Easy access with large slots and full hook ups. Just some slots in their office parking lot, but that was exactly what we needed while visiting relatives in the area. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely use their lot again when we return for visits. VERY reasonable price and perfect situation since we didnt need any amenities.

Clean quite place

I found a very nice home to purchase at Dutch Hollow Village but unfortunately the management of the property does not have a perfect 5 star rating.Thank you for responding. Unfortunately I didnt write the previous negative reviews. You need to contact those people and get them to give you 5 stars. Then I would consider living there. Thank you

This trailer park has been around my entire life. It is as clean as it was 40 years ago. It is a nice quiet neighborhood.

Cost for rent constantly goes up, but it is a quiet neighborhood. They allow up to 2 pets, but do have certain restrictions, especially on dog breeds. Theyre not very good about getting around to it if you have any issue that they have to fix, so you have to call up to remind them constantly. They are very strict about the upkeep of your yard area, and will charge outrageously for their people to come out and clean if you fail to consistently meet their standards. New paint colors and any projects at all require approval from the office before you are able to begin them. Cost for rent at the time of this post is $400-500 p/month.

It was a very organized and well-maintained Community I was there checking on a job and the place is one of the better parks that Ive seen up that way in a long time probably one of the best they also have over-50s Community for some of the older crew I dont know if that would be appealing to anyone but that is very nice community

I chose Dutch Hollow Village because I had friends who lived there, so it was an easy choice for me. The property is very well maintained and the office staff is just wonderfully supportive. Great Customer Service. You cannot ask for more. I highly recommend!!!!

The rent is outrageous the rules and regulations are absolutely absurd and management is more than unfriendly and make up rules as they go they want you cant even have patio furniture or yard decorations or BBQ grils out

Its amazing but they need to add a pool for the back yards and for the whole neighbor hood

They are very tentative to issues and the manager they have now, Jackie, is amazing. Dawn is so sweet and the customer service is a 10 out of 10. What a beautiful community!

Nice place to live

Property is not maintained no matter how much you ask. Trees are left untrimmed to fall on your home. The water is regularly shut off. Rent has also been raised every single year.

Buyer beware. Mistreatment of tenants is common with unexplained fees and knit picky property demands in order to drive them out and claim the property reselling it to the next victims.
