try out your Picasso skills. I promise you will not regret it. Great for date night, might regret the date but not this night.

I really enjoyed my visit on Saturday..the instructor was great...atmosphere was nice very relaxing. Will definitely be going again..again..and again..

We were promised as a group to have our paintings professionally finished and shipped to us after we put our names and addresses on the back of our canvas because our time ran out. Well that was 4 weeks ago and most of my group and I have yet to receive our painting. A broken promise is bad for business although the experience for me was awesome and was great for bonding time. Yet I have nothing to show for the product paid for. WARNING: Do not leave without your painting! Communication also leaves much to be desired.

My first experience was pretty good. Had fun with co-workers and friends. Second time just did not happen. My friend planned a great birthday party ahead of time, there were about 10 people invited to have Saturday night fun. Everybody was excited and ready when my friend received the phone call from the place hour and a half prior to the party that they will be closed. My friend was very upset. We still had a wonderful time somewhere else but I will not plan anything at that place since it is not reliable.

Ehh, Ive experienced better. I visited this Sips N Strokes location for a friends birthday (a group of 13 ladies). Unbeknownst to us, the deposit we paid did not reserve the entire place for our group...just a reserved table.In my previous visits at other Sips N Strokes locations, I (or my group) have been able to peruse through a plethora of painting options. During this visit, we were limited to only two painting options -- a sports theme or a heeled shoe sports theme. Needless to say, most of us where not happy with the slim selection.Most importantly, there was no true organization throughout the entire night -- no one knew which colors of paint we needed; the manager rushed through her welcome spiel to leave because it was her birthday; and the employee who stayed to assist everyone was two weeks new and, admittedly, did not have any background experience in art. This was definitely a miss for me.

Im so happy that we decided to experience this place! It was on a whim but it was an amazing experience!! Wendy is a great instructor. She beat the TypeA out of everyone even my gf. At the end of class we had two paintings that were of the same theme but vastly showed who we were as individuals :)

We had a wonderful experience at the 280 location with the Wendy Lovoy, awaiting the next session. A must experience., relaxing and fun.

I have been to this location several times, and have had a great time. But this particular visit was awful. The nite started with us waiting outside the door past 7p bc she was not prepared for the nite, once inside, it was a packed house and people were filing in past the 730p start time. This meant that it’s 8p and we haven’t even started. This visit was to celebrate my husbands bday, and unfortunately he wasn’t impressed or satisfied. In the future, open on time, start on time, and don’t allow people to come in late!

Love it! Can’t get enough of it! Fun and relaxing!

When we arrived on time to SNS, we followed the very little instructions that was given to us by the hostess. We were told to go and find a seat, so my husband and I circled the building looking for seats but there was no vacancies, we were told all of the seats that were empty was reserved. We returned to the hostess in need of assistance because there where no seats available, the hostess escorted us to a space that was vacant, so we sat there with no problem still excited about being there. None of the necessary tools were available, so they had to gather tools which was perfectly fine. We receive our board, was told to go get our paint and that they would bring us some supplies to use. After returning to our seats we patiently sat and waited for our tools. By this being our first time we had no idea on how things work, or where we would gather our tools. The gentleman stepped on to the stage introducing himself getting ready to start the class. My husband and I remained patiently seating without tools we needed for our painting. At the time no one was available to assist us, or answer any question we had. Once the hostess returned to her podium she was bare handed after telling us she was going to get brushes, cups of water, and an apron for us to use. By this time the gentleman was instructing other guests on how to mix their paint. I politely approach the hostess asking if I can just be refund because we have been there for a while, we have been over looked and the class has already started without us. She apologize and said she had to go to the restroom because she was ill, I was very sympathetic and polite about the situation, but we had already missed the introduction of the paint mixing. She stated she wasnt able to refund any fees she would have to consult with her superior, which was totally understandable. The hostess attempt several times to contact her superior via texts and phone calls, but there was no response. The hostess had to interrupt the gentleman to obtain an alternate number to reach Wendy Lovoy (the owner). I continue to patiently wait for the hostess to reach her so that I could have my money refunded, and my husband as well as myself night would not be ruined. After the two of them text for a min, I asked was she available to speak with me. I finally got a chance to speak with Wendy Lovoy after waiting a while our conversation was very shocking and unethical. I tried to explain my issue to her, and she was very rude to me, she tried to enforce her cancellation policy on me as if I violated the policy. Which was totally inconsistent with the facts, I did not cancel our seats I WAS FORCED TO LEAVE do to the lack of service. In the middle of our conversation, she told me that two seats were marked off for us, but the hostess overlooked them. How was I suppose to know how things worked, Ive never been there before thats what you have people there for making sure things and being done in a professional manner. Seems like if you blocked off seat for guest that made reservations your hostess should have been on top of things. I expected a professional, respectful, concerning resolution to happen, especially from someone who has been in business since 2003, but how I was handled was the complete opposite. Not refunding me money back, being hostile on top of hanging up in my face is totally unacceptable and isnt the best way to conduct business. She told me she would not refund my money she would only give me a gift card. A gift card isnt unreasonable if she was understanding and showed interest about the situation would have been fine for us to select a different date. She was horrible! That was my first and very last time going to SNS I will never return. I have never encounter services like this before, granted that I am a easy going person and very understanding. I give everyone a chance but this particular business is pathetic. I will be sure to tell everyone about my experience including this ridiculous owner Wendy Lovoy character.
