40 and Over League!!!

The usual, in and out! Some of the younger ladies probably need a new job career but mostly I have no problem.

GOOD PLACE TO HOLD MEETING, PARTIES, OR OTHER SOCIAL FAMILY GATHERING. EXERCISE, PLAY BASKETBALL.

This facility is one I would most definitely recommend for big events such as parties, weddings & etc. The staff is so nice & welcoming! Especially Ms. Kimberly Brown she is an angel, last but not least you get your monies worth they allow you to really get your event together without rushing you or charging extra for decorating & set up hours in most cases they will event assist you with tables & chairs! Book this great facility you won’t be disappointed....

The event of the evening was quite enjoyable. It wasnt too long,but nicely timed. I enjoyed the atmosphere,food, seeing old friends,and meeting new ones. Honoring these individuals is a step in the right direction. The only complaint I have, if you can really call this one, is no napkins. Again,thanks for an enjoyable evening!

Ive been to many functions here and love it. Its located in the community and a great place.

This place is wonderful. A caring staff that works hard to provide great experiences and activities for all participants.

When I arrive there one week ago I feel right at home after all I am from scotlandville everyone was so nice the staff is wonderful the people are wonderful I knew most of them and the ones I didnt know theyre wonderful to I think my heavenly father that Ive made it this far to be involved with such a beautiful thing I never thought I would say Im have to be involved with the Council on Aging I love it so far

Very friendly and polite people

My bestfriend is the council woman assistant and he strives to help that woman and the center for years. You guys keep going and host more events locally. The revenue will skyrocket.

There is so much more offered there than there used to be years ago. It is truly a community center, with resources for families and health, the elderly, summer day camp for kids and more. The 40th year anniversary celebration was a terrific idea! The business expo should be a twice a year event. Mr. Newman, whom I knew as a child, would be very proud.

Very quick service at the doctor clinic.

The workers are very friendly, yet professional. The center is extremely helpful to those in need. If theres a situation they cannot handle, they will guide you to the proper outlet for your need to be addressed.

I went to a mardi gras event there. To say it was a basketball gym. They had to decorate it to make it out of something. Overall it was a nice event.

Mr Newman was an American hero, neighbor and friend. Next to my own father i hold Mr Newman in the highest regard. The center named after him will continue to keep his legacy alive.
