Apartments are good. Location is great. Rent is OK. Move out charges are extremely high. Could be more than your rent. They ‘ll construct a new apartment at your expense.Some of the staff and the property manager are really rude. Manager never talks face to face. Always shouts from her office. If you ask for any help, general answer would be ‘NO’.The maintenance team is excellent.If you get a furnished apartment and you got some old out of life furniture (99% it’ll be the case) you’ll have to live with it till dooms day. This is the only place on the planet where the value of old, broken and out of life furniture appreciates ( from 50 to 150 per month .. 3 times ).And yes, the security deposit... just forget about it and be ready to shell more.

Terrible and dangerous place to live if you want golf ball flying around your head then hit your car or your SKULL. Of course, they would not take response for this because they will use the lease agreement as excuse.There are a lot better apartments in Benton area, avoid this one if you take serious consideration about your property and life safety!!!!!

It is all good. Office staff and manager always friendly and helpful.Mantenance guys for building 19o5 are always fast to respond. Friendly. Courteous. Respectful. My husband is housebound so we get most things delivered here.

Do not rent from here. Typical awful Lindsey property. Inquired about an apartment that was READY FOR MOVE IN. I asked to come look at it and they said, “you can’t do that, unless you sign a lease and pay a deposit first. But you can look at the model.” Uhm, If it’s ready why can’t I look at it?! Oh yeah because the unit you will live in NEVER looks like the model and once you sign a lease, you’re stuck. All they care about is money. It’s a trap!!!!

Lived in this apartment community for over 6 years and it is great for evening walks and location is good for biking/running on nearby trails. Maintenance issues are usually taken care in a day.However, once you decide to move out, be ready to pay hefty charges irrespective of how well you maintain the apartment. Deposits are never returned and the entire apartment is refurbished at the leaving customers cost. Try to fix minor problems as maintenance requests before vacating, else pay hefty fines/charges in the final bill.

Apartment and the place is good however the management is very bad. I was there less than 2 months and have to move out because of personal reason and for breaking the lease paid 2 months of rent ( nearly $2000)and they also took my advance amount and top of that they asked me to paid another $125 for the maintenance. I cleaned the house they way they gave to me but still charged miscellaneous expenses. When I disputed the amount they never bothered and handover over to collections for the small amount and its affected my credit ratings. Be careful before you sign the agreement with these guys and other thing is when you vacate the house the have a concept to vacate the house on 27th of the month.

This review is specifically to share my move in and move-out experience with everyone. I hope this helps and you take an informed decision.When I first moved in, there were a lot of small things that were worn out and in bad condition . I reported everything in the initial move-in sheet and specifically mentioned about the stains and worn out appliances, vents etc . When I moved out, comes the interesting part, where they sent me the whopping final move-out bill. I was shocked to see the charges they levied. When I disputed the amount they never bothered and even before hearing me out, the lady who spoke adamantly said that they are not going to remove a single charge and I have to pay everything before the due date. One thing is that they are very arrogant and second they dont care what you tell. Here are a few things that in my opinion youll need to know and I am not exaggerating anything here.1. They charged me $150 for painting, $20 for paint and $100 for cleaning, which they say are standard charges for any move out. This basically means that your initial deposit ($250) and an additional $20 are already non-refundable. They should specifically mention that in the agreement papers, but they dont care.2. Their move out date is 28th of every month. They charge you the rent for full month and they also insist/force you to keep the utilities active till 1st of the next month. I got an additional $37 electricity bill for just the three additional days, which they used.3. Like I mentioned above, they charged me for cleaning and then additional $5 for just removing a dishwasher bottle that was on the sink. This is crazy because they already charged me $100 just for cleaning a 1Bed1Bath house.4. They charged $90 for the worn out blinds, vents etc. These were already in a bad shape when I moved in and I clearly mentioned it in the move-in sheet. Despite that they charged me for the blinds and vents.5. There were also a lot of other charges, which were redundant. And when I asked for the pics, they showed me very few pics and said they are charging me because there were dust particles on the blind, which was pathetic reason. They will not provide you the bills either.In the end, I really felt helpless and distressed because I know that they are wrong, but I cannot fight them.Note that all this happened during COVID-19 situation and in my opinion this is the time, where the ethics come in. Luckily, I was not impacted financially because of COVID-19 situation, but imagine the plight of someone who lost their job and had to go thru this situation, where the leasing company charges you unnecessary and wrongful charges just for their selfish gains. They are very adamant and are disrespectful, because you are no more their residents.Be careful before you sign the agreement with these guys because there are a lot of other options in NWA area these days. The amount you save on monthly rents will eventually be loo*ed in the end.

Links at rainbow curve does a great job of hiding huge details in their lease agreement. Be sure to read the whole thing before deciding to live somewhere else. I knew that I wouldnt get my security deposit back due to cleaning fees(which are required and equal $180, doesnt matter if you clean the place, they will still charge you a cleaning fee), but they claimed that we had damaged the place for additional charges. So in addition to not receiving any refund of the security deposit, they charged much extra. Staff showed consistent lack of attention to detail. I cant lie, they have two maintenance guys who are so awesome. Kind, happy, and quick. But the rest of that place is a complete nightmare. One star is too much. No option for zero. Save yourself a headache.

Short, but tight golf course that will challenge even the better golfer. Conditions are usually pretty good and the cost is reasonable. The only frustrating thing is occasionally having to navigate hacks who are just out there to drink beer.

Living there was fine. Moving out has been a HORRIBLE experience! They have so far charged me over $600 for “repairs” my apartment was in mint condition when I moved out minus the obvious dust on vents or something. They’re rude and up charge for everything!!! I would NEVER live there again!

Building 1902 apartment 14 was haunted!! I had sprits attacking me. I got really depressed. I couldnt sleep my cat was so scared he ran away. My kids were also getting brused and they werent sleeping and their eyes were getting black. I felt like I was in hell living here. I was close to becoming possessed. I had no control over my mind. I cried and prayed and I just decided to break the lease after 6 months. The office agents could have mentioned that the place was haunted. If you stay here youll see light turning on and off. My closet hangers was moving on its own. I was mortified. So if this helps out anyone in the future Im happy. I wouldnt wish this experience on my worst enemy.

Terrible Terrible experience.Staff are not at all friendly and they do not react any of your complaints. Once I complained about a snake around our apartment, they did nothing and next day I saw a snake in my kitchen. I took a picture of the same and sent to them. Then they came and fixed one of the door where there was a gap from which snake sneaked through. So basically you need to have a snake in your home to make them do anything for you.Caution-1: Make sure you investigate each and every smallest piece of the apartment and make a note of it in their manual, else it will fall on your head when you are leaving the apartment.Caution-2: Make sure you call Links staff and investigate your apartment before you leave/ vacate, else you will have a big surprise. Forget about getting your deposit back, you end up paying for all the old damages which you are no way responsible.

Staff here is very rude. They change the policy on fly without bothering to let residents know about it. We have rented the house with a furniture in it & are paying 50$ per month for it & are staying here since last 3 years. When we had renewed our lease this time, it was told to us that if we handover the furniture during the lease period then they will not charge the furniture rent thereafter. Hence we booked furniture to put it in our place. & called the rental office to take the furniture from our house in upcoming months & stop charging the furniture rent thereafter. But the staff told us that they dont do that any more as their policy has changed just a week ago i.e. they can take the furniture but will continue to charge the furniture rent. Above all they will take either all the furniture or none & will continue to charge the rent for it. This doesnt make sense as it is like you return something back to shop but they will not give your money back. Above all the way the staff talks is as if we are staying for free here & they are doing a favor on us. At the end, we have to cancel the furniture that we had ordered. I will strongly suggest to look for some other apartments if you have a choice unless you guys are okay with facing humility & disrespect.

I love living here. My microwave handle and my garbage disposal stopped working- Brandon with maintenance was here the next day and he repaired everything. Just put in another request for my AC AND WITHIN 10 minutes it was completed!

I give this place 2 starts due to them not giving any of my $250 deposit back. they when i left the apartment i made sure to clean it and leave it the way i found it. they managed to charge me cleaning fees and a whole bunch of other small fees. im not going to dispute over the deposit since im done with my lease and that to me is a win. i would have prefer they tell you at the beginning of the lease that the deposit is not refundable.

I was in need, and wanted to block an apartment when I was in India, and moving to Bentonville in couple of months.Very prompt response on emails, and when I reached here, I was given all available feasible options as per priority.I am moving in tomorrow and all the required formalities were completed in time and with very friendly and feel homely attitude.Thank you Angela and Millie. Great staff - very attentive. This includes the office people and the maintenance staff. I have been a resident for the past year and the maintenance requests were handled asap and to my full satisfaction. The office staff (to include Millie and Amber) are always nice and helpful. The residents are respectful of one another. Great location.

I wish I can give a zero star. I lost my most expansive Prada shoes and some small items in my apartment while I am out of town (for sure, I have locked the apartment), and when I report to the management office, the management didt give a sh** about it. Besides, they never returned my $ 250 deposit back, I kept everything clean and organized when I move out, (they will find excuses to take your deposit anyways, so dont expect your deposit back).

One of the famous housing apartments. They screwed us while leaving the apartment with some unknown bills. Their customer service sucks. They always rude to me. Every month they used to call me and asked me to submit my documentation I do not know why. I have informed them many times and they do not care about it. I would suggest you not to choose these apartments. I would rather give zero rating.

Worst experience so far. I opted for a fully furnished apartment. But when they handed over the apartment, they totally forgot to put in the furniture. And after a couple of days when the furniture is finally in, it took them one day to steam clean it which they did a very poor job of, and it took one full day for the water to dry from the cushions and mattresses. Finally, whe. We got to sit on the couch, we ended up having very bad rashes all over our legs in the first ten minutes. When inspected, we found that it had a very bad infestation of carpet beetles. It took them 4 full days to remove that bug infested sofa and love seat from the house and it has been over a week and we still do not have a replacement as promised. Rhonda says since it is a third party vendor who supplies it, she cannot call them to ask about it. Really bad living experience and management wouldn’t give a damn about the residents.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! I have noticed my panties and yoga pants missing since I moved here. I have caught maintenance trying to come in my apartment without permission or inspection many times. One guy even run when I opened the door. I notice little things like screw and pieces of hardware that shouldnt be in my apartment. Things moved around.. just crazy !! The bugs are out of control.. slugs everywhere!!! I mean even In the bathrooms. Over 150 one days just all over the walls and windows trying to get in. Spiders and ants. Ive lived in basements and had less bugs. The Management- rude af!!! They wont even admit when theyre wrong theyll just charge you ! They discriminate! They talk down to you. Rhonda - is the worst ! All the other older women gang up on you when you come to the office. They threaten to evict you for charges less than $200 even if youve never missed a payment and rent is paid. Make up late fees. By far the worst living experience. They seem fake nice in the beginning. Smh You were warned!!

Don’t put down a deposit or apply for these apartments 2 months before our move in date. They guaranteed that we were first in line for the apartment but they had given it away to others and management is not helpful and unprofessional. Now I’m out money with no place to live.

I have stayed at links at rainbow curve for over 3 years .The move out costs are really unfair and they charge you a lot even for regular normal wear and tear. It almost seems like you are being charged to get the apartment ready for the next tenant. The management is also very adamant while trying to negotiate the move out costs. Arkansas tenant rights dont help either. I have several friends who faced the same thing. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone else.

Great amenities is a show off.. they never return security deposit and says so in their lease contract, they need tenants to come up with inspection completed within 48 hours of receiving keys, any delay is considered as acceptance of what they have provided (obviously there are a lot about what they provide :/)... they do not allow lease breakage, if leased for a year or six months, tenants have to pay for entire lease duration even if they live for a month or two ... they starts lease at 28th of a month, they fails to give key even on 1st of the following month, even then they hands over key with cobwebs/ webs/ spider webs everywhere inside apartment, greasy mottled floors, mottled ovens, mottled walls... a total failure of cleaning... they are very poor service providers... hence they must go by tricks in contract to support their money mongering ill performance....

The manager is meanest person I have ever met and how is a 12 year old is gonna mess up a computer I just had to print a photo of places of Florida before and after hurricane Irma for my science project and the manager said “ You need to be 16 or more to even be inside the club house.” I was like “ok but can I at least drink water” the manager said “No sir plz leave the club house unless u have a parent with u and goodbye plz don’t come back without a parent” Maybe the manager can fix her rudeness
