Lived here for 25 years. Always followed the rules and paid my lot rent on time. I moved out January 2nd, I paid for January lot rent even tho I was only there a couple of days. I still have not received my security deposit! Terrible place to live and in my opinion they are crooks!

Hello I Give This Mobile Home Park A 5 Star! Why?? It’s A Beautiful Place To Live! It’s Peaceful, Quite And Caring! The Office Manger Is Awesome! Always Put’s The Community An Residents Needs First!! Plans Activities For The Kids To Keep Them Active Also Having Fun!! Beautiful Swimming Pool For The Kids! Great Community Center! Great Maintenance! Oh My Did I Mention The Homes Are Very Modern And Beautiful!!!

Lot rent too high for how frequently the water shuts off and how the pool is never open paying 376 dollars just to live on the land is a lil stupid but the staff is nice and the people are too so giving it 2/5 (4/10)

Ive lived here since 2007, and we have had some outstanding managers. It is like we live in a separate city than Benton Harbor. Peaceful and extremely quiet!

I recently became acquainted with some residents who live there. Every time that I visit its very quiet, most of the properties are very well kept, and the residents who live there seem to be very friendly. If I were in need of a home I wouldnt hesitate to move there.

Manager is very unprofessional, says one thing and does another. Allows sex offenders to live in the community even with complaints and multiple children around. Water bill is outrageous, as well as having rules not allowing small kiddie pools for children stating there is a community pool that is rarely open. Lot rent continuously goes up, at least once to twice per year. Multiple people in the community have made complaints about the Manager to corporate and yet nothing has been done. Its a shame someone like that is in charge of this community, feel like it could be a nice place to live if it wasnt run by someone so inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Whatever the previous issues were, theyve fixed. Its really nice.

We paid 100$ in July and still cant move in no date nothing told us Nov at first now we dont know bad business

A nice senior and family community. Our family has been here for nine years. New manufactured homes have been added in the past year. Roads have been totally repaved, and the swimming pool has been repaired.

Its a good program for people who are truly ready to change their lives around I know I am 1 of those who wasnt all for this program but once I seen my addiction getting worse on stronger drugs I knew I needed this program or I was going to die
