This place used to be great in terms of pricing and quality of games. Now it costs a fortune to have fun and most of the games suck or dont work like they should. Pizza is great but takes an hour to come out why does it always take so long?? Chuck e cheese really needs to make some changes. Make it the way it was a decade ago, way better

I saw online they had $5 specials so I decided to order. On the website it sais $5 cheese pizza $2 additional topping. But she charged me $3 to add pepperoni on each .. Im not a Karen so whatever I still ordered 2 pizzas some wings, mozzarella sticks and cinnamon bites. When I went to pick up my food I saw there was a worker with NO MASK ON AND WAS ALSO COUGHING and giving the customers their food

Why are the employees here SOOOO bitter and unhappy?! The attitudes are insane! If you don’t like you job, get a new one. There are so many out there. Especially the female employees. Seriously, children do not need to be around these type of attitudes and neither should adults.They also need to be better trained. A kiosk robbed me of $20 and I was told they couldn’t do anything about that. I was told to walk to the kiosk and get the number then call them directly. When I told them there was no number on any kiosk and asked if they had it, they said no and moved on to the next customer. No apology in Chuck E. Cheese’s behalf or anything. Absolutely the worse. We’re not coming back to this location ever again.

I always come here love the games the place is literally packed with games and they all work lol.i love a place that both kids and adults can have fun. This place is it. Customer service needs to improve like when the machine runs out of tickets they have you looking for someone to help you. But other than that the place itself is great.

Highest sales out of any store combined, today I learned this store is 12 minute’s from the oldest operating McDonald’s store in the world, that is also on East Florence Avenue, in Downey.

Excellent customer service it occasionally get crowed on certain days but I cant complain the food is good and the employees are nice people.

Clean I love it, but I paid at the register and from there to my seat was aprox 20 feet lost my 100 dollar change abour 78 dlls and spoke to the manager in charge Jazmin and she refuse to look at video camera to to see where my money went or if was stolen or if was given to me at the register.I dont care about the money if it goes to a good cause but, I just think that Iwork hard for my money and shouldnt lose 78 dlls in 10 min at any chuckechesse location.Im not happy

I havent been to Chuck E cheeses in about 2 decades and i grew up in bell from 1986-1995 i would be in here after the batting cages. It was fun being a kid around that time period and of course times have changed and so has Chuck E cheeses. I guess Im giving it a 5 star because they must be doing something right to keep this location going and its great to still see it open.

My son and neice had a great time!! We ate pizza and drinks and had a 90 minute card to play til they got tired. They got lots of tickets and they got some prizes. I spend 60 dollars and it was worth it for the food and play card with 2 souvenir cups for my son and neice.

My kids were starving when we got there but were also looking forward to playing games and stuff. Placed our order for food and game cards, etc... But we waited for the food first. Waited and waited. The kids were relentless, asking why the food was taking so long. Next thing I know its been 50 minutes waiting for the food. It was a Saturday but the place was not packed. I go and ask and they tell me theyre delayed with the orders. I get the kids and ask for a refund. When I did I told the manager why and she told me, well its an hour wait, sir. like if that meant anything to me. I wasnt rude when I replied, No one told me its be an hour wait. I wouldnt have ordered food here of it took that long. She gave me my refund but had a bit of an attitude. I get that its frustrating but thats some nerve. I love Chuck E. Cheeses. Many memories here! But itll be a long time before I return.

Big fan of the change to the hourly passes, the food is really not too bad, and I like the options, like wings as well. Salad bar could be improved but hey, its Chuck E Cheeses not the 4 seasons

One of the machines was broken so we got like 4000 free tickets. Sick AF!

It so bad when i whent the machines give out little bit of tickets the prizes are bad and cost a lot of ttickets.

They dont take your food to the table like other chuck e cheeses and the food was cold when we got it. We waited about 20-30 mins for someone to come clean 2 tables that we wanted. The good part is that they have a lot of games.

Had to wait 30 minutes in line just to get the order take . Waited another 40 minutes for the food to come out. They have a promotion that if the pizza takes more than 20 minutes to come out you get free dessert...I asked the lady where my free desert was and she said it didnt qualify for my $70 order! They only had 2 people working the front...never going again..

New food choices, better pizza (although not gourmet). Appetizer platter can be a bit more appealing (at $19.95 it should be more, if not better..) A treat for kids of most ages, nothing for adults except beer.. Staff are great, friendless and helpful.

The point system for the game is good endless games for 60 is $15 and the kids have tons of fun. The pizza is amazing like always and there are lots of new awesome games for the kids.

This location always makes a huge deal about trying to use the email coupons. Today I wanted to use the coupons I received in my email the same day and was told that their system wasnt accepting my coupon code but they could offer me a better promotion. I wanted to purchase the 100 tokens for $20 but their better promotion was $24.99 which included the tokens plus a rock and roll pizza. The pizza itself is $4.99 so its just a way for them to try to upsale. After speaking with the manager they miraculously were able to get the computer to accept my coupon code. Also, they advertise the chuck e cheese character to come out every hour but this is the only chuck e cheese that claims corporate policy is for him to come out only on weekends. They go as far to tell my 3 year old that he was sleeping.

My son always enjoys a trip to chuck e cheese. Today the place was extra clean and the food came out cooked right and on time. The staff was friendly and all the games were operational.

Compared to how it used to be and how other Chuck e cheese locations are in smell alone, this location has improved a lot. The games used to never work now they actually do. Management is polite while some of their employees can work a little more on being courteous considering it is supposed to be a fun place to be at. Over all, its just BETTER.

Short andrea is a horrible cashier host. Not going into detail because nothing will get done. I already know how it is. Only reason I went was for my daughter. Wont happen again.

I have had a couple of birthday parties here for my girls. The service has always been good. I like that the server helps you out on the planning of food. They are also on top of you if you need anything. I like the new wristbands they have now....and I like the pizza here. The salad is always fresh. The wings are delicious.

Only 1 person taking food orders. Nobody is behind the counter to help the kids pick their prizes... And its not even that crowded.

This place has always been a place to take the kids and just relax or play with them... they now use points and time limits for the games and rides which I believe the time is better so u know exactly how much time they have to play as points can either last or be spend really quick... I think they just need to be more generous with the tickets or lower the amount u need for the prizes. Food is ok a little expensive but worth it if you get some kind of bundle or coupon.

Although there was a friendly cashier helping me, there was no excuse for how run down this Chuck E cheese is. the place smells like the carpets have never been cleaned and the food was not the greatest. Ive been to plenty of chucks but this one had to one of the worst. save yourselves the headache and drive the extra miles to the one in Downey or Cerritos

Some of the workers are very polite but others are kind off inpatient with the kids remember this is a place for kids ..i order a salad not to many choices ...the bath rooms are not kept eather in very good conditions...but we enjoyed the games

The food was fine, I just had scrambled eggs and fruit but the service was kind and attentive. It was a welcome change from the fast paced, quick turn around you usually see at restaurants.

Guest service was great, but the fries were cold and the carpet could use a deep, deep cleaning. As soon as you walk in it smells like feet.

Went for a fundraiser and place was under staffed, manager was taking orders, calls us next and thwn leaves meanwhile the other cashier(only had one other)helped 2 others, when she was calling her 3 guest manager finally came back no apology was given...over charged me then didnt give me all my cups until I brought it to her attention...they were TOTALLY UNPREPARED for large crowds!!

My sister reserved a party here for my nephews birthday and her hostess was named Vanessa or Veronica. I have to say that she is the most nicest employee there!!! She’s extremely helpful. I was actually surprised that Chuckies had servers like that. My sister never was upset once. She wasn’t like the other hostesses that were there. She actually interacted with my nephew and made all of us feel good ! My only complain is that the carpet is somewhat dirty. Cashiers look pretty bored, and they don’t smile much. I recommend coming here for parties though!! Vanessa/Veronica was awesome!!!
