BEST PLACE EVERRR! My husband & I take our 8 & 4 year old daughters there as much as possible! Their prices are surprisingly much cheaper than what we had anticipated them to be! This place is a kids kingdom; FULL OF SOOO MANY AWESOME THINGS TO DO!

My son had so much fun here. We are displaced from the hurricane and I wanted to take him somewhere fun. We have Altitude at home but this far exceeded our expectations. Thanks UA for a nice break from reality!

The nastiest and most unclean place I have ever been in. Trash littered everything. I got there at 10 when it opened. I just wanted to get up and mop the floor. No one is taking care of that place. I can only imagine the ball pit where I can’t see things. Germ city. I feel ridiculous for paying $70 for this trash. I was there the first week it opened a year ago and today everything is in shambles. The trampoline had a big gaping hole in the corner where kids could fall through and hurt their-self. Lots of things weren’t open like the rock climbing or other courses. Almost no staff to run the place. It was very empty and we had to wait at the different areas to do things such as the zip lining.

Great place to bring your kids!!!! Great food & a lot of fun. Parents can sit back & relax in massage chairs or just have fun with some pizza & lots of fun things to do for the kiddos!!! Dont miss out, summer is all most gone!!!

The experience at first was the worst. Then an employee by the name of Ronald went above and beyond to make things better. He was working every section of the place because none of the other employees would. Most of the other employees were just sitting and chatting. Thank you, Ronald for making things right.

We started making this a weekly trip with kids ! The staff is always great ! This time we had the Manger Samson waiting on us he was awesome ! See y’all again in a few days !

We went to a family birthday party a few weeks ago. The family had purchased the birthday package with a table out by the concession area. However, the manager, Christi Ali, upgraded all of the birthdays that evening to private rooms!! It was a fantastic evening! She made sure that the birthday boy and all of his guests had a great time! Hands down this was the best experience we’ve had at Urban Air!!

My 8 yr old + wild 3 yr old loved it. We enjoyed watching them play & will be back for sure! The 2 front counter employees were super friendly but I forgot to get their names. They were shocked we drove from Louisiana (exactly 2 hr drive) to try it out. It was one of our kids Christmas presents (no clutter).

Really cool place. Under staffed, poor customer service. They didnt have the ropes course and other big kid stuff open for an hour after opening and so it was a waste of money paying extra for it when they couldnt use it.

I completely amazed by the friendly staff and making my sons 8th birthday go as smoothly as posible.Loved that they weren’t overbearing but so helpful when needed.

I thought this was a great place for the kids, but the only draw back was there were not enough staff personnel. Many of the trampolines and obstacle courses were overtaken by bigger kids with no respect for the rules or limits to how many jumpers could be in one area at a time. One poor girl was trying her hardest to manage 3 or 4 areas! I felt it was very poor managed because if there were more workers/staff my children could have enjoy it so much more.

Came here this weekend with nephews, and I really want to give the worker there named Rebecca a huge appreciation! She was very attentive and helped my nephews in their ball pit. I highly recommend this urban air, and will be back next time my family and I get a chance.

I just left from having my daughters birthday here to say it was a mess would be a understatement it was a disaster! From the moment we walked in till we walked out was nothing but issues mainly with there staff and the lack of attention they we’re giving to the parties that paid to have a hostess at all times we literally had to hunt ours down every time we needed something our table was covered in trash our waters were never refreshed we had no clean plates and the list goes on.. this was our first time to ever book a party through them and will be our last even our guests were noticing how bad the service was! Book your kids party else where these people do not care what a waste of money!

I must say I have been coming since y’all have open! And I think y’all finally got it right! I don’t know the new manger came out of know where and has been helpful polite and caring! I watched her go beyond measure the other day. Apparently This family had to cancel their sons birthday party because of the weather. She helped them and the mom was so grateful and happy that her child was happy! The staff respect her! I didn’t see the workers just standing around the helped with anything that they could! Man I wish I knew the mangers name! Well if no one has told her good job keep up the good work! I am will continue to bring my family there and I hope others do to!! If anyone knows the manager please let her know she is doing a great job!!!

Daniel had a blast here. Theyre zipline looked very fun. The only thing I did not like about the place is there isnt any security type of measure for the kids to go in and out so, dont take your eyes off your kids.

The kids had a blast it was more than I expected when I first walked in they had everything from just jumping around to playing in ball pits, zip line, Rock climbs as nd much more. Everything that any child would need to keep them entertained for hours and hours and the prices are pretty decent with a great atmosphere for kids and adults.

When I called to set up my granddaughters Birthday party not realizing I needed to call 72 hours in advance I was told (apparently by corporate) to just walk in and tell the staff we were here for my granddaughters birthday. So this is what I did. I was under the impression I was talking with someone in the Beaumont location. I get here and the place is packed for parties. I just want to give a shout out to Christina, Katelyn and Tiffany. They were very sorry for the information I was given and worked diligently to find us a table. I am very impressed with the way these three ladies handled a difficult situation. Kudos ladies. You saved the day for my granddaughter.

The entire staff was very respectful, and helped anyone in need. the place was very well controlled, and that’s impressive considering how many people, specifically little kids, occupy the building. the food is good as well, and overall it was very fun. would come again.

Its so fun and the supervision is not very strict.u can just jump whenever u want 2 without listening 2 anybody.

This is my first time going to urban air, and it won’t be my last.. this place is fantastic.. I wish there were a place like this when I were a kid. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My kids had a blast and that’s all I could ask for.

It was amazing. My grandchildren loved it They tried almost everything there. Its a great place to bring you entire family. And I couldnt believe it they have good food and a very large menu to select from. We had a blast. And my family will be there Friday for the dancing

Wow what a place to for the kids let some energy off. They climbed, jumped, dodged, and ran so much, our teenagers were totally exhausted by dinner time. Really appreciated the adult supervision on many of the rides. Their absolute favorite was the sky coaster. Like a rollar coaster but while hanging on a hook. Lots of food and drink options for sale at reasonable prices. Party rooms and decorated party tables available. Totally will come back next time.

Kids had a blast but bathrooms were very dirty. Was there at opening time and trash was full and toilets with waste so it wasnt cleaned the night before. Other than that it was a fun time.

First time we went it was awesome. Employees were everywhere giving kids their turn in the attraction/trampoline area. It was clean and enjoyable.Tonight is the second time we went and it was horrible, a big waste of money. They seem to be very understaffed, only 2 employees were walking around telling kids when they needed to get off the trampoline for others to have their turn. Food and drinks were spilled everywhere. Kids were pushing kids on the very crowded trampoline. Overall I wont be going back anytime soon. We were only able to stay for an hour because we werent able to do anything without kids running over us.

Great experience booking a party with a Urban Air Beaumont. Easy to book online, the packages and pricing outlined were accurate. We did not encounter any surprise or additional charges for a Birthday Party. The party hostess was very nice and hospitable. Management was very attentive, respectful and made sure that our experience was a great experience. We will definitely return and highly recommend Urban Air Beaumont.

This was an incredible evening with our youth group! We had great food, lots of fun, and ended up having a dance party with the staff. They went out of their way to make our group feel welcome and important. The staff is obviously well managed and eager to please the guests.

The hostess was so friendly. All the staff was great and birthday boy had a great time. Thank you all so much.

We went to Urban Air tonight for my son’s birthday. The staff was very attentive and went out of their way to make sure that we had what we needed and everyone was having a good time. Great atmosphere and terrific customer service!! Jaz was the manager on duty and she checked on us several times. She was so very helpful and Helen, our hostess, was very upbeat and always checked back to see if we needed anything. All of the staff were getting the kids involved and making sure they were having a good time. We will be back soon!!

Weve had fun both times weve been to Urban Air and we will still go back, but I had to go into the obstacle course area because my youngest wanted to explore. I immediately saw spilled ice, goldfish, a spilled drink, etc. when I went inside it. The trampoline area was VERY clean, but I had to persuade my kids to stay away from the obstacle area.

Place was pretty epic. Staff was on point and good at their job. The cleaning staff could have stepped it up a bit, but had an amazing time either way.

Sooo much fun. Ages ranging from 2 to 16, and they all had such a great time! The manager on duty was fantastic and worked right alongside her crew to make sure everyone was having a good time.

Fantastic place to take our 10, 7 and 5 year old to burn off plenty of energy on rainy days. However, there isn’t enough staff to govern the older wild kids that run over everyone’s small children, repeatedly cut in line, and not follow a single rule. It’s stressful for us parents of the little kids because we’re constantly having to get onto other people’s kids who lack manners. We’ve been to other Urban Air locations in Texas and other states where this was never an issue.

I have to say hands down that my boss Rachelle is the best, I cant remember a time she wasnt nice to me or other employees. I appreciate when she is hard on us because she is trying to make the company better and I understand that and I am glad I am working for a boss who cares about her workers. I’ve brought my kids here a couple times when they first opened and besides a couple of minor mishaps it was an ok experience.. however, we went there last week and it was sooo much better.. things seem more organized and the staff were more attentive.. the atmosphere just felt... different, more professional. I dont usually leave negative reviews, but I am terribly disappointed with what I experienced at Urban Air yesterday 2/1/20. I was blown away when I witnessed the MANAGER named KRISTY ALI **(another employee happily gave me the name and told me she was the MANAGER)** I told him I would be calling corporate about her. This manager lunged leaned whatever you wanna call it over the front counter and got in this staff members face and started yelling at her I felt horrible for this girl she was so little and so upset and kept saying YES MAAM over and over againyall it was so sad I could tell she was embarrassed and upset from getting treated this way in front of customers and her coworkers. This manager was so mean I understand everyone is allowed to get Angry or frustrated, no one is perfect. But she was very unprofessional it was absolutely unacceptable. Even if the employee had made a mistake it is never okay to berate any person in front of anyone. Especially never in front of other employees and never in front of customers and believe me there were LOTS of customers. I dont know what the employee did and I dont care. But anger or frustration among staff/management should be communicated properly like in an office/private area with a witness. These are young employees and they are still learning lets try and be a roll model please remember yelling hurts people, it drives them away rather than inspiring them, and it also hurts the quality of their work NOW and in the FUTURE.

Birthday party for 7 kids. Everyone one of them got sick except 2. They had a ton of fun but if you are a parent, dont take your kids here if they are sick. Thats extremely selfish and irresponsible.

We visited last Saturday 3/2/19 and although it seems like a decent place boy was it dirty everywhere!! Trash on the floor all over the place and the play areas were super dirty and oh my gosh the bathrooms, yuck!! I would suggest having someone cleaning all the time especially on the weekends with more foot traffic as people eat there and bring little ones. The pizza was good but the area to eat pizza was so gross. Also, there is a tiny area for little ones to play but all it has is a couple of chairs a tube to crawl in and a block sliding stand. And, adults cannot stand up in it. No gate either! So when your little one goes running out of it good luck running with your body half bent over. Management needs some additional trainings if you ask me. Doesn’t seem to be run very well or thought out. Kids ran around everywhere doing whatever they wanted with little guidance from very young staff. If I’m going to spend a lot of money there again they need to up their game in a massive way!

Kids had fun but I couldve ordered waiter and got food faster. Pathetic really. They need to triple the staff or triple the order locations. I wont be back any time soon

Took kids there for a lil out the house fun. The really enjoyed themselves with the different activities and new things they had there. Food and staff were fun it was just a ball definitely will be back again.

Best experience ever for my kids! The energy from the staff is high and they seem to really want to work there. The manager Jazlin keeps the kids engaged and really shows great hospitality. I would definitely recommend Urban Air Beaumont, Texas!

Kids had a great time. Had grandsons bday party and our hostess was great. Have to say not impressed with all the young people they have employed here. They DO NOT watch the kids well at all. You have to keep an eye on your kids. The area where they walk out on the beam is a very dangerous spot that. Needs to be addressed. NO ONE is watching this area. Lots of kids are just jumping in and playing while people are on the beam. Everyone just falling on each other. Lot of teens were running around play fighting and throwing stuff. Teens congregate in the back area by dodgeball and kissing and hugging on one another. This is not the place for that. Just needs to be more supervised.

Visited on a Saturday 1/26/19. First off my kids did have a blast on all the attractions. This facility is new so all the equipment is in great shape. It was extremely busy which is not the main concern. However the place was a wreck with every trash can was fill to the brim. They were severely understaffed and what staff they did have was not focused on customer service. This was our first time to this facility so there was not a clear define procedure to sign up. We did not know we had to sign a disclaimer until we had been waiting in line for about 15 minutes. Then I had to panic to get it filled out online for my kids before we got to the cashier. Then when we were finally serviced at the main counter after 30 minutes in line the cashier would not speak to us. She answered questions with just a head nod. Also this facility makes you buy their socks at a cost of $2.50 a pair on top of the fee to use the equipment. That is not a lot of money for the socks but on the main counter there is a sign that states the socks will not improve safety on the equipment at all. So what is the point other than to get another $2.50 a person. When we finally got all of the entry fees out of the way the kids had a great time. After about 2 hours everyone was getting thirsty and ready for a snack. I went to the snack bar and here we go again. I waited in the line for 15 minutes and watched the 2 employees just take there time and not showing any since of urgency to assist customers. I finally got out of line and went to Northern Tools next door and purchased drinks. Overall I was impressed by the equipment and layout of the facility. I was not impressed with the employees. In my opinion more effort needs to be applied in finding the right employees and not just oxygen/carbon dioxide ex-changers. I will consider other options before returning to this establishment.

We had such a great experience at Urban Air today! There were a wide variety of attractions, employees were friendly and helpful, and the place was clean! We brought a group of 8 kids with ages ranging from 2 to 16 years and everyone had a blast!

The place is amazing!!! Its great for all ages; there is something for every age (baby- adult)! My littlest loves the play tubes, my oldest loves the Warrior course, & my husband loves the pro jump! The party value to superb! The staff is welcoming and friendly, plus always helpful. This is the place to be in Beaumont. My family will be here often! If you are looking for somewhere to go with your friends and family, definitely bring them to Urban Air.The safety aspect of wearing their non-slip socks is amazing. Thank you for thinking of that!!

Employees that are suppose to be actively policing respective areas do nothing. employees are all just hanging out more than doing their jobs. parents have to step in and play crowd control. pricing is setup in “levels” where the cheapest tickets get essentially no attractions and to get to do anything you’re forced into the most expensive tier.won’t be coming back here again.

I gotta try the place again. But so far its packed, intimidating for first time people with alot of kids. Nobody to help you figure out how to type in what your really wanting and what you get. Age, height wise etc. Looks like a dangerous place for kids to easlily get hurt, lost or kidnapped. But Im going come back again to give it another try. Maybe its jus first time jetters in the not knowing what to do or expect.

Just finished my 5 year olds birthday party celebration. And it was amazing! Karsen was the hostess and she was fabulous! Super attentive and just went above and beyond to ensure the party was everything it shouldve been. Very pleased with our experience! Highly recommend, and will definetly be returning!

I had my sons birthday party here today it was simply amazing! My hostess was Helen and she was so sweet from the moment she entered the room ! She gave us all the information we needed for our package and was very helpful with our decorations. This party was for my 3 year old who had a bunch of his little friends with him and she was so patient with helping with the socks and wrist bands for little ones that wanted to run all over ! She had our pizza out just at the right time and our waters nice and cold ! She came to check on us multiple times which was very nice ! I also have a young baby who still cant do much and she even helped me gather things for my diaper bag at the end. I also loved the fact that when my 3 year old ran off to keep playing at the end she took the time to go in the playground and find him ! She really made this experience great for my entire family. The one last thing she did which was so so sweet was help my mother who suffers from Multiple sclerosis by giving her some cold water and sitting with her until my father came back inside and continuously asking if there was anything she could do to help. She did that with the goodness of her heart. I cant thank her enough!My downfall was honestly the other staff members were not friendly at all, when we went about printing our waivers one girl had a very rude while I was explaining something to her about my other guests from the party. Also there werent many staff around the courses .

The Place seems like a great place for kids to have fun and enjoy. Nice inside, Clean But its too pricey! They have you paying for socks from them is extremely too much on top of paying for the package. Should be able to bring yo own socks or free with the package you getting.

I’m so glad we chose this park for my daughters 6th birthday! Our party host Raini had EVERYTHING to the tee, ready for us when we got here. Although i was a wreck and my mind was all over the place when I got here, put party host made it so easy and fun. The manager Jasmine came to check on us every chance she got and made sure that everything was going properly. They even challenged us to a dance off!! The kids had so much fun, definitely worth the money and the staff was AMAZING! Thank you Urban Air Beaumont!!

Urban Air is absolutely amazing!!! Great/fun place for the family plus the staff is friendly and caring. Staff walked around asking is everything ok and is there anything I needed. That was amazing. This place deserves more than 5 stars.

My kids enjoy it and for what you pay its an ok place but I think they could hire better employees that care more about there jobs and dont walk around with there hands in their vests playing on there phones and not watchinf the kids

Kids love this place and we will continue to visit . It was a great addition to Beaumont i only have one concern . We visited July 11. A boy in our group vomited at the tables . As the mother attended him and started using the napkins i went to concession stand and got a deer in the headlight look from the employees. A group of workers then started to argue about who was going to clean it up . I get it it’s not something anyone would want to do but the mother was doing as much as she could without supplies . I don’t know what the kittie litter type stuff is facilities will pour on spills and emesis to clean but Urban air should invest in some and place a protocol in place for the workers to follow . A young gentleman working came to help us. He was quiet and didn’t act aggravated at all just lost on what to do . He did his best and mopped the area etc . Never once did any of his co workers offer to help him . Wish i would have gotten his name for i could let his boss know how professional he was .

September is the worst month to be born in Texas because there is always a hurricane or storm. Well we couldn’t celebrate my son‘s birthday as we wanted but he requested urban air. We had never been there before so I was worried. the staff there were very friendly and helpful and made us feel like we were very welcome. we had a few hiccups while there due to certain rides being down and being short staffed due to the storm. Urban Air has hired a great team. The manager Ms. Jazz is incredible! I have never seen a manager who was so hands on, polite, and made us laugh. My kids enjoyed the staff! The storm was stressful enough. And even though she and the other staff probably has their own struggles at home due to the storm, we couldn’t tell. Ms. Jazz and her staff made Us their priority and my family had the most amazing time! My son enjoyed his 8th birthday. The front staff was so very helpful when the computers were malfunctioning. Big thanks to the staff working in the different areas. They were super friendly and patient with my kids even after the hundredth time my kid went on the same thing lol! The lady working the concession was super friendly and respectful! We saw her smiling far away at us as we walked up to purchase food! She greeted us and made sure to get the order correct! She even made a recommendation to help us feed our hungry kiddos! She fixed the food properly and it was super good! I’m grateful for the staff!And OMG! Thank you for being such a clean business! As soon as I walked in, my anxiety diminished. I seen staff cleaning everywhere! It smelled amazing. I was able to relax knowing my kids weren’t going to get sick! For this service from the manager on down to the staff... we will definitely be back... actually we may become members! Thanks Urban Air!

We were not aware that memberships are site specific. Staff was rude and very unhelpful figuring out a solution for us to be able to visit and play. We will not be returning.

Not the best experience. The owner talked to her employees bad like they were slaves. After seeing that i decided to ask one employee what was the pay rate. The worker told me minimum wage, I was in complete shock . Those minors work their tail off and get paid less than McDonald workers, that is outrageous. I see why they act the way they act while watching those kids. Hell i would too.

Great value and fun! Even for adults!

BEWARE: My 6 year old son’s harness was unbuckled while ten feet in the air on the rope course by an adult patron. He was trying to help his own child by carrying him and didn’t even tell my son that he was unhooking him, so he could go around him. The single employee they have hooking up harnesses didn’t even see. Management put the blame on the man himself, but the fact that there is so little supervision that something like this could happen is completely unacceptable. If things continue this way, someone is surely going to be harmed. I was simply thanked for the feedback and told that this has never happened before, but it only takes one time for someone to be hurt badly or even killed. They have kids running this place. It’s fun, but it’s not safe. Plain and simple.

Clean great place for kids and adults to have some indoor fun

Great to let off the steam on cold/rainy days. Clean, pleasant. Seems well staffed and supervised.Need a nicer adult sitting area, and maybe some free baby crawling area nearby (i don’t have one but people had the crawling ones all over the place)
