I really like this neighborhood, but the topography isn’t for everyone. Most of the houses are built on steep hills with either a very steep driveway or a steep front lawn with stairs, in which you just park in the alley. The houses are really nice and offer a beautiful view which for me makes it worth it. I’d definitely choose a house associated with an alley for a much easier entry.
