The landlords handy man is overly nosey, and basically stalks my mother in law. Also, the landlord knowingly ignores the black mold problem in many of the trailers. The atmosphere is sad, because the people living there are spending their income on subpar housing, with low to zero maintenance.

I thought it was a good few years. Landlords were respectful and were very on point when it came to any problems (be it repairs or neighbors). Though we were technically evicted, they chose to call it end lease.
