All the workers here are not good. The need to take a class on customer service. They dont come check on you like other casino places do. There is a couple that just sit and talk . I would love to work there to sit and visit. There is one girl that remember my name she the only good one there

The entire crew is friendly and really attentive to everyone that goes there. They also have a really good rewards program that pays really well if you can hold back on spending your points right away. Most drinks are free for gamblers, depending on which point level your on. And the drinks served are really good. The liquor store also has a really huge selection with better deals then most places do around the billings area. There is also a bar where you can just sit at, order drinks without worrying about a crowd, and watch any sports game. Only issue is, late at nights it seems like there is a more rowdy crowd thatll show up, but the employees insure that no one is bothered by anyone that might be uneasy.

Montana Lils is tops! Although it isnt a place I frequent, the quality of service, matters not, your regularity to the place. Once you arrive there and greeted, youll be treated like a well season repeat customer. I would visit here again . Although the players club isnt pulling you in with great reward turnovers, even still, I give MLCLS a 4 star review as Im sure there is always a slight room given for improvements. The machines arent that bad either. A night well spent out.
