I must admit they have cleaned up the casino very nicely..they have dispensers and/or manned sprayers covering most areas. It isnt as crowded with the pandemic but this can change quickly.

Casino Hotel room was very clean and neat. Food court only has 4 food counters open. Alitte $$$.Security if u enter from the Mall wants people to remove your . To take a picture of your face. SOME FOLKS NO masks walking around! Mall is open and its not a big mall but its ok. SLOT machinesPay off is up and down. Plus live table games and bars are still closed.

Nice place, tge casino floor was immaculate, machine cleaners were present and sanitization machines. Plexiglass dividers were also up at machines and tables. Not crowded

I love the fact that its so nice and clean and how wonderful the staff members are respectful and how wonderful the people are and how they are about always helpful to the people who all come there and actually down to earth and everything and are helpful and its one of the best consios in Pennsylvania and i got the opportunity to spend time with the most beautiful woman in my life and I my best friend and loyal person and all.

Excellent place gambling is great if covid wasnt around the fitness room and pool would be open which would be better and the rooms are amazing service is perfect and there is a whole mall! And reasonable price deffintly going back

We ate at Emerils Chop House. Our first time there was a tear. LOVED the Prime Rib Meatball....Heaven! Susan in Public Relations made sure we had a reservation. Our wait staff was lovely.

Fun place to kill time and hopefully leave on the up side of rhe Casino experience. I prefer going during the morning hours when possible.

Rooms were beautiful. Staff was very friendly. This was my first experience at a casino with all of the restrictions and I have to say that I actually prefer it this way! Wind Creek does a great job. We didnt eat at any of the restaurants so I can not speak to that. Overall happy

Went when it was the Sands, was good, expect it to be relatively the same under the new ownership, but will not be visiting again until mask use is over. Im not putting on a mask to gamble, thanks. even the CDC admits they dont work. They arent a sign of respect they are a sign that you will blindly do what some government body tells you without question. not thinking for yourself. Not bitter!!! Do not come here they have taken 3 retirement accounts of people I know over the 2 years they switched. They are either not regulated as an Indian owned establishment or just didn’t have SANDS player retention strategy in mind. Stay away if you like to gamble period. You will NOT enjoy yourself unless your contentment involves 20 dollars and a slice of pizza.

Very stingy slots. Its a nice looking casino floor, but the staff wasnt very friendly and the slots werent budging. Like throwing money into a wishing well. Bad first experience, I wouldnt bother returning. Atlantic City isnt too far, other local casinos Id try first. Even NYC casino slots are better than these.

This place was unfair about letting certain employees go due to “COVID”.At first they were calling people back by “seniority” and then they clearly started skipping people. They have employees that haven’t even worked there for a year and cut off their hard workers. The place had enough guests to keep their employees employed.

This place was once the Sands it was better then. Also much like the Valley Forge Casino, since the pandemic it seems that on slots the odds have been adjusted to favor the house a bit. That being said, it is a nice small and safe place to loose a few bets.

The gentlemen that was greeting us that morning and taking our temperature was so friendly, joyful and quite entertaining!!! Made us feel comfortable and happy as we walked in. Told my husband he was a lucky man, which he agreed! It was very clean, including the bathrooms!!!! All of the staff was also very friendly, especially Sandi who was the attendant that paid me my Jackpot!! THANK YOU WIND CREEK FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

The hotel was room was very nice. The bed was definitely comfortable. They are always cleaning around you. They do not give you blankets due to rhe viruses, you only get sheets. Also there are alot of machines closed, there are more closed then open. The outlets are about 9 stores and its connected to the casino. The machines were DEFINITELY not hot. I lost a very big penny within the 3 days I was their unfortunately. Burger restaurants was amazing for chicken dip and chips and thor BBQ chicken sandwich. I definitely would wait till this pandemic is over maybe then I would of won also i didnt get anything comped for the amount of money I lost. Good luck

First trip since Covid outbreak and was a bit nervous, however, this place is immaculate. The Clean Team constantly cleaning/disinfecting everything. All the employees we came in contact with extremely helpful and nice! Very pleasant experience and we will certainly be returning. Thanks to all for a great time.

I got yelled at for my mask being down..... TO HAVE A DRINK OF MY SODA! This was the last straw for this terrible place. I come all the time and still only get $10 free play. Went to Mt Airy like 3 times since reopening and I’m getting $50 free play 3 times a week! I encourage everyone to go there. At least if you don’t win, you can play. At a Wind Creek, they just steal your money. & their Jackpot song is BS because you can tell no one in that place is winning or even slightly pleased. It’s getting less and less guests by the day. This place will probably be closed within a year.

Clean comfortable rooms didnt use casino however had spa day with girlfriend at Magnolia excellent!!!Would have appreciated if clerk at check in told us we needed to make reservations at Emeril Lagasses. Went to ZEST RESTAURANT instead excellent food. Overall experience worth the trip

Pandemic means less outings. This is somewhere to go; I guess. Bet youre going to lose. This casino doesnt even let you play. It takes with few wins & less bonuses. The food in the food court is subpar. Ive had better in a high school cafeteria. I went to the pricey Noodle bar...serious waste of money. You could probably make better at home with no experience. Points for maintaining cleanliness & Covid care. Minus some for hard to find help w/ machine issues & such & drinks.

The casino was good very clean had good time the hotel on other hand even though it was very clean also we had a room and the room next door was screaming yelling playing loud music all hours of the night I called front desk multiple times even went to front desk nothing was done it continued until daylight hours the hotel manager simple just stared at me when I explained at checkout apparently theres no rules here now me and my exhausted wife are driving home exhausted and disappointed had no idea we payed for a room hooked to a nightmare/club

So if you come out here and make sure you bring yourself food we ate in the Chinese restaurant and we ate on plastic dishes and spoons and forks where do you go on a Saturday night and get that I suggest you go to Atlantic City if you want to gamble and eat some food

They are definitely focused on safety and managing the spread of the virus. Tables are reduced to only a few players each and staff sanitize play areas very frequently. On a Thursday night, what seemed like a casual night resulted in most tables being packed and guests standing around waiting to play. Some staff chose to focus on safety over customer service, but all dealers and the waitress we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was a huge upgrade from a few years ago when we visited last. Signage included Chinese Kanji along with English which is also a change from last visit.

Had a great time in the Executor Suite with my wife. Awesome room. Casino sucks.

The atmosphere is upbeat and they have a great reward system to earn free play weekly even daily. You can also join their promotions with great prizes. The bets are reasonable and have a great variety of games to choose From.

We used to go here every week, finally went back after their reopening, and it feels like a run down Atlantic city casino, restaurants are closed. slot machine layout is quirky. we have been to several other casinos after reopening, but the layout and social distancing on this one needs a little more thought put into it.

The hotel beds were like sleeping on the feathers plucked from angels I have not woken up with out back pain for the past fives year until I stayed at the windcreek hotel. I didnt even care that I didnt do well at the actual casino! Worth it to not wake up in pain ️

Now I realize there are some state mandated limitations such as masks glass shields and no drinking, During the time I was there there was also no winning. The casino even sent me a $100 slots credit. I played the entire $100 on one machine and within 25 minutes The dollar amount never went up. If you bet $2 and $1.65 thats a loss. The sound of people winning and the sight of them happy would bring people back.

Decided it was time to take a trip back to the casino. It was nice to get out and do a little gambling and dining. Just sad to see how empty it was. Bring back the live entertainment!Life must go on!If things dont change soon, even this place will close.

Positive: Cleanliness in smoking room Negative: One room had bottled toiletries, another room had squeeze toiletries with bar soap. One fridge had water and ice leaking in it when checked in.

Went there for the first time, used to go to Mount Airy for years until was treated nasty by employee. This could be my new favorite spot. First impression was good, quick service, new machines, couldnt get to the table though due to limitations. After one night of gamble received a nice free play and room offer, will have to check it out soon and update about the rooms

If i can rate this hotel 0 stars i would, we had come all the way from Jersey & our problems started the second we walked in. We had called before we left jersey to book our room we asked for the chairman suite they charged us only $600 which was a little odd considering the room we wanted but we asked over & over again and the receptionist confirmed that she was booking us for that suite for only $600. Once we get here she was wrong about our room and booked us the incorrect room which was a HUGE inconvenience, we didn’t get settled into our room for at least an hour after arriving & an additional $1,000 for the room we initially wanted. We had come to spend the night here hoping for a nice clean stay especially during this pandemic we are still in . We had gotten the chairman suite, if you don’t know this room runs for $1,600.00 for ONE night. For that price you’d expect everything to be the least clean right? You’d expect to be able to enjoy a nice hot shower right? WRONG! I turned on the bath to run myself a nice hot bath and the water was BROWN, literally brown. I can not make this up, it looked like sewer water was coming out of the faucet! We all had just come back up from the casino where we all had a good time, we were hot & we were sweating & now none of us can even bathe! I call the front desk & all they can tell me was to let the water run for 10 minutes & for my inconvenience they’d give us $100 refund. That is absurd! So we wait the 10 minutes like we were told even though we waited the water never got clear! Knowing that the polluted water was coming out of that faucet the receptionist didn’t even offer us another room to shower & bathe in! $100 does not give me the peace of mind knowing that they are okay with us showing in this polluted water! At this point I don’t even trust the ice machine! Considering we are still in a pandemic this is all unsanitary and unacceptable! This was supposed to be a getaway for us, with everything going on this was our getaway which is why we had no problem paying what we did, we were willing to pay anything just to enjoy our time away from home. We paid $1,600 for a room we were not able to enjoy! The customer service here is unacceptable!

My second time at the resort. I only went to the casino because I had $10 in free play. Little did I know that by being there on a sunday I was entered in to win free play. Long story short I won $500 in free play and I turned there $10 free play into $60. I would say it was a good day! Staff was nice. Service was speedy. We had a problem with one of the slots and a technician came over fast.

Loved the atmosphere. Couldnt stay long but my next trip I will make it a all dayer. Casino was clean. Girls came around on a regular basis for drinks. Cleaning people was cleaning machines as people left them. Machines was paying out. Cant wait to go back.

The hotel itself is very nice. However when I booked this room what they refuse to tell us was. There is no alcohol in casino or on casino floor. You can only get a drink at a restaurant and it’s only 3. There is no room service at all. Restaurants and eatery’s close between 10-12 so no where to get a snack or anything after that. The slots were tight and table games were fair

It is a good casino and not fair for me to rate them during this pandemic. I will say, they are doing a wonderful job at keeping the place clean, taking temps to make sure you are not playing near an ill customer, supplying sanitizer and promptly wiping down machines after use. As a matter of fact...Kudos...to Wing Creek for a job well done!!

Good experience, even with the Covid restrictions in place. A few of the restaurants were open. Ppl were enjoying themselves. I personally am not ready to do the restaurants there or anywhere else, but its an option for you, if you want to sit down and enjoy a meal.

Wanted casino experience but no alcohol allowed while playing. Had to go outside in back of building to smoke which had some propane tanks nearby. For a Saturday night it felt like a Wednesday.

Have not been on the hotel part as of yet, only the casino. But in general I think this is the place to go for fun, hopefully very good excitement with winnings (if not theres still excitement) Live music and shows, diversified cuisine. This place has it all and from what I have seen already very friendly staffing and very clean place.

They are always cleaning the slot machines and are social distancing at the tables and machines. No smoking in the casino is a plus, they have an outside area for the smokers. Felt very safe.

The Wind Creek casino is a fairly good sized casino with good restaurants, shopping area that includes some outlet stores and an attached hotel. The casino floor has a smoking and non smoking area - which still wreaks of smoke. The design in the casino is well done and offers plenty of parking. It’s a great location to enjoy a night out.

Following good covid procedures. Barriers and every other machine turned off, and a temp check on entry. They were constantly disinfecting, and Id definitely come back.

Casino was boring. Didnt stay long. The machine wasnt letting anyone win. I sat at a machine it took the 15 dollar comp money so fast. Im glad I didnt play with my money. I wont be back any time soon.

I will have to say I am very impressed at this hotel and casino. I thought the Windcreek in Montgomery AL was the best I was wrong. I am not sure if the casino pays here or not but it has all the machine I normally play beside Crystals Stars deluxe and Black diamond deluxe from .25, $1 machine. I would have given it a 5 star if they have parking for 18wheelers it was closed off and they have huge parking lot designed for trucks only I saw. The other part is the old building that kinda distract the outlet and hotel. I definitely will be back to give an update on the casino if machine are tight or not.

Safety precautions being taken. Admit has changed. No smoking in casino, bars closed, no music playing. Pretty lifeless. Received a voucher for steel works restaurant. Food was terrible but second good.

Very clean and they are taking every step necessary to protect us. They even have staff pushing the elevators buttons! I felt at ease.

The rules were 2 players per table . Many tables were closed with no personnel . I looked for black jack table that was open and unfortunately could not find one after 30-60 min of looking . I took a seat at a table that was supposed to open up according to a waitress and waited at least 30 min then a supervisor approached me and said I was not allowed to sit there as they will have to clean the whole table now . I told him I was waiting for it to open because there is no table that is open and told not to stand and wait near table . So I decided to leave . Definitely will not come back here . Many people were waiting for tables to open and unfortunately none did . Place is also not too pretty and definitely does not look like a new hotel . Outlet stores at the property had mostly old merchandise. Those looking for a day at a casino should look elsewhere.
