Nice quiet Park to live in the majority of the neighbors are all hard-working people and friendly and everybody gets along pretty good the only thing I would like to see is perhaps a security gate to access the park or at least a security guard as there is a lot of homeless people in the area Roaming In and Out of the park and a lot of cars get broken into in the back alley where there is extra guest parking

People is very friendly.take care of each other many familys have their places nice and clean.beautyful flowers fruit trees.and plants .and the manager very nice.one day she bought donnas and coffee.for the residents.on my trailer park nothing.. happened

Quiet place to live however homeless people do wander in the park.

No pool, No security guard, No clubhouse, No gates, No guest parking, they raise the rent $40.00 every year,extremely greedy property management company. This place sucks!
