Good comfortable seating, not a wait for tickets, reasonable matinee prices, better selection of movies than Hollywood. Good showtime choices. Sr discount. Snak bar prices are high, but then movie snack bars ALWAYS are! Clean, modern, good security, very friendly and with game machines in the lobby area, in case you have to wait for a movie to start. Well cared for theatre, near the mall and restaurants. I would recommend it.

I liked the place. The layout was good, the chairs comfy, and it was all very calm and quiet, except for the movie, of course.

Run down and dirty. I have quit going there. Only go to the one with the recliners.

Was not satisfied. When I ordered my tickets off of Fandango, the tickets said reserved seating, which I assumed it would be the Reserved luxury seating like Tinseltown. I have always gone to Tinseltown but they were sold out for this particular show so I bought them at the Regal theater on Dowlen rd.....NEVER AGAIN!! I will always go to Tinseltown!!Seats are uncomfortable and very close together....guess it was my own fault for assuming!! But I dont ever remember going to a regular movie theater and having reserved seats!!

This location does not have assigned seating like Tinseltown does. The movie showings were pretty spread out and not a lot of people in the theater if you go during the week and during the day. Theater was clean and did not have any issues with any of the staff they seem pretty friendly.

Great place to go new movies

Had a nice experience. The theater we were in was fairly clean. Floors werent sticky like you usually find in theaters, especially discount theaters. The staff at the concession stand were both efficient and friendly. All in all a very pleasant evening.

The seating was very dated. Very little leg room. The seats rock making them a little more comfortable. The picture and sound quality was decent.

A clean and nice place to enjoy a movie

Regal was good before, now its gone downhill! I went to see Little but I could not even watch the movie due to loud ghetto teenagers. There were many complaints but management didnt even take care of it. There was also lots of cell phone usage and flashes coming from them taking pictures. It was really annoying. I highly recommend Cinemark 15 in beaumont.

The theater was clean & comfortable. The movie was clear with a great volume. Buying my ticket to see the movie before going into the theater was a pleasant experience, as well. The young lady was friendly & helpful.

Used to be a great theater to go to but has recently started to go down hill. The auditorium we saw our movie in had two very noticeable rips in the screen around the bottom. Granted they did repair them but left a sizable gap that couldnt go unnoticed. My eyes kept getting drawn to the rips.

Low quality of vision of film like some sort of standard definition which wasnt a total buzzkill. They didnt have nachos because they shut it down 5 hours before closing. The slushee was good and the popcorn was fresh. The young man up front continually spoke away from us while laughing to his co-workers saying I can explain, I can explain. *Chuckles chuckles* I will try the other theater across town next time. Will give another chance at a later time.

Its okay for a movie theater. You still have stadium seating here but its kept clean and very friendly people working here. Its centrally located next to Parkdale Mall so you can grab a bite to eat from nearby restaurants before or after the movie.

Always a good time. We get in quickly and can find good seats. Popcorn is always fresh.

We go here fairly often. Staff is friendly and polite, seats are comfortable, there is plenty of parking, and there are good restaurants close by. Of course snacks and drinks are expensive, but it IS a movie theater after all. :)

First and last time here. Young people talked cursed and played the whole movie! There were several complaints but they did nothing .

My visit at the theatre wasn’t bad however, I left my wallet in Theatre 6 and when i went to talk to a manager she quickly dismissed my request to look for my wallet. I understand that it was my fault for leaving the wallet behind and in no way it’s the managers fault but as her customer I would expect better service and attention. She told me they don’t look for wallets but that she would check to see if the wallet was found, went inside for not even a minute and said she didn’t find it. I left my wallet on saturday night and showed up a Sunday afternoon before it opened. I think it was very rude of her to dismiss me that way. It would not have hurt her to let me go and search for my wallet if it was such a big deal for her to do it. I will never return to this theatre. I have never heard of a theatre not looking for items left behind and the fact that this theatre doesn’t do it seems a little fishy to me. As a manager of a job this is not how you treat customers and she should re-evaluate her position.

My friends, boyfriend and I went to see the black panther today, 03/03/18, the movie was great! However, as am watching the movie i notice something crawling on the wall... I ask my boyfriend to use his light to see what it was.. I was horrified to see it was BIG COCKROACH! Im never going back to this movie theater.

Probably the worst movie theater I’ve ever been to! The ticket person, John, was very nice and friendly, however, James and the manager were both very disrespectful and rude. The seats are gross and the place dirty. I highly recommend tinseltown!!! Better seats, and much better staff

They need to get new bulbs, or new projectors. Watched Avengers: Endgame and it was a dull mess. I watched it Cinemark 15 and it was perfect.

Who doesnt like buttered popcorn and movies?

Theres nothing quite like sitting in a packed theater with no air conditioning and being told by a member of management after the film that they have been having problems with it and expect a service technician to come look at it in a few days...

The manager was extremely nice but they were having technical difficulties. My movie cut off 3 times while watching and never was able to finish. They offered me free movie passes but I live 2 hrs away so I received a refund.

The only reason I give it one star is because you cant give zero! We went and saw aladdin on may 26th and there was GIANT ROACHES ALL OVER THE WALL!!! And then we looked more and they were on the floor!! Also the seats were uncomfortable and too close together!! I will never go back there again!!!!!

Good place for to watch movies

One of my favorite things about Regal is their app! Unlike some reward cards/app this one actually gives you rewards. Remember they have some great deals on Tuesday, matinaee pricing and a wonderful senior adult price. I like their chairs bc I find them comfortable and I love the fact that I DO NOT have to reserve them ahead of time making a spur of the moment movie viewing an option here!

I won free tickets from atom. I went on a Wednesday at 7 pm. There were only 4 people other than my wife and I.

As a weekly movie goer, we will not be returning as we believe in the right to carry a concealed handgun for our protection. The bad guys will not care about a sign prohibiting weapons. I can understand prohibiting openly carried weapons as it is a distraction. Please revisit the decision to ban licensed concealed handgun holders.

People wont shut up. went to go see get out and kids and adults both wouldnt be quiet. A movie like that for a ghetto theatre trash dont go. One suggestions is go to the good theater in Beaumont. Never again movie itself was great but people and workers that were told terrible.
