Refused to let me shop without my mask after i told them that I can’t wear one. Will never spend a dime with this socialist supporting company.

My husband and I visited today,, my husband cannot wear a mask, and was asked to show proof of his disability.. they was rude and nasty about it.

Husband and me have always had great experiences with company. Woodlands, Conroe, Beaumont or on vacation we seek them out and usually spend on average 200 plus. Last purchase was first time ever a issue bought 260 worth of stuff was told to bring to the store and they would take care of it. Even told them we couldnt find receipt or tag was told no worries we will make it right. Get there which is 35 mins away to find out the district manager told store manager without tag cant do anything about it. We never would have made the trip if we were not assured out 40 dollar damaged garment was going to be exchanged. Granted store manager had already found receipt from day before. Then received a very passive aggressive email from the district manager after we got home. We did find receipt and tags but after that spectical dont want to give them our business. We did take the opportunity to drive to Victoria Secret and spent 400 over there instead.

Long time reoccurring customer purchased 260.00 worth of merchandise only to get home 35 mins away to discover one of the outfits had a tear in it. I understand the return policy and also understand trying times with covid-19 so did not expect to be able to return it but I was upset enough to call to explain frustration. Store manager told us to come in no matter what she would take care of us. Once we made the trip the next day store manager placed a call to her boss who informed her if we did not have the tags she could not assist. So after being told one thing and waiting a hour of drive time both ways nothing was resolved. You would think that a 50 dollar piece of apparel wouldnt have been as much of an issue as it was but guess long term they dont care about there customers. Not only found reciept but tag as well. Also dont appreciate the condescending restating of the information I already covered in my previous email. You sold defective merchandise your Store manager attempted to correct it and you made a snap decision over 40 dollar exchange to force me as the customer to jump thru hoops. We were never instructed to bring tags or receipts when we came and explained they might be thrown away. Which again is one of the worst customer service experiences you can have for a business. Think of this in a field were e-commerce shopping is predominant and regular brick and mortar stores are on the decline. Why jeopardize your clientele over something as silly as a tag. If we make it back to beaumont within the next few weeks we will bring it to you if not we appreciate the offer and will send our business elsewhere going forward.

The front counter lady was awesome she helped me find what I was looking for whoever she was she was friendly and excellent customer service. Will be back soon. Thank yall very much.

Me and my wife went to get a few toys. They just lost a few hundred dollars in sales. Require mask

Watched a man walk out without a mask on and a bag of stuff he just purchased. But we were told we had to have a mask as soon as we walked in.

Very interesting shop. I was looking for a particular item for a friend. The ladies there helped me pick out what I needed. They were knowledgeable and discreet. The amount of merchandise was staggering. If you are in need of most things needed in a adult shop this is a first stop for anyone.
