We moved in the park in 2016 our road was pretty quite then but know it is horrible. Our lease says no dogs over 25 lbs and no aggressive dogs well we have 2 pit bulls on just our road. Management is horrible they do nothing about all the problems this park has their has been no maintance person for months so garbage just piles up in front of peoples houses . If your thinking about moving here I would think twice I wish we never had

Great park thats well managed and overseen. Ive had interaction with the management for 12+ years now and theyve always had the best interest of their tenants and help. A great place to do business with and from I see the community appears to be a pretty quiet place to take up residence.

Most parks in the area include water and sewer, and also have swimming pools and playgrounds for the kids. This one does not have anything and has the highest price of any mobile home park in the area and they plan on raising them every six months. During the winter months they do not plow the snow, roads are a mess and the cats and dogs are overtaking the park. Overall if you ask anyone who lives here, they are not happy.

Have a friend that lives there other than that dont have a reason to go there

Nice community, pricing is a bit high on monthly spaces $700. Not sure if this mobile home park will last into the future as a lot of these parks in our area have been sold and the mobiles removed.

What a slum. Cars everywhere. Streets not swept. I am shocked at how terrible looking this Park that was once beautiful has become.

The park as a whole is Blue Collar middle of the road. However, talking to locals I have come to understand that the management is extremely difficult to work with. Jaded? Perhaps. Must be quite an undertaking to manage a facility of that size. Nonetheless, sounds like management needs to be looked at.

So we seen all the bad reviews but still figured we would give this park a chance.. Everything you read about how rude and unprofessional this place is is 100% accurate! The older gentleman in the office has no business interacting with potential residents. He was extremely rude and confrontational.. if you have another option I suggest you go for it cause this place doesnt deserve my one star!

Managers a doucheI wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy, beware the manager (hell raise your rent frequently) also people dont know how to raise children as most of the kids here yell and scream in the streets.
