Awesome small local shop that not enough people know about. It has a skate shop vibe but they sell mostly clothing (graphic tees, beanies, etc). I get tons of compliments on the two shirts I bought here, and its nice to support local business. Check this place out if youre in the area.

Unique products and clothing. Owner is passionate about what he does. Always have a good conversation when I go on there.
