Honestly I would give a zero if possible. We rented an animal for 20 minutes & both ladies working the booth were pretty rude. The timer never went off & we told them that. The timer was even counting up at that point & still hadnt reached 20 minutes ... said that we should watch the time on our phones next time and wouldnt charge us for the extra time on the animal this one time. Will not use these again!

Great gentleman driving the train for kiddos. My family had a blast.
