The box office was great. But the seats need help. They need to rotate the seats from the rear of the auditorium to the front and throw those in the front away. They are well used and hard seats in the front.

We saw Million Dollar Quartet here. It was a great show. The venue is lovely, my only complaint is the location of the restrooms. Now I realize theres no way to change this now, but if nature calls during the show, one has to get up, exit the theater and go downstairs. This is very time consuming and you miss a good portion of the show. Oh, and I should mention and this is likely not the venues fault, but this is the third time Ive been here and with every show there are no souvenir offerings, no t-shirts, programs, CDs or other show related items. It would be nice to be able to take a small trinket home to remember the great experience you will have here.

Very nice theatre. They consistently bring in good shows. The small theatre is very nice also. I wish they had better concessions, the lines can be really long.

Very nice seating; comfortable, spacious, good back rest, handicap accessible on the end seats. The stage had great lighting, the speakers there were very high quality they sounded amazing for every walk up song for our speakers, lots of bass! Over all the event was amazing and inspiring!

Went to see the Russian National Ballet perform Sleeping Beauty. It was utterly delightful. The seats were fairly far back, I didnt find out about this show until late, but this didnt diminish our enjoyment at all. We could see everything perfectly, the stage art and costumes were excellent and the performance magnificent. We eagerly looking forward to our next show here.

I performed at the Mendel Center, and the sound check personnel were excellent. I cant wait to perform there again!

Saw Sleeping Beauty performed by the Russian Ballet...beautiful! Also had the Fairy Tale Dinner...wonderful! A night my great-granddaughter will not soon forget

Mendel Center is gorgeous. Its clean, nicely laid out, spacious and the staff is great. They bring a great variety of shows to the SWMI Area for kids and adults alike.

Is quite nice. Not over crowded. Perfect for the concert we attended.

This is an event center at the college of Lake Michigan, they have seminars and speakers and also have musical events there too, they event center has an intimate type of atmosphere, it is not a giant hall, but a more of a nice comfortable place, i have seen many acts that were popular in the 1960s, and enjoyed them very much

The Mendel Center has such a wide variety of offerings. As a mother of two, it is always wonderful to have so many childrens shows available at such a reasonable price. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I went to the box office to purchase tickets for an upcoming event. Bailey, the person on the other side of the glass, was a tremendous help. We picked our seats and she guided us into the theater to show us exactly where the seats were, show us what we would see.Ive purchased tickets many times in the past but never have I been treated with such respect. Hats off to you Bailey.

The mendel center is one of the old style really ornate and beautiful theatres and if you get a chance to attend an event here, do it just to see it. Itll be worth it.

Mendel Center is a nice hall. I have been many times for a variety of events including string concerts, theater performances, even a magic show. It is not beautifully decorated, nor are the acoustics amazing, but they bring many excellent preformers and can host quite a large audience.

Weve seen several shows here. They are always well organized and everything is super clean.

Recycled percussion put on an excellent show and the venue was great!

Went and got our tickets today for Jay and the Americans at The Mendelian center in Benton Harbor. The lady at the ticket office was very helpful by actually taking us into the theater and showing us what seats were available in the section we wanted.

Great site for performances. Really impressed with the cleanliness of this venue.

The staff were very helpful finding seating and helping family sit close together.
