Had a excellent time at the pow wow today it was fun for all ages.

Everyone I encountered was super friendly and helpful. The place is big but easy to navigate. There a biggby in there too which is always nice.. there was a young girl keeping up on the cleanliness of the place who did a fantastic job! I recommend going here for events or pinball or biggby or whatever.

It was great seeing the potus there he was on fire best ever arena was good kinda small though and they had no concessions buy overall pretty good

The Atrium does not seem to be heated. It was very cold. The setup for the gymnastics meet was fine. It was well run. Concessions were a little lacking.

The staff that we worked with were wonderful with us and they were fantastic they knew all the answers to all of our questions. They were nice sweet and very pleasant to work with. They were very, dating I would highly recommend holding your event at Kellogg Arena.

Mens bathroom didnt have running water in the sinks. Men were going into the womens bathroom so they could wash their hands. No bathrooms available in the lobby area, which is a real inconvenience as you have to wait for the doors to be opened to the arena. Other than that it was OK.

The venue was large enough for the event we were at. It was difficult to find by the GPS and lack of signs. It was a bit rundown looking in certain areas with leaking roof and water stains.

I went just for the mobile secretary of state and they charged me 6 dollars to get in a piece and the the secretary of state couldnt do what we wanted and they wouldnt give me my money back its a rip off buters beware.

I Went to an camper an RV and camper show. Kind of went at the wrong time.There was no crowds this time because of the so called Epidemic that was making its way through the country.

This place is just sad anymore.

Interesting venue. Not overwhelming in size. Saw a circus performance there, and it was good. Had a major problem getting out of the parking structure after the show. Traffic took over an half hour to clear and exit the ramp.

Bleachers in section 114 midway up under the main air ductwork, kept trying to collapse, our row and the row behind us.

Alot of seating and easy to see event but very long food n bev. lines. Also lotsa trash laying around.

Graduated from Battle Creek Central High School here (Class of 2007)Travel here on occasion to catch cool events that take place at the Arena. Would love to give a 5 star rating, but the parking garage is a nightmare.

A great place and they always help our conferences run smooth

I was very unimpressed with the customer service of their facility. We had a group of 50 plus people and 75 percent of the people had problems with their tickets, their customer service and availability and willingness to help us. I would NOT recommend groups of people come to your facility and I pray things change. Ice heard nothing but bad things through the last 10 years and chose to ignore it. I know now that its all true.

Decent arena. No elevator to upper level - only stairs - so arrive early to get seating on the floor if you are handicapped. Concessions are limited but tasty.

Super neat!! The the set up, and the guy whom day at the door checking people in and helping them told us allot of interesting things about the arena, did you know it holds up to 9,000 people and they hold all sorts of events example Disney on ice, concerts, arm wresting matches Wich were happened to hey to experience,, its just super Kool.

Small but BIG time events!!!

Pretty good over all. The employees were very nice, attentive and professional however there were many times during the event that the bathrooms ran out of TP & paper towels. Plus those that set up for the event didnt think through the set up very well. There was not enough room to move between the rows of tables and not enough alleys to pass through perpendicular to the rows of tables.

I am there for a Convention. Everything is fine.

This venue is rarely used anymore, and is in disrepair. There are no major scheduled events held here anymore. Its pretty sad because it used to be a go to place for the area.

The arena itself was clean and the ability to move around was good. The garage was an absolute nightmare. It took us 45 minutes to get out of the garage

Easy to get to the seats. Easy to see everything from the seats.

Nice arena but parking ng is a problem.. especially when President Trump is here!?

I went here for a Life conference. I had no issues with parking, or the seats and the attendants. The only thing is if your hungry bring money because it isnt cheap.

Nice big space for a gymnastics meet. We could see everything really well.

Went here for a camper show. Place is somewhat small, felt bathrooms were too far away, long walk. Concession stand. Prices up there as with most.

1st time at the Arena. Nice venue for concert. Did not feel like a sardine packed into small can. Good food, priced reasonably. Could use another bar or more bartenders to help short line move through a little faster. Will go again.

A reasonably nice facility, but parking is terrible. We attend a lot of events and travel a lot of places. Parking can be a problem, but here is is simply confusing and getting out of the parking garage after an event is VERY slow.

Parking is easy, convenient and only $5Arena is clean and food prices were relatively reasonableWe would come back again to an event.

We had a seminar at the venue. Everything was set up for us when we arrived.The concession stand had a nice selection. Great customer service too.This was my 2nd visit here.

Trump rally was fantastic.

I went there for a robotics tournament. The seating accomodated everyone and was comfortable. I do wish some parts of the arena were a little easier to find, but it was a good experience.

Great place for all Battle Creek Area Events. Love being a part of everything that goes on here and in market square.

The arena part good. Good space, clean bathrooms. The event center is under construction. The 1 restaurant was not serving food until 5 pm. No help to find anything.

Went to TOPS SRD. Had a great time.

For an all day event they do not allow re entry. Never been to a venue this aweful.

Dirty, lots of nasty looking tattered taped paper signs. Nice glass doored Entrance was blocked off employees directing us to dirty back entrance thru single door THEN to a line of doors saying PRIVATE for Hotels guest only and insisting we ignore THOSE signs to enter!! sheeshh.NOT enough parking, NO helpful suggestions of where else to park, nobody directing traffic. all in all a dirty place, LONG Lines at their concessions, they closed early, bar never opened. Decent bathrooms and seating, BUT concrete steps were irregular making a lot of people trip a lot. The whole area had a LOT of signs meanly yelling NO Parking very unfriendly City it seems.

This place is nice and comfortable but could use a little more phone chargers. It could use a couple more places to order food and seating areas for people to sit down and eat the food. The bathrooms were nice and clean and well good supply of hand towels. The auditorium is very comfortable and the seats are very wonderful.

Attended an antique, vintage sale as a vendor. Lots of booths, put on by 9-lives vintage out of Battle Creek. Lots of great vendors and very good walk thru.Very happy about the turn out

Too expensive: parking, admission for 2 seniors and 2 medium soft drinks should not cost $30.

Smell musty and moldy very dark the life of event was way too crowded and not enough seats disappointing

Great and comfortable seating! Easy to view the whole floor from every seat and angle. Easy to find place. Staff or volunteers are somewhat helpful...but very anal about outside food or drinks! WARNING: DONT BRING NO DRINKS OR FOOD! THE STAFF WILL THROW IT AWAY INFRONT OF YOUR FACE! Nice facility and great places to put up food/shop stands. When it comes to events... very organized, no stress...n mess, and very easy!

I am at A life seminar and this arena is amazing! Acoustics are awesome and its a great place to hold a seminar!

Very nice venue easy to get to only problem I had was it it snowed and I was on the top of the parking lot because of the amount of people there and it took forever to get out but thats not your fault
