This is a wonderful space. The volunteers are very knowledgeable about local history and there are many fascinating artifacts exhibited throughout this charming museum. A must see for any local or visitor to the area. What a great way to spend part of your day. Come explore the beautiful garden area while you are there too. It is a perfect place for a picnic.
This docent run museum is so charming. A great way to spend an afternoon with family.
Great museum and nice place for your special occasion.
Place is nice and clean, although it should have more visible direction signs of how to get there
I live in Benicia and miss the historic center area...some dogs (politicians) found the way to TAKE all that huge area, with lovelly green and paceful spaces and slowly and silently.... the area has been converted on abandoned buildings .... and in a couple of years when the old citizen die,, they will convert the area on multifamily, millions dollars, private owned places!. ......STOLEN FROM MY ANCESTORS!
Love Historic Places, this one is very nice
