Really nice area. Good examples of Old Louisiana style in buildings and housing
Best neighborhood in Baton Rouge, friendly neighbors, and eclectic lifestyles. Its where I live so might be biased.
Baton Rouge is many French quarter is always fun to visit. Dont miss the Spanish Town Market, under new ownership, their hamburgers are absolutely delicious!

This is a very quiet, cool neighboorhood to live in. When buying a house, make sure you can live with the Civic ass. and strict building codes first.
