The most outdated YMCA youll see and the employees as well as manager are stuck up and incompetent.

Very nice gym, sport center, and pool. You can bring your baby in some time at pool. Everyone was very polite and smiling. The changing rooms are big but the family room is way too small for 2 adults and a toddler and limited to one.

This place is the best. Clean, towels for workouts, best sauna in northwest, hot tub, fans in cardio room.Best value for your money.

I don’t know whether it’s due to the irresponsibility of the clients (average age in the aerobic center is at least 75) or lack of care from the staff, but the men’s locker room tends to be filthy with many towels left behind, washcloths scattered on the floor of the showers, dirt and grit on the floor. The equipment is OK and the staff are polite but not nearly as welcoming as those in neighboring YMCAs such as Sammamish and coal Creek.

This is a horrible YMCA. I had to leave Denver for an ongoing medical emergency in my family. I spoke with Heather who is apparently some kind of manager and she said the Bellevue Y doesn’t honor outside membership transfers. This information was after I went into the Y and spoke with their poorly trained front desk staff who lost my paperwork, didn’t relay correct information to heather. When I finally reached her by phone she said she heard something about my request but she didn’t follow up and contact me. She must not have been that motivated. When I spoke with her she said that site will not reciprocate memberships like the rest of the country does.I’ll go somewhere else that has a better facility as this Y is run down. The staff are clueless and the mgmt don’t care. For anyone thinking about the Y there are wonderful sites out there. This one is an example of the other end of the spectrum. Hopefully they’ll run themselves out of business.

Its an older building in need of renovation. Reasonable for families, but the pool offers no lanes during swim lessons.

Ymca family Bellevue has best and biggest Sauna in the entire state, three levels and just the right temperature hot but not too hot.Great towel service unlike 24 hour fitness, which does not provide towels, you get free ones to use at Ymca but have to pay for ones at 34 hour fitness, which also has disgusting bathrooms and showers with hair everywhere, absolutely repulsive. I almost got a membership at 24 hour fitness.I’m glad I didn’t. 24 hour fitness is going downhill, they will charge you after you cancel, are extremely rude, terrible customer service, according to the reviews I have read.I never have an issue getting on a machine, the hot tub is great never crowded, bathrooms and showers are always clean when I go. Basketball court is a plus as well as pickle ball at some locations.Friendly staff, no complaints.Ymca is a great gym!

Great community place. Lots of various programs for kids, adults and elderly. Includes an indoor gym, swim, hot tub, sauna, free weight gym, cardio room, bike room, yoga room and dance studio. Also includes has a day care while youre there kind of option for little ones, its great. Its an indoor playground and the staff that looks over the kids always are so friendly and do different activities with the kids. The swim staff is also real great. Theyre very patient with the kids and look after them well. The entrance staff is always friendly and welcomes you by name. The facility also has great hours allowing early birds to get a workout in before work. I wouldnt give it a five cause Im hard to please but it probably deserves it.

Worst fitness facility anywhere. Cheap 24-hour Fitness places have better equipment selection. No space to stretch or warm up. BY FAR the worst Y in the greater Seattle area. 2 - yes, two - rowing machines. Poorly maintained jacuzzi. I would never join the Y if I lived here. Bellevue is stinking rich, but this place doesn’t reflect its location.

I really wanted to love this place and signed up my family there but cant say Im happy. The stuff dont care about kids. If you have younger kids 2-6 they will not be safe there. Stuff is just sitting there and checking their phones, especially when they go to cardio. The whole building stinks horribly, I think they need renovation.Hopefully they will improve so I can join with my family again one day.

A Very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful staff member named Alex helped me get my family enrolled and set up for summer programs. I love that they offer community outreach and scholarships to children that need them! Ymca is a great organization.

This YMCA has something for everyone. Lots of exercising, equipment for fitness, swimming, activities for Seniors, and well run programs for kids.Come into the YMCA and speak to a Representative on how to become a member. There is no worries if you and your spouse want to exercise abd get fit. Your kids will be taken care of while You are getting fit. Its that simple.

This place is great, has a set of weights, machines, 2 gyms, and a swimming pool. But compared to the other YMCAs that I have visited, this is nothing. There are bigger and better places for YMCA that have more classes and variety of other machines and weights. The swimming pool is always crowded here and a little too dirty tbh. Still great for the price!

The facilities and classes are top notch and include a large variety of options. This is the only gym Ive ever belonged to where the other users and the staff are incredibly friendly, considerate and welcoming and we actually get to know each other. It has so much more to offer than your typical fitness center and at an incredibly reasonable price.

The staff accused our son in law of being a trainer, & wouldnt let him come in to play basketball with our 12 year old son, because he was having him do drills that looked like private coaching. They were polite about it, our son in law was polite back. But the accusation is pathetic. Of course they looked like drills, thats why they were there, & we thought that was why the YMCA was here. We wont be going back, & we will be telling as many people as we can about our experience.

Stupid place. Theres a adventure zone where you can left your kids. In Adventure zone employees are all youngsters. They dont watch the kids. They just check there Facebook and Instagram. Just sit and talk. One day they blame my son that he hit 7 kids until they cried. Instead of making my son a bad guy they shouldve gather all of the 7 kids and listen to theirversions. But they didnt do that they said my son is bad guy. I couldnt talk with them as I wanted because of my English. They always blame immigrants and their kids.Bad customer service.

Have not had a good experience trying to get kids into swim lessons. Each time, several months, was given wrong information, including from Bobby that the lessons would be open for on-line registration at 5 a.m., but they were not.
