Pandemic Timeframe | If youre following social distancing and slowly trying to get back into the words, go in the morning when they open. We go right at opening once or twice a month and share the restaurant with maybe like one or two other families. My son gets to freely run around and play his games.The pizza is a whole nother story. The pizza here is better than it deserves to be haha. Its actually REALLY good!! Its crispy, flavorful, and not too greasy. Better than Dominos and Pizza Hut.There is a guy there that has long, long black braids/dreads. He is so friendly to our toddler and we love seeing him there. Hes more present to customers than anyone else in the restaurant, even the managers.

This was my 1st time going inside Chuck E Cheese since theyve upgraded & I must say it was very nice. Most of the staff seemed very friendly & helpful. The kids seemed to really enjoy themselves, the games gave fair amounts of tickets, and I noticed staff members constantly rotating to keep the place as clean as they could. The only complaint was the high prices & how its impossible for a child to get one of the better toy prizes unless theyve played ALL day to win thousands of tickets...But Overall, I was impressed. It was a wonderful experience from the older years!! Great job!

Food was good and the employees were constantly walking around cleaning and disinfecting tables and games...

The best games were out of order.... Pizza was amazing though!!

Great place to let the kids run wild and do a Lil work. Safe and clean food is not cheap, but look on there website for coupons to save a lil money. They even have beer and wine

I went to support the schools fund raiser. I really, really enjoyed the salad bar. Enjoyed mingling with the staff outside of the school. It was fun to see the children collect large amounts of tickets. I was the ticket holder while I was there.

Had fun today! They seem to be in a remodel and it looks like its going to be pretty awesome, the bathroom redo is really nice and they put in a new better working changing table.

Great place to take your family for some fun! Made me feel like a kid again, and they had really good pizza! Will definitely have to come back.

They need to revamp the place. It could be cleaner, and the food is ok. It could be of a little better quality. What was disappointing was that so many of their machines didnt work right or at all. And was not labeled broken. The staff was very friendly though, and the service was good.

I took my G-Kids, 3 & 5 yrs old to Chuck Es around 2:00, and without having many other kids there, it was Perfect.They had a Great time, well be back soon.

A lot of time had passed since my last visit and this one. A lot of the play equipment has been removed. The staff was horrible. We were visibly and obviously ignored while trying to cash in the tickets for my nephew - you can only pretend to stir the ham chunks at the questionable salad bar for so long. Employee was more concerned with flirting than attending customers. She wasnt an isolated incident. Extremely disappointed in everything from the time we walked in the door to the time we left.

Most of the games didnt work. Staff was friendly and courteous. One of the cleanest Chuck E. Cheese Ive been to in a long time.

Video games, sports games, video rides and more await our grand kids for special occasions or just to let them burn off some steam. Chuck E. Cheese even comes out to great the kids. They have a large area set up for birthdays and other occasions. Best news is when the kids are tired and its time to go you dont have a mess to clean up.

Pizza not to good there, but they do have a very good salad bar, my grandson had a great time there with the kid rides

It was clean, way better food and options than back when my kids were small. Terrific staff. Will definitely be taking the grandbaby again.

Wednesdays are the BEST days to go! 15 dollars for unlimited plays for 45min!! Theres even a pause machine so when ur pizza comes u can sit down and enjoy without feeling rushed! And when u need more Time, go back and reload for another 45 min for the same price(:

Went just to have some pizza and take our daughter for the first time. The pizza was great, not something you want to eat everyday but for once in a while great. The women’s bathroom was disgusting it really just looks like it needs some updating though, not the employees fault, trying to clean it would be like polishing a turd. All the games were working fine, clean, the floors spotless, the booths clean. We had an awesome time and our not quite 2 year old daughter did too! Even gave our 156 tickets away to a birthday girl and got quite a thank you! I’d hold a birthday party here as well, it’s not dark in there so you can see where your kids are and they have someone watching the door at all times. Fun and safe. The staff was very polite and professional as well!

Had a very bad experience on our last visit. Employees cleared food from our table without asking first. Manager told us she would replace food,but did not. Manager had a Im only here to get paid, I dont care about you or your kids attitude. Used to to my kids here almost every week, and on there birthdays. My kids left in tears. Will not be back until management changes.

I hadnt been since I was a kid and honestly was surprised at how much nicer it was now. The ability to just pay for time for someone to play and not get tokens is a good feature. My faughter is 3 and had a really good time!

Pizza was delicious, staff were all nice, we had a nice time.The pizza was more greasy than what I would like but its super delicious, especially with the stuffed crust! They were incredibly busy when we arrived, but nothing got skipped- we got our stamps and they still checked us. Love the system!We have fun every time we come by. Prices are super reasonable. We did not know you can pause your card, I feel like it would have been helpful for someone to tell us, especially since we got food and had to sit down and eat for half of an hour we paid for. It was not until we were tearing tickets while they closed down that we saw the Pause machine!Good times.

Its nice a little more expensive been awhile since I came enjoyed time with grandbabies

My daughter has a great time every time we visit! She is in a wheelchair and all of the games were accessible to her. The customer service is awesome!

No major complaints. Service was prompt from courteous staff, facility was clean, and the kids enjoyed themselves. The only negative was that the service at the prize counter was so slow that we ended up skipping it, but this seems to be a common occurrence here and elsewhere. If not for that, I would have given a five star rating.

We had a walk in birthday party, not sure how I feel about unlimited play. I feel the children (all under the age of 10) had just as much fun buying tokens/card seperate. If you have 30 minutes to play and multiple people then spring on the unlimited, otherwise save your money. The pizza seemed somewhat better than the previous visit. The high prices for food and lack of coupons (real deals not the printables that save you a few bucks and cannot be combined) keep me from coming back more often.

Dirty floors, dirty bathroom, prices are fair, but so many games/rides were broken. I counted 8 broken games in the first 30 min. They had a guy fixing different machines the whole time we were there. We did not eat. It didnt look appetizing.

Its was my granddaughters 1st experience there, Lord did she enjoy herself .

Had a party here & specifically asked if latex balloons were banned from the facility due to latex allergies. Was told no balloons were allowed due to that risk. Walked in to set up for party & latex balloons were EVERYWHERE!! Was lied to & a portion of my family had to leave party due to this. My children were very upset over this. Management claimed I was never told balloons were not allowed. Could not get money back for those who could not attend unless risking anaphylactic shock or death from the powder particles floating in the air from those balloons. Teens will run over the small children if an adult is not right beside them to stand watch. All the staff is rude and act like they have better things to do than work.

Can’t complain. I took my kids on a Friday afternoon, which was great because it hardly have anyone in there during weekday afternoons. The place was clean and if not all, I will say almost all the games were working. The staff are patient and helpful. Will go again, but only on weekday afternoons.

Needs more games to play needs to upsize there building.

We had an amazing time there. I hosted my nieces birthday party here. Lulu was our server and she.was sweet and a great help. We spent a little over $100 to feed our 8 kids, their drinks, and the tokens to play the games. The prices are a lil hi but the service was very good. I was pretty surprised. Will definitely be returning.

Great for kids. Has plenty of games and prizes and has rules to keep everything and everyone safe and sound. As long one day the place doesnt turn into a creepypasta where chuck e cheese mouse comes alive out of nowhere.

The whole family joined us at Chuck-E-Cheese for my three year old nieces birthday excuse me thats supposed to be 4 years old shes going to get on to me for that! The kids all had a blast we have plenty of pizza and drinks and we couldnt find one kid at all when we were looking for him because they were all up in the gym hadnt in the balls or stuck inside some game but it was wonderful we really had a good time.

I hadnt been in a long time and finally decided to take my five year old for his very first time. He LOVED it. All the games worked, affordable, and didnt smell funny inside. Well be back again!

My grandbaby loved it, but it took Chuckee 2 hours to come out and greet the kids. Shame on you Chuckee!

A fun place for kids and adults too. Salad bar for adults can order pizza refills on drinks are free while you are there. Employees are helpful and courteous. No kid goes unstamped and checked with adult stamp to match kid and adult.

I was there for my nieces birthday party. Pizza was good. Salad bar was $8 and pretty much enjoyed it! Will likely go again.

The kids had a great time. They won lots of tickets. Party with 6 kids for under $200 Only problem we had was machine malfunctions. But, the staff were quick to fix problems and give a few extra tickets for the kids. Lots of options for spending those tickets also. Lots of toys or candy to choose from.

Expensive for kids and worst pizza ever but the grandkids like it

Had a great experience when we brought our church kids. The young man who waited on us was very polite and went out of his way to leave an impression our kids would not forget......kindness counts... Thanks to the young man for doing a good deed

Called the police on a 3 year old’s family at her birthday party saying they were cheating because they spend money getting unlimited play cards for 2 hours. The manager enjoyed calling the police and the little girl said she wouldn’t go back to chuck e cheese or the police will get her. Y’all ruined a kids party and embarrassed her for no reason. For shame.

Always have fun. 20 dollars last my two boys about three hours of game play. It lasts our family of four half that and its only gotten better since they upgraded to play pass. Ill go here before the tilt anyday!

Worst place to go. They have grown up fighting inside place. They need security there to protect people inside. My daughter almost got hit because of it. I will never go back there.

Not a safe place for kids, a fight between a black family broke out and the were asked to leave then they left and were fighting in the parking lot, i shouldve asked for my money back, i will never go back there again
