HORRIBLE TIME!!!I came for my nephews birthday today and I never been treated like this. My entire family was harassed by JENNY the director of the establishment. She asked me why was I walking back and forth from the party room to the front. Excuse me!! Im walking back and forth because I left my car keys with my wife. She threatened to call security on my family multiple times as a threat. I watched her deal with other guest in a nice manner but my family was treated rudely. There was a young female employee she was nice and apologized for Jennys behavior. But its not her responsibility to apologize on behalf of someone that looks like someones grandmother, she should know better then to treat people that way. I would never step foot back into that place. EVER!!!

Very fun place for the kids or the family they also offer a drop off service if your going to the casino

By far the worst experience I have ever had doing a kids Birthday party!! I decided to have my sons 3rd birthday party at kids quest because I work in the mall and thought the place was very cute. From the time I arrived to the time I left JENNY the director was rude and nasty to my entire family that came from far to enjoy my sons birthday party. She was one of the nastiest people I have ever met in a kids establishment!!! She stopped multiple of my guest for coming in and was rude to them as well, she never explained to them what she was doing and would walk them back to the party room. She wouldn’t let my cousin bring in my sons birthday cake because it wasn’t in a cake box that had ingredients on it(but it was in a cake box) so I had to go to Carlos bakery to get a box for the cake( carlos’s box didn’t have ingredients either). Jenny was rude to my father when he asked about the cake and she just kept pointing in his face and saying “I TOLD HER OVER THE PHONE THAT SHE CANNOT BRING IN A HOMEMADE CAKE (cake wasn’t homemade it was done by a privately owned Baker) and she kept telling everyone “I PUT IT IN HER CONTRACT! I doubled checked my contract and it said nothing about a cake !! We watched Jenny be super nice to other customers at KiDs quest but was super rude to my family!!! I thank god that my son didn’t see me the multiple times I broke down and cried because of the horrible treatment me and my family were having because I just wanted his party to be perfect!!!if it wasn’t for Whitney and our original party captain(forgot her name) I believe I would have left without having a party for my son but Whitney definitely saved the day she made my son feel special and she was a great host and apologized for how we felt we were being treated!!! I also was harassed and told I needed a paystub from my job to prove that I work in the mall and when I left Jenny tried to call security on my family because we were asking for customer services number!!! Jenny told us she doesn’t have a number we can look on the internet!! Jenny is a horrible director and she made me never want to go to kids quest ever again!!!

By far, one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had. The director of the facility, Jenny, was outright rude for the duration of our entire time at KidsQuest. Not only did she attempt to bar some of our parents from accessing the area reserved for the private party, but was also is completely rude in her manners and condescending in all of her interactions with the adults that were present. She failed to include that the payee of the party needed to bring in proof of employment to receive her discount for working in the overall facility and made her go to her store to request that her manager print a recnt paystub to prove that she was employed.As we were awaiting the payee to return to complete the payment transaction and bid her guests farewell, Jenny, the director of the facility, proceed to tell us that we needed to vacate the premise and threaten to call security to have us escorted out as we were waiting to check out for our party in front. The actual staff member, Whitney, that was handling our party did an absolutely phenomenal job, however, her stellar service in no way was able to shadow the egregious behavior and attitude shown to us by the managing staff.I would not in any way shape or form recommend that anyone use this facility for a private childrens party after this experience. I am highly disappointed that this was my first encounter and it will absolutely be my last.

We love this place . I haven’t dropped my son off by himself alone but each time I got to go in with him. It’s nice at $15 a hour (only had to pay for him). The parent - child hours in the middle of the week day so it’s nice, theres not many kids and he can do whatever. The soft play place is really big and there’s so many different fun things to do. Even free arcade games and a rock climbing wall. You also get a snack and drink included. We make this a weekly visit now . I love the kids bathroom inside it lol, they have these cute little mini potties

Great place, leave your kids at the arcade or play center and you go shopping. Have some great games too!

This was my first time being here and I really enjoyed it! I would definitely return again another time.

So much fun. We attended a birthday party there as a first introduction. We dropped the kids off today so we could shop. It was so much fun for the kids and the security was wonderful. We will definitely go back.

The staff is incredible. After I made a mistake in scheduling my son’s party online, Jenny (manager) and her staff did everything they could to make my son’s party special anyway. He and his friends had a great time. This was our first visit, but based on this experience, it certainly won’t be our last.

Always great. Kids enjoy there and is safe. A lot of stuffs to do for them.

Had a horrible experience. My 1 yr old was crying and screaming. Was not fed, bottle was never touched. When spoken to was told my daughter that is one was going to have security called on her. I have never had such bad experiences in my life. My daughter should not have been treated the way she was treated. When given my daughter started crying and my husband had bad vibes about the qoman should of never allow them to watch her. My daughter got home thirsty and starving. Unacceptable!

Staff is awesome! They are friendly and attentive and obviously great with children. I say this because our 13 month old has only been left with my mom since she was a baby. This was our first time leaving her with people she did not know. I had low expectations thinking they would call me within the hour. To my surprise she actually lasted 4 hours! That means they were able to keep her busy and keep her happy. We will most definitely be back!! THANK YOU kids quest for giving this Mom and dad a little break!

First time going and i don’t think i will be going back! the staff is very unorganized and understaffed for how many children there are! Staff is very rude and impatient with children. I came back to my 1 year old child screaming. no bottle was given. was still in my diaper bag. my oldest is 4 and on the spectrum. they treated her very poorly for someone who doesn’t understand and is non verbal. i’ll stick to Chuckie Cheese!

Had birthday party there. Not very happy paid for deluxe package.....was to have two party escorts well that was a bust. Activities were to be for party only......nope had others in area when trying to do activities. Not told socks had to be worn they were going to refuse to allow two guests in, because they had no sox in their size for them to purchase. It is summer, girls wear sandals in the summer. Was to get group picture .......not received and one of party attendees moved to Texas.......we wanted as rememberance. Pizza not brought out at same time. Not given room we picked out. Only played one organized game. Girls wanted to do rock climbing.....nope .....Gave list of what wanted to do not done. Karooke machine not working properly. For cost would do somewhere else, I think

Same complaints as other parents of not attending to a child and being understaffed.

Amazing place! I love it!

Today my daughter was trampled by bigger kids. An older child brought her to me and told me that my daughter had been stepped on by multiple kids on her stomach, face and legs. When I asked how could that happen? I was told that each section has a designated person and she wasn’t allowed to leave her section, because she was caring for another child. The manager who SAID she saw what happened, did nothing to try to help my daughter. The manager’s response also included, that there were three parties going on so the associate could not possibly watch every kid. The person assigned to the designated area said she saw what happened but couldn’t get to my daughter. So she watched it happen and didn’t go to help this toddler? How does that make sense ? When I asked to see a video, I was told that’s against policy. The manager nor the associate asked if my child was okay. No one offered ice or water. I was told not to watch my child because there were staff watching over them. Yet, she was trampled on by bigger kids. And instead of helping her or asking if she was alright. They just gave me excuses as to why they didn’t help.

My Son love this place . Hi can be there for hours, never want to leave.

Not only was the supervisor rude,crass and cold. She admitted the computer was incorrect with my daughters age. I asked to speak to a manager or speak to someone else to correct the system she said I am the only manger and only supervisor. Offered no solution offer no help and just stared at me. We drove an hour to celebrate my daughters birthday that happens to be tomorrow. I use these services at kids quest a few times a month and will never come back. I wish someone would contact me from corporate. Your mod will know who I am. Jamie

From what I heard it sounds like kids quest is a bad place to be but when I went there with my friend and brother we had the time of our lives kids playing jumping, smiling having a good time. And I feel bad and lied to cuz ppl saying oh my child got this my child got that and when I went there it was the best free food happy kids play area there are things there a normal child would do and there are fun free games to play with your friends or whatever you wanna call it I had the best time of my life I would do it again if I could I know my friend would too. True fact!

Very dissapointed this time .Put my 4 children for an hour came 10 min early before checkout but they were waiting on another customer the manager seen me and said give me a second please .That was fine because she was getting an ice bag for a child who had bumped there head so she tended to him which is priority im sure but then it made my time for picking my child up late by 4 min and was charged almost 10 over for that 4 min .I do not think it is fair i was patiently waiting and when she came to do the checkout she said thank you for your patience .She was a manager i think her name was cristine she would not wave or override the fee .I will not be going back after this and my children love this place .My children said they were rude this time not like before .i know it is a holiday and im sure they didnt want to work but as a paying customer i should not take the blame Or they could have closed just like half of the stores were closed so again that is not my fault .Calling tomorrow and hoping to get this worked out !!!!! And they took my daughters phone and i like to call her every 15 min to make sure they are all ok .Not happy today at all a 60 waste.

So my friends cuzzin is in a wheelchair. They go to the sands for some fun and this is how he gets treated...... At a kids place.... -_- what a shame.... How dare they say that my cousin cant play in Kids Quest cause hes in a wheelchair, thats shady as hell... Mind you he was there in January for a birthday party... Now all of a sudden he cant go in, Its ok zade... you dont need that place, youre to good for them anyways.....
