I was there for a birthday party. The bowling alert was clean and the staff was polite. They worked to clean each lane after people finished bowling. Lots of fun and a good value.

Very nice place but so far I have not have a good experienced. the front desk person turn off or machines, from the star he didnt wanna let us play in two line even if the lane beside us was empty while we was playing just because. I cant recommend this place

This was my first time here and we we went there on Saturday night with my husband and kids and had a great time! Food was great, drinks were even better! The guy who sold us our bowling was really nice. The lady working the concessions had the longest line but was super sweet and patient when we had lots of questions. We were able to get our food and drinks from the same area. So convenient! The building is super clean. You do have to wear a mask to come in. Will definitely be back!

Made a reservation for last Saturday in the VIB for a guys night with me and my crew. Service from the food counter and bar is always A-1. Had the pleasure of being served by Veronica and Katlin. 4 stars because Robert the guy at the front desk could be nicer. But overall, great place! Will be back.

Snack bar food was delicious. Even with a descent crowd there was still a good amount of space between everyone. Good rates on everything too.

Hello I am in tonight which is Saturday October 3 and Robert is very RUDE and unprofessional, he shouldn’t be on the front line at all ! He was very rude to me, my husband and our friends. We came to bowl and he stated it would be a 2 hour wait which was fine it just his attitude and the way he conducted the conversation with us. He was very snappy and really didn’t give us a chance to talk, he over talked us ! He’s just very rude and shouldn’t be in this business is he’s not a people person

Great time! My boyfriend took me on a Friday night around 8ish and we had a fun time! The guy at the counter was friendly and helpful in getting us checked in and handing us shoes. You pay by the hour + $3something to rent the shoes. I think it was like 38$ for two people to bowl for the hour. Cosmic started right before out time was up and it was a nice atmosphere. I would definitely go back again. They have a VIP lounge with a private bar/ lounge w. Private bowling lanes too. Plus theres a big arcade for kids or adults.

We had the area rented out and the atmosphere was great the staff was phenomenal just had an overall good time.

The time to have a birthday party for kids is 1:00 on Sunday’s. Hardly anyone playing this time of day. Birthday party had the run of the place! Staff was excellent and establishment is clean. Restrooms are exceptionally clean! They have nice bar for adults to enjoy and there’s also a arcade to enjoy when you get tired of bowling. There are also 20+ big tv’s on sports channels for the sports fans

So, some of the employees know me from the Hot Shots Junior League in the Storm Turkeys, and the lanes are GREAT! If you are looking for better looking lanes, Andy B’s got em for you. There are arcade games, and a pro shop to get your bowling equipment you need. I’ve also bowled in the V.I.B before, and it’s just a little bit hard to see the gutters because of how dark they are, but if you play more in the V.I.B, you’ll probably get used to that. A random opinion of mine, the bathrooms are great. Everything about this house is just great, it just sticks out from other bowling alleys I’ve seen, and I love the red lights. You can also purchase food, such as pizza, chicken, chips, water, sodas, and you can get candy and socks from the vending machines! I’m definitely coming back for the next league here! 10/10! - Kara

I had a good time bowling and the deal for unlimited bowling was great. However, I am confused as to why it is against company policy to give out ice water, even if I paid for it, after 8:00pm when they stay open until midnight. Seems a bit odd. Never heard of that before any other time I have been to this location.

What a great spot, so well maintained. Friendly respectful staff. VIP offered for calmer setting more kick backed and darker lighting. Really enjoyed night out here and how much fun it was. Food was surprisingly versatile and good as well as alcohol menu to suit every taste. Two thumbs up and will be back!

Amazing place to hang out with friends and family. It is a huge space with lots of activities to do for all age groups. Starting from video games to bowling. They have about 40 dedicated lanes only for bowling and couple more as VIP lanes. Customer service is exceptional. I suggest making reservations during peak times. But they do offer amazing pricing options throughout weekdays. Ample parking available.

We love this place. The st as ff is so friendly and very accommodating. Kids bowl free is a great way to spend your Sunday afternoon. The bathrooms are clean. The food is great and affordable. The entire bowling alley is well kept and doesnt linger of 1980s smokey bowl. There are always specials and I think a groupon you can look out for. Overall totally amazing. Oh and dont forget the arcade!! You add money to the card and keep tickets on it. Lots of fun

Newer building and equipment. Very nice all around. Machines are fast and efficient. We played 4 games with2 people and it took about 65 minutes. Very fun

Expensive on the weekend, bowlers next to us would roll before the gate was up. Never really sat down. Management should monitor players and make sure they understand courtesy.

Went There for a company outing. Great Draft Beer selection, nice atmosphere. Pizza was a 3star which brought 5star rating to a 4 overall.

Good bowling ally—it has an arcade for families and a solid bar (with great service) for adults.

It was a little pricey, for sure (around $80 for two people, two sets of shoes, and two hours on one lane on a Saturday). Still, its clean, fun, and the staff seemed nice enough. The only real issue I had was no one was staffing the concession stand, so they lost out on a few sales there.

Lanes are short had to throw my ball different then I normally would. Great place for a bowling date

We had a great time at Andy Bs. We were with a large group of about 15. We had 3 lanes and there was plenty of seating for everyone with space for all of our stuff. There was also additional seating just behind the lane that we could have used, if needed. We were on the side with the bar. No children are allowed in this area which was nice since it was an all adult event. The bar had drink specials at reasonable prices. Everything was clean. All if the equipment was working perfectly and was easy to use. I would definitely go there again.

It was a good time. Pretty full, but finding a spot to park wasnt an issue. They even had other game styles to play other than a classic bowling.

We booked a lane to visit this Easter with our family. I had to make an educated guess about our arrival and chose 4 pm. We booked for 8 people and paid in advance. I called around 3 to ask if we could push back till 4:30 and they said sure. We arrived in separate cars and they started the clock on our 2 hour window before we all got there and before anyone bowled ( we had all arrived by 4:40). I asked for our 10 minutes back and they said no.While we were bowling, we noticed that they were advertising this promo for $5 towards games for every hour you bowled on Easter. We asked about it to see if we could get the credit towards the games and they said no. The manager, Tracy, even came over and said since we were late we couldnt use it. Also, that promo was only for walk-ins.So, heres the short-cut for all of you:DONT WASTE YOUR TIME MAKING A RESERVATION HERE. THEY DONT APPRECIATE ADVANCED RESERVATIONS AND YOU WILL BE TREATED ACCORDINGLY. YOULL BE AT A DISADVANTAGE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ANY PROMOS.All in all, the place is nice and we enjoyed bowling. However, the snippy attitude of the counter lady and the manager Tracy will make me think twice before going back. I feel sorry for the owners. Either they have passed down this poor customer service attitude or they are just totally in the dark.

After tonight I will NEVER set foot in this place after my family and I was RACIALLY PROFILED. Today, my family and I decided to get out and enjoy ourselves after the burial of my grandmom. After sometime trying to decide on where to go we decided to go to Andy Bs, like we always do to have fun and create a good atmosphere for us. We are a black family that travels in a large group, due to having a extended family in town. It was about 16 of us. As we walked to the counter we received great customer service at the front and they got us into our lanes quickly (11-13.) As my family begin to enter names into the keypad, my girlfriend decided to get a drink. When she returned, myself and my cousin decided to have a sip. Which prompted my cousin to go get a drink herself. As we finish our second turn (of the first game) I see a staff member approach one of my other cousin. I was thinking nothing of it, I was thinking he was letting her know her food was ready or something of that nature. As I was finishing my third turn, of the first round of our game, I see another staff member (the bartender) approach her aggressively and rude. By this time I get up and go over and see what’s going on. He states that my cousin had to leave because he ASSUMED she was underage (she’s not.) At this moment I asked the man to calm down because he was causing a big commotion and none of that was necessary. I told the man that if having drinks around my other cousins bothered him (some were underage ranging between 13-24) that we would remove our drinks away from the younger cousins. The bartender, gets even more aggressive when I was trying to talk to him, and told me not to touch him or he will call the cops. He abruptly walks off.At this time, the original staff member who approached my cousin, said he was instructed when we first walked in to watch us because we are “a large black group.” He also stated that my girlfriend looked suspicious because she had TWO straws in her drink. He also further state that the bartender said my girlfriend and cousin looked suspicious because they was chit-chatting and laughing in the bar area. As we was leaving the same staff member told us to “have a nice day” followed by laughing at us while exiting. This was humiliating not only to myself, but my family as a whole. As long as we live, we will NEVER set foot in this establishment again and regret ever choosing this place as a place to embrace each other as a family.

Traci the manager is very unprofessional and racist we had a party of 13 and had reserved 2 lanes in the vib section. Everything was fine until one of our people made a mistake and took their ball down to through it ( she was in the wrong I know) but the way Traci handle it was very rude. She came over yelling at the first black person she saw ( walked past 5 white adults) and started going off on a minor not this is a warning or even being nice about it. I was very unhappy with the service and will not be going back.

This place is awesome! They have weekday specials, it was much cheaper than the Cordova bowling center on a Thursday night. Great hours, fairly decent food, and it looks like they have beer too

Friendly staff! Fun family atmosphere. Great food and games. I cant bowl but I tried and had fun while rolling gutter balls. I was really excited when i did eventually knocked down a pin or two. The group birthday event was fun and the staff were every friendly. My group enjoyed themselves.

This is the best Bowling Alley that Ive visited. It uses the newest technology and is very clean. They also have a full Bar and serve great food. I definitely would recommend this place to my friends and will definitely go back.

Great place for me and tbe kids love it

The bowling was fine, but the staff at the shoe counter were incredibly rude to members of out party. Their attitudes definitely gave the place a bad vibe. Our lanes were reserved in advance including shoe rental. We had exactly 12 people in our party (6 people to a lane). Two people were coming in late, so we went ahead and put their names into the game and played for them. When they arrived and went to get their shoes, the man had a very bad attitude and wouldnt give them shoes. He said that since their game was already being played they cant be on our lane. He refused them service. We were about to just share our shoes with them but it was so messed up. Someone from our party went up and debated with him before he finally said hed get their shoes. THEN he charged them for their shoes! He was a freaking rude idiot. So at the end of the night AGAIN someone had to debate with this man to get their money back for the shoes that had been paid for already with the lane reservation. Also, someone from our party dropped a 20. She went to the counter to ask them to let her know if someone found it. He was giving her a tone and shouted, Can somebody come handle this lady? Everything he did gave off racist, sexist, jerk vibes. The couple dealing with the shoes issue were black and he wouldnt let them play or get their shoes until the white guy from our party talked to him. Then the dumb handle this lady comment. I bet he wouldnt have said somebody come handle this man if it were a man. We will NOT be going here on our next group outing. Hopefully you get some employees who arent trying to show off their gutter balls.

Had a wonderful time with gbabies. Very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. French fries and funnel cake fries was our fare and had to reorder because they were devoured in minutes. Will definitely be going back.
