It’s cheap, I’m in the middle of Baton Rouge, and everyone keeps to themselves mostly. If you’re wanting a beautiful community, good luck finding something like that without paying over half your pay check for it.Big down side is the flooding issue when it rains heavily.**Update - They are doing construction work to fix the flooding issue, so that hopefully wont be an issue in the figure. ****Update 1/7/2020 - The construction was finished so now when there is heavy rain, the park no longer stays flooded.**
Streets Flood real bad when it rains last for 3 days without going down the news needs to come
