I have taken my grandchildren several times. On this occasion we had a blast. It was not inundated with older children. The majority of the children there were Elementary age. All of the bouncy houses were functioning and clean.The restrooms were clean and smelled decent. The staff was friendly. I appreciate that you only pay admission fees for the children. I have but two complaints; I wish they had later hours and they had updated bouncy houses.

For less than $20 my 2 kids had an amazing time for a little over 3hrs. Bathrooms could be a little cleaner but would go back again.I would like to note that they were actively cleaning the jump houses as they werent being used throughout our time we were there, which I really appreciated. As our kids were playing in one house an employee was spraying down and scrubbing the one next to us and moving as the kids moved.

Facility was clean and bounce equipment was in fairly good condition. The employees we interacted with were friendly and helpful. There isn’t much variety for older children. There is an arcade area with air hockey, side by side racing arcade, massage chairs, and a Jurassic Park first person shooter. There are a couple of skilled prize grab machines with cheap prizes that aren’t worth the price.This is a great place if you have children 8 and under and want a place to play and get out of the elements.

Not too bad. kids LOVED it though. not many attractions or games. way to restrooms looks sketchy. The place was clean though and had staff constantly cleaning the jumps while we were there. Plenty of party space and lil ones jump areas.

This a great place for older kids. My 5 year old had a blast! My 15 month old wasnt big enough to enjoy much so we just walked around with him, taking in the sights. They do have 2 smaller bounce houses but the older/bigger kids are not restricted from them. The bathrooms werent spotless but were acceptable.

Took my camp there on a couple of field trips and it was always awesome. Staff was helpful and booking the field trip were easy. A great price especially for 50+ kids. Would recommend for anyone in the area looking for field trip ideas!

Prices are reasonable. Kids have a blast. Maximum age is twelve but i havent seen any kids over 7 or 8. So we havent had to worry about larger kids knocking over the preschool age like at the trampoline venues.Birthday packages seem to follow industry norm and not account for less than 10.One of largest playhouses was deflated on most recent visit.When inquiring the staff about it they said it was ripped the previous day. So we asked why it hadnt been moved because it was a tripping hazard if kids were running near it.The response i got was running was a safety hazard and that we should be making sure the kids werent running.So the giant tripping hazard wasnt a concern to the staff just the kids running.Besides that its a great place to take younger kids to burn off some energy.

There are about 12 inflatables on a squishy foam floor. #LetsGuide familyfriendly If your kids are pretty young (9 and under) they will really enjoy it. Very popular place for a Birthday. They sell drinks, ice cream, pizza, and candy. There are a few arcade games and two massage chairs. The employees walked around doing checks on the equipment. Adults are responsible for their own kids, but you only pay admission for your kids not you. This seems to be a great price for indoor fun. There are plenty of benches for grown ups to sit inside or outside the play area. The fluorescent lighting is kind of rough after an hour. I also think music would help change the atmosphere.

Great place for a few bucks. I love bringing the kids here to burn some energy. They keep this place really clean & having birthdays there is great, with the private rooms. My only gripe, is the hard benches for the adults to sit on, are hard, cold & not comfortable. It would be nice when my the grandparents come to with my kids, to have more comfortable seating.

My son enjoyed it. Was trying to find something like fun run from liberty for him but out south and this was it. He had a good time. May even have his birthday here

My daughters father had her 10th bday party here and it was ok. it was really expensive and for the amenities and service you receive it wasnt worth the cost. It looks like a man picked out the paint colors because they were all HARSH red, yellow and blue tones and hurt my eyes. You have to decorate the room on your own too. Not cute at all. We had to clean up ourselves which for the price should have been included. There was not an attendant or party leader for the room and all we got was someone dressed up like a minion who came and took pictures. I would stick to PowerPlay.

Such a fun place! The kids loved it, very reasonably priced too. A new favorite!

I rented a bounce house for my daughters 8th birthday. They delivered the day before, so we got some extra jump time. The delivery staff was very friendly and answered the questions that I had. The bounce house was easy to use and the kids had a blast. There was one small tear in it by the door, but it did not affect the inflatable. Would definitely recommend for a birthday party.

My kids had alot of fun. I would give more stars but a few of the bouncy were missing or broken pieces. And I wish they had a bigger selection of food. Overall supper fun for kids.

Cute, perfect for toddlers through around 12. Love that they have separate areas for the toddlers to play. We went for a birthday party and had a blast. The party packages are a little expensive compared to others.

Visited family in Kansas City and tried finding something kid friendly within close proximity to the home. This is great maybe for children 4 and under. My son grew bored very quickly. There were no real arcade games, and everything looked thrown together. Would not recommend at all.

The people working there today were awesome! My daughters birthday party went great and they were very attentive and helped with everything! Ally was so upbeat and really helped the kids have a great time!

We just had a joint birthday party for all 3 of our kids. Allie, their manager, was super flexible with their group rate pricing. She was there and attentive to what we needed for our party. We had a couple kids who needed to he reminded of the no flipping rule, and she very politely made an announcement over their sound system. Looking at some of the other reviews, I dont know how other people can possibly expect anymore from a place like this... We love jump city!

Liked the amount of bounce house items they have to offer and price was good. Lots of things for smaller kids (2-5). Giving a 3 star because no staff supervising bounce area or signs/barrier splitting area for smaller kids vs. Bigger kids. Lots of bigger kids being wild on the slides and jumping in things that were obviously meant for smaller children.

I would rate this place has zero if I could! after promising my daughter and her friend that they could go here all week I show up in the doors are locked they were closed before 7 this was at 6! I will not be going there ever again highly disappointed with them wasnt very happy with them the first time I went! its just the only thing to do in Belton!

I loved the prices for this place! Since my daughter is only two, it was a discounted price of $5 for the whole day and I got to go on the inflatables with her for free! It is a great place for a birthday party for sure. The only reason I gave four stars is because I kind of thought the place was going to be a bit bigger and have more to offer than it did.

Had my daughters birthday party here over the past weekend & everyone had fun! The package was reasonably priced! They did not charge for the 2 extra kids I had outside of the package they let us keep the room over our time limit with no extra charge! They went above & beyond to make sure we had a great time!! Definitely a fun laid back place!!!!

We were told they had at least 100 bouncy castles, they dont even have ten. Its well overpriced,The bounce houses look run down and dirty, they order pizza from pizza hut instead of making it in store.

My children had a blast here they jumped to the moon and back they have so many different bounce houses for the children to enjoy. The customer service lady was so so nice and children friendly very professional. We would defiantly recommend this place!!

Its a good place to take kids for a birthday party. Got a good great space to play as well as plenty of rooms to rent out for your kids party. Seems to be decently reasonable prices. Kids seem to enjoy the place. It is all definitely blow up items kids like to play on. Nothing else, nothing more. Good selection.

Loved the number of bounce houses and at $10 per child, you cant beat it, especially on a crummy day. One complaint I do have is the bathrooms. They werent very clean and the toilet seats were not secured.Outside of that one complaint, we love this place!

Place is great to take the kids to for a couple hours or even most of the day, my kids love the place, and its great no matter the weather, Id give them five stars however the price has increased, yet the upkeep hasnt been done, there are multiple lights out, some of the bounce houses are Im need of repair, and this trip I noticed a lot of people falling while entering into the play area, a female employee was notified and came over to place more rugs on the tile, followed by a male employee who asked what she was doing, he became rather rude to the female in front of five or six parents, and said it was the kids fault, not the businesses responsibility. I also noticed the tablets at sign in are no longer there. So the price has increased, the upkeep has not been done, and customer service has gone down. This will make me evaluate my return, Im sure we will still go back, seeing as we are frequent visitors, but probably not near as much. My wife and I not only met a friend there with their two kids, but took my daughters friend along with our four. Hard to talk a place up when it is going down hill.

Horrible experience, over priced, cheap terrible pizza, only one box of for 10 kids. Door handles coming off only a few jumping house where available.. highly dissatisfied I wouldnt recommend this to my worst enemy.. please dont be fooled looks nothing like the pictures. Unsanitary environment.

Cheap entertainment with a variety of bounce houses which were easy for my 2 year old to access.Some older kids running around made me a bit nervous, but overall great experience. We’ll definitely be back.

This place is great for kids! An awesome indoor area for the kids to get exercise and have fun. It’s a huge room filled with bounce houses. Every kid’s dream come true. The staff are nice and accommodating. We love it.

Pretty disgusting. Some kid barfed all over the place, like a trail to the bathroom. And the poor 3 young girls were doing their best to handle it but the registers were not working and the coin changers werent working but I assume they have been inundated with ppl due to the constant bad weather. They did give us a discount for having to wait but I didnt see anyone over the age of 18 staff wise. Probably should shut down and reopen once everything is fixed.

My granddaughter loves it here. There are 15-20 different inflatables. She has pizza and also plays games. If you bring your own food/snacks/drinks it’s quite economical & fun. I love to see the parents playing with their kids.

Just had a party there on 10/1/2016, and I was not let down. Sometimes parties can feel a bit rush, with providing only a limited time to play, eat, and open presents. This place allows unlimited jump time, therefore it didnt feel like I was rushing the kids. The staff is also amazing and was very generous. Best place for a party!!

We were invited here for a birthday and we had a fantastic time. Kids were busy the whole time as the place is so big and we felt they were safe. We stayed there for 2 hours and we had to literally drag our kids out of there as they wanted to keep on playing.We will definitely use this our kids birthday party soon.

Danger! So i have been to jump city twice. The first time my son was playing in the toddlers section and hit his head against the pole pictured below. Its solid metal and right next to the jump house and has a sharp edge metal outlet on it. Thank god he didnt strike the outlet. Its the only post in the place up against a jump house where a child can be seriously injured. I informed staff and they said they would take care of it. 2 months later i come back and see it is still not fixed and i see a kid hit it face first. I inform staff about it and when i left an hour later still no fix. I imagine they are waiting for a catastrophic injury before giving a damn. So maybe this post might help them do something. Enjoy.

Went a couple weeks ago and seems to be missing some of the bounce houses. The ones they did have were in need of repair. Someone had puked and the staff had no clue how to clean up and dispose of medical waste. Teens working had no clue about proper procedure for cleaning it up. Used a mop to clean the floor further contaminating more surfaces with medical waste. Waiting for health dept to contact. Someone could get really sick.

The children had so much fun they didnt want to leave, they had so many different bounce houses to choose from the people that work here are so good with children it surprised me they were so informational and kind I loved that we were able to jump with the children as well!!!

Great place for kids to run and let off energy. After more kids started showing up it got really hot. 10 inflatable being used. One ws deflated. For the price and all day play not bad. Stayed for a little over 2 hours. Drinks and food overpriced.

Was great for all the kids. We were there for a birthday party, and it was fantastic. So much space and several different jumpy for all ages and sizes. The kids were not at a lack of entertainment with the gaming area either.

Went for a birthday party. Extremely hot in party areas. My friend paid for a package- she had to go and ask for pizzas. Chairs for people not jumping were falling apart, prices of their drinks are outrageous (but you cant bring in any drinks) and one of the girls who was working concessions barely waited on me. I paid for my stuff-1 drink and chips, and she forgot my drink. U had to wait for another girl to get my drink since I couldnt get the original girls attention. This and several of the air tents were down or underinflated. Hope my friend didnt pay a lot for the party

Some of the bouncy things werent working, just deflated piles on the floor. The employees werent really monitoring anything; big kids were not being safe and pushing the little kids out of the way. The bathroom needed attention. The whole place felt a bit grimy.

This place is Amazing!! Games, food and access to all the bouncy house. The most awesome inflatables I have Ever seen!! Prices are very reasonable!!

Its a cool place and concept. We found several things we needed. Going to have to go back on Saturday next week

It was alot if fun. Its geared toward bigger kids, but were plenty of things my toddler could do. The staff was friendly. I havent been on the weekend so I dont know what its like when theyre busy. But we did enjoy ourselves. I would definitely go again.

We used to go here alot before the incident with my son. We were having a good time, however there were alot of very grown adults running around and not paying attention. And one of them jumped on my 2 year old son (and tried to deny it and never apologized). Jump city did offer to escort the man out however I just decided to not come back .. recently we went back again on a week day when it calmer and my children enjoyed it. Still a bit skeptical and I feel like at least one worker should be watching so something like that does not happen again. It couldve been much worse and no one should be running through there like wild animals, especially an adult.

The staff was horrible!! And the service you get isnt worth the money you pay.. Only plus is the kids will enjoy themselves..

The place is just filled with bounce houses, which is fun if youre into those sorta things. It says its a family fun center but I would say its move for kids sorta like chuckE Cheese.

Kids love it. You are on your own to make sure your kids are safe and most parents are playing on their phones.

This place was a complete joke. I arrived with my kids at 4pm, the guy behind three counter didnt say anything about having ac issues when we arrived. I asked for the family package which includes pizza and drinks for my kids, he said ok but didnt charge me for it after I asked. When I realized he hadnt I said something and his response was sorry I already cashed you out! We had only been here for an hour when they informed us they were having ac problems and would be closing early, but never offered any compensation for the fact we had just got here. The young man behind the counter was RUDE to my children when they went to get drinks, I was very irritated and angry. The people running this place are unacceptable!!!!

Great facility, friendly staff, the only problem I had is for some reason they made me purchase socks for walking around the jump area; however, the entire time I was there I saw other parents wearing flip-flops and sandals and no one spoke to them so that was odd

Fun for kids

Pretty decent place for small children took my nephew there he is 6 and enjoyed it maybe 5 or 6 arcade games didnt eat anyfood but other people seemed ro enjoy it very clean

Fun place for kids however it was not clean at all. I understand kids are messy and dirty, but does not call for inch of dust on fans, under and around trash cans, and no hand sanitizer in any of the dispensers.
