I got to see Tom Skilling from Channel 9 WGN Weather Center on a five-hour weather seminar live on stage.

Great place to hear lectures by scientists, especially physicists. Some lectures are by Nobel Laureates and sometimes they can be seen in the audience.

Stairs, no ramps. Narrow leg space in front of the chairs. Disabled seating at the very back. If there is any other, it is not obvious. Nice stage and acoustics.

Fun spot!! We went to the open house at Fermi Labs and saw Dr. FREEZE! It was so fun and a great show for kids and adults alike. He demod liquid nitrogen and it was noisy and rambunctious and clearly the kids loved it.

Fermilab regularly hosts out of the ordinary cultural events. Tonights event was a mystical program given by Tibetan monks. Brilliant!

Heart space for lectures. They have interesting topics that everyone can understand.

Wonderful place to attend a lecture or performance! Great acoustics and every seat a good view. Each season there are a wide selection of varying and unique programs to choose from. Events range in price from free to minimal or higher.

Small tight seats, but great sound and everyone has a good view of the stage.

Very nice auditorium to see and hear a performance or to hear a lecture on science. A great way to be a part of the special community that is Fermilab.

This is located at Fermilab where they hold their All-Hands Meeting for its employees.Also, they have art and lecture series for public to come. Very popular destination!

Excellent lectures and entertainment

Love this place for great music, entertainment and science lectures in the far western suburbs. No other place out here has this variety of public events. Recent favs include Las Cafeteras, Deep Sea Bioluminescence, and the annual Physics Slam. What other place can you dance, laugh, be inspired and learn so much? This place is a treasure!!!

It was something different but we enjoyed the place, we came to see Las Cafeteras and we have a great time, it was more than we expected, we drove from Chicago it was easy to find the place, if you keep showing great artists and shows we will come back, about the Cafeteras is a great group and I cant wait to see them again

The last time I recommend one of Fermilabs Arts & Lecture Series productions, it became so popular that I can no longer get tickets now before its sold out (yes, the annual Physics Slam). So, Im hesitant to give the 5-star review that, really any of the lectures or performances that I have seen here, clearly deserves. And, I definitely will avoid mentioning the extreme (ly low) cost of attending.I will say: this is truly a gem in our community. I love bringing my friends and loved ones for their first time, because they always thank me for opening their eyes to this somewhat hidden gem.But please dont go buying up all the seats before I get my tickets, please!

I went for a lecture, the staff there were awesome. Even though I am short and sat in the back, I could see everything.

Great auditorium for lectures and concerts! Fermilab Arts and Lecture Series admins are doing an perfect job on selecting awesome performers! I cant remember a single show that we didnt enjoy. And given that we have two small kids, we really appreciate a 7 pm kid-friendly show once or twice a season! The only minor issue is that the scene real estate is somewhat limited, so when they invite a big company (think Riverdance-size) the artists visibly struggle to fit. For smaller companies thats clearly not an issue.

Not a bad seat in the house! The top row is at ground level so if you have a hard time with stairs, get tickets towards the top of the house.

The Electric Light Show was fabulous!....so was the auditorium.....it was my first time there, but wont be my last.....the whole experience was superb......a must do!
