Terrible customer service and even worse communication. Im a college student who purchased a MacBook and monitors from ES Entertainment and Ive been waiting for tracking info for well over a month. Edrick didnt fulfill a single promise, offered a plethora of excuses, and still has yet to get back to me with any sort of update (on a purchase of ~$3,000!).Ive had to resort to filing a claim and now I need to wait for around another month before I can even get my money back and purchase a new laptop for school. Ive never had a worse experience purchasing anything from a company or individual. Im not sure how all of the other ratings are 5 stars when this is how he conducts business, especially with a college student needing a computer.
