Worst place I have lived!! They charge a lot for lot rent and keep increasing it constantly, but give nothing to the people we can’t do nothing outside or they ticket us!! Can’t wait to sell

If it was possible I would give them zero... Worse decision I ever made moving here.. just going to continue to fix up the mobile I brought... try and sell it and Never look back at this place. Ive done so much since Ive moved there and no matter what I do it is never good enough never... They pick favorites if your nice they let u get away with murder but if u say one thing to them than you get fines and called all the time.... Its just becoming ridiculous. I moved here from rockford to better my kids and my life but all it is, is problems every single month...

The place smelt of federal

It is ok I live her but they always give us notes and we do nothing wrong so I guess it is ok

I grew up here in the 70s

Years back was nice when privately owned. Now if you are selling a mobile home there you wont get much for it. Too commercialized.

Like anywhere you go, there will be good days and bad days. But, I must admit this place is Much better than Most. Its very comfortable and quiet, and I have the best neighbors. But, make sure you carefully read All the rules before you commit to living here. It’s not easy, because you feel like “it’s yours” and it’s not. It’s a Community, and you have to do what They say.

High Cost of Living

Its okay. The area of the trailer park near Newburg road is nice, but it gets trashy as you go toward the back of the neighborhood

Unnecessary speed bumps everywhere. Sheesh

Nice Little moble home park

Theres no place for kids to play and no pool to swim in what r the kids to do and I dont think the rent should be as high as 4 seasons cause there is no play ground or pool.

Its close to work

Greenview is the type of place that will see you shoveling your driveway early in the morning, and when you completly clear it, they come with their plows and block you in with heavier more compact snow. Even tho you are right there in your drive way.Then when you stop them to clean their mess they drive off to the next street. I am 30 years old so I can shovel a little more, but when my neighbors who are no younger then 70 get blocked in... they can’t leave until they pay someone to come free them. This place is money hungry and a sign of what we dont want our future to be like. The neighbors here are the only thing we like. Very friendly very welcoming, but maintenance and the evil that lurks in the office....save yourself the headache, nightmare, and money. Just keep driving past this place. P.s. as proof, this place sends you a paper every year telling you how much they can legally raise your lot rent every year, then every year they raise your lot rent. They hate dogs, and this is the worse place to raise kids. P.s.s. Every parent with a kid knows a bike is left out sometimes, this place will charge you a fine if a bike is visible in your yard.

Nice, clean yards, very kept up.

I deliver here all the time and the house numbers are pretty difficult to see. Other than that it’s a really pretty neighborhood as far as trailer parks go

Way to high in prices they want to much for the older and new homes and management is bad over there is well,just like four seasons.Talk to a couple of people they where not happen here either.They said alot of the same things where going on over here,like the management is very rude.It seems to be the same here and at four seasons they pick on some people and not others.
