The park is getting better. The owner (Tom) is a great guy and takes pride in the park. He is constantly doing something to improve the park or one of the mobile homes. Tom is a down to earth friendly man. The only reasons I gave the park 3 stars is because I hate living in a mobile home park. I would much rather be on my own property and not have any neighbors very close. The only other reason that I gave it only 3 stars is because I feel like Tom is charging too much money for space rent. We have a pool and a laundry room with 1 washer and 1 dryer. That is ALL this park has to offer. Wow. But like I said before he is fixing the park so it looks good, so I guess I shouldnt complain.
