I live here. Its an all ages, prefabricated home, family park. They are always trying to improve the quality of the environment. Considering our town, were a good park.

Cool place

This trailer mobile home park is garbage high in rent don’t care about the residents. Rather put 20 speed pumps instead of fixing a huge pothole in the middle of the street. Wants residents to follow the rules but they can’t follow their own rules. Not enough parking do to residents using visitors parking spots as their own private parking. To much problems and they never fix them. But have time to come tell you to paint your trailer a certain color and you can’t have certain stuff outside your trailer. Please look somewhere else for a mobile home.

Rent is outrageous. Every year it keeps getting higher and higher seems like there is no cap. If you have an expensive car dont bother living here. It has way too many bumps it feels like your car will need shocks at any time.

The Park was well maintained Im looking to purchase however the cost to lease space seems very high

I dont live there but from what I see there are quite some people which drink way too much and listen music way too loud. Not much common sense of respect towards the other people in the community

Parking is terrible no parking whats so ever. There is probably visitors parking they are in the front. Are always taken if you double park tow truck is quick to lift your car. For a fee they bring it down. Theres all kinds of tweaks walking around specially at night

We lived there for many years . Has a pool as well as a large hall for partys and a private park complete with basketball court and play structure for small children. Close to the school and shopping center/ gas station. Homes are affordable and they do in house financing . Bob and Gale have big harts and really try to make you feel welcome .

Poor quality of posting signs tone cars when not needing to be towed which is actually stealing cars

No one speaks English there hard to communicate unless youre Spanish
