Food was great, setting was great and the service was on point very friendly and happy to accommodate you in anyway.

Habersham marketplace was a fantastic place to shop

3 Sisters Pizzeria Is Fabulous!! Fresh Hot and Delicious and The Service Is Spectacular...I Will Definitely Be Back.

I honestly didnt stay very long. I came to check out the properties in the area and the Marketplace, but it was a complete ghostown at lunch time when it should have been bustling. It very much has a relaxed retirement village feeling, but posh. Half the shops were closed as well. A store attendant said it was because people are out doing stuff. Will return in the future to give a more informed review.

Not so much hated...nothing really there and what is was not open...looks to be a good place to live...beautiful Beaufort style designed homes...seems more like a retirement and real estate company enclave...a few specialty shops but unless looking for a retirement community dont bother...

Habersham Market place is a fun place to meet with friends with several places to grab some really good food.

Beautiful neighborhood! Took a tour of the neighborhood and looked at a few homes. Impressive resort amenities....loved the parks, pool and dock area. Loved the marketplace area with restaurants, shops & post office. Amazing first impression!

What a great place. Very friendly and high end merchandise. Some g restaurants to boot. Very enjoyable, not crowded and incredibly friendly residents.

This place is amazing! Such a sweet little community! There are opportunities to explore Farmers markets, special events like the fall festival, and all the shops and owners are fabulous ️ It feels safe enough to let your children play freely at the little shipyard playground or bike around the one-way streets. Theres a large grassy knoll to play Frisbee or kick a ball around. Places for bunch or fancy date night or grab some family pizza! Definitely worth the walk around. Would definitely consider making this place home or at least a regular hangout.

Beautiful layout, organized like a small town with shops, homes.

Lovely, quaint ambiance. Cute shops, a safe place for the children to lark about, and outside cafe tables, added to the controlled traffic curving about huge, old oak trees make it feel as if its a village nestled near the marsh. We really enjoyed our visit poking around the antique shop and walking about, admiring the lovely homes all dressed for Halloween.

Very small cute town in a place you wouldnt expect.

Beautiful place to visit. All the restauraunts are good, and our favorite ice cream place is there. There is also a little childrens park for the little ones.

I got plugged to come here while visiting Beaufort by Coastal Living. Theres not really anything to do. Its a plug by Southern living to get you to see their community. Hopefully someone sees this and saves themselves a drive.Edit: Definitely do not come here and leave a bad review because you were mislead by an article. The owner will leave a sassy response and youll still be bored and have wasted your time.

Everywhere was closed and it was a ghost town. Weirdly upscale neighborhood stuck in the middle of nowhere. Very confused...

As a market place, not too much to offer and in mid day during week, all but 1 small specialty market was closed and they were remodeling. However the community itself by my way of thinking is beautiful and if you want to see old SC at its best - visit this community. I am going back to take pictures. Just use a GPS to find it!

Lived in Habersham when I was a Geobachelor in the Navy for a year, try to get back whenever I can now that I have a family. Great place to Air BNB or VRBO for the weekend. Great for walking/jogging or just relaxing. Pool overlooking the marsh is like something out of a magazine.

Amazing place! New shops all the time opening... the shops that have been here for awhile have been doing great. The restaurants have the best food. The service is pure SOUTHERN! want to stay there and people watch!

The cutest town. Its what you think of when you picture southern living. Houses are close together but very nice neighborhood and cute little shopping village with eateries. Nice little town.

Went to the new bbq place brisket is awesome but the smoked wings out of this world delicious.

Food was just ok. The veal was tough. Clam with white wine was dry.. There were 5 clams and the pasta appeared to have meat sauce. The white wine was warm. The red wine was too warm to enjoy. The waiter offered to bring some ice cubes. Really, ice cubes in red wine.

This was our first visit to Habersham and its quite lovely although the marketplace feels a bit cramped and the walking pattern (sidewalks) dont make much sense if youre walking to and from the neighboring houses. We ended up walking through the streets because the sidewalks werent clearly connected. Minor gripe but could have been planned out nicer for pedestrians. The woman inside 22 Market was super helpful and friendly and provided us a nice place to cool down after our walk to the Coastal Living Idea House. Would love to come back and spend more time here! Head towards the water along River Place straight down James Habersham, look for a swing and sit and relax to enjoy those coastal breezes next time youre here!

Quaint area with the feel of a small town Main Street. Unique restaurants and shops. Sunset Slush is a must on a hot day.

Charming town center. .... variety of small shops ..limited restaurants for lunch ..2 resturants. Worth the drive while visiting Beaufort.

Not very many stores and very pricey, but several restaurants!Went to tour the 2018 Coastal Living Idea Home. Very worth it...but $15 per person for a charity...lovely house...and neighborhood.Decided to check out the Habersham Marketplace. Only 2 actual gift type shops and expensive. Also, caught a bit of a superior attitude by one shop owner...Lots of restaurants in the marketplace. The pub was very nice. They were open on a Sunday...only the second time. They are trying out Sundays and small plates right now. A nice jazz type duo drew us in and convinced us to stay. We shared an order of fries...which was a giant bowl, heaped high with shoestring, perfectly cook...nice and fresh, French fries. Two of us couldnt finish them all!Their Post Office is the cutest Ive ever seen and much photographed.You have to want to visit. It is on the Broad River, but tucked away...WAY off the beaten path. The houses and neighborhoods are photograph and opened mouth WOW worthy. What is truly meant by Southern living.Watch the posts on the corner of the roads...they arent obvious...just sayin...

Wonderful scenery, has some amazing places to grab a small bite! Not all spots are open during normal working hours so check online before heading out and some restuarants require a reservation. The marketplace itself is beautiful, lovely atmosphere and theres even a small park you can bring your children too! Fun for all ages highly recommend if youre in the area and want a quick bite of some a1 food.
