Nice customer service

Never showed up for child’s birthday party. Tried calling. Voicemail is full. No child should be in tears on her birthday. Not to mention the other children eagerly awaiting the arrival of the animals. The whole party was built around this. I had to give 1 star to write a review, but would give negative stars if I could. Unprofessional, irresponsible, and downright unacceptable. Soulless. Noah’s should be ashamed of themselves. I think it goes without saying I would NOT recommend.

Hired them for my 3-year-old’s birthday party and they DIDN’T SHOW UP. Tried calling repeatedly, texting, emailing and no response. Terribly disappointed. Do not use. If I could give zero stars I would.

This business failed to show up for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party due to the owner’s negligence. They never called or gave any indication that they weren’t coming. Just left an entire party of children asking for the animals. Finally responded 2 days after the party with a pile of convoluted excuses and empty apologies. Nearly 50 people were left disappointed by Noah’s Petting Zoo. Don’t use them for anything unless you like being disappointed.
