Its not a bad little park, it really isnt, and I also adore the Tiny Steps program here. But be aware that this park is currently undergoing major renovations and has been for several months now. Particularly if its been rainy, getting into and out of this park can be a challenge in its current state.

Splash Pad is Great!!! Could use a better playground. No baby swings and the actual playground is more for little kids and not really good for kids 6 and up. I mean they can play but it does not really seem to be intended for a older kids who actually need a little bit more of a challenge. Please please please upgrade the playground. Considering the splash pad is located here, the playground needs to be up to par.

Its a great place to bring the kids!! My youngest loves the splash pad!! And theres also tennis & basketball courts for the adults. I especially like all the trees & shaded areas in this hot Louisiana sun!!

Love the tiny steps program here! Ms. Brenda and Ms. Wanda are wonderful and nurturing. My son adores them! They are teaching him how to write his letters and everything he will need for kindergarten.

As far as the BREC facilities go this park this park is a bit on the small side but is equipped with covered park benches for picnics or birthday parties. Has tennis courts and indoor facilities that have a gymnastics set up. At the time I went the front parking lot was still under construction.

The staff at Jackson/brec park is unbelievable. They are so nice, helpful, kind, and accommodating.

Always a great place to bring the kids to! They have a splash pad here as well! I wish they would upgrade it though and make it bigger. Atleast put the benches back further cause no matter where you sit at you get sprayed with water. Also some shade would be great. Like the one on S.harrles rd in br

It was a nice day to be at the park. Unfortunately they decided to cut grass right where me and my daughter were sitting and having lunch! So we left!

I love this plave my son as had his last 4 birthday parties here . so peaceful

Not a well maintained park but it provides a location for ball practice. The splash park is usually filled with lots of children, but be prepared to smell like chlorine afterwards.

Do much fun for the kids. Splash pad was a great addition.
