Im a bit lost on the idea here. On one end, they have a ton of ticket remedial games here that you have to build up for tokens. On the other end, this is in a tourist and casino based area of the country. Theres a ton of that kind if arcade to go around here. The massive positive is that they have a Stepmania machine here: Any 4-arrow based song you can think of is on that one machine for only 25 cents per song. Thats about the only solid non-remedial game they have. No MVC 2 to speak of, where that game is a staple of arcades. No multi-game arcade or many options if you just want to play quick games with no real long-term investment. The best bet is to have more quick winners that you can try and win huge prizes on a few dollars and have more fun for all games where you just put in some money for a short game like Third Strike and bring in people that way. It feels like too much trying to draw in families with no real family setting.Come if you are a DDR person, but go elsewhere if you want something that doesnt involve freeze arrows.
Has childs birthday party here, most economical choice! 100$ for the party and it comes with 100$ coin package, so basically you have the tables for free! Add one available too! Like a pinata!
I recently called this arcade in edgewater mall and spoke with a female employee, whos name started with a T but couldnt quite understand her, I called inquiring information about your birthday parties for my young special needs child. I was met with what has to be the worst customer service Ive ever received from this point on, the employee stated that she didnt know how birthday parties worked and I would just have to come up here, so I asked her some specific questions to see if maybe she knew the prices on the parties, she told me that she didnt know anything for the second time and Ill just have to come up to the arcade or call back when her manager was in, I asked her when her manager would be in, to which she replied I cant tell you that information. Very perplexed from her response, I inquired if there was a website I could look up info online and she said that she didnt know with quite a snappy attitude. I said ok thank and she hung up the phone before I could finish. I dont like places like chuck e cheeses or big play due to there being too many people and my son does not do well in large crowds and assumed this smaller arcade would be a better fit but will most certainly direct my business elsewhere. I found the website and used the number to call and speak with a manager to complain but was met with a voicemail each time, so this is the route I must take I guess.
