If you like the suspension on your vehicle, you should avoid this place. The roads throughout the park are in such a state of disrepair that they barely qualify as anything more than hiking trails.

I live there and everyone that I have encountered has been no less than very nice. A fine place to.live, close to everything Beaumont.

The management is awesome. Quiet park. People are nice.

Trashy. Roads are horrible. Needs some serious clean up. Lots of work.
