A friend of mine recommended Kentucky Gun Co. I was in search of a red dot for an AR Ive been tinkering with. They had the one Id been researching for a great price. At first i was a bit hesitant because the price was the best I saw and I had been researching for a solid 2 weeks. I placed my order on a Friday, got a confirmation email it was being fulfilled. The following week, I got an email with a tracking number stating it had shipped. A few days of patiently waiting, it finally arrived. Brand new in box with factory seal. I found their website to be easy to use, communications from them to be consistent, unbeatable pricing, and overall great experience. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for parts. Odd experience. Made the order, got an email a couple days later saying they need to get paid. Already did. But ok.Couple Fridays later called to check status and was told it was being boxed as we speak and I should get an email tracking number shortly.Monday I emailed for an update because I hadn’t heard anything. Was told there was a “boxing error.” Possibly sent to wrong person, they’ll get back to me in a couple days.3-4 days later still no info. Emailed again and got a reply a couple days later with apology and assurance it would be handled immediately. Finally got a tracking number a few minutes later.No complaints on the product, but order fulfillment could use some improvement.

When you call for Customer Service to price and place order, you are not on hold for an eternity and the people answering the phone are knowledgeable and friendly 2. When emailing about the gun and shipping charges, etc. the reply was almost immediate 3. The drop shipping at my Dealer was seamless and could not have been better. Overall, it is obvious they put emphasis on customer service for those that do not live near their store and do all they can to make the experience a good one.

Went the 90 day layaway with my CZ 75 P-01 Compact pistol and everything went perfectly. Called to make a payment every other week and customer service was quick, easy, & efficient just like my ex-wife. Shipped a day or 2 after final payment and arrived the next week without a hitch. Had that new gun smell just like my ex-wife after her boyfriend was done with her. 10/10 will buy from them again but wont recommend my ex shes a dirty adulterer!!

The cheapest prices on the web with greater inventory than most other companies. Why bother going to auction sites and wait days to pay a higher price than KGC? These guys did everything advertised, and product just as described. I see a lot of negative reviews for companies like this (depending on where you look). Ive ordered from a few of them in spite of that, and experience has always been good. The reason for these reviews is the same reason its hard to find ammo and other firearm related goods. There is an INSANE run on virtually everything firearm related. None of these companies are set up to handle this kind of volume. Not the retailers, not the manufacturers. So people, just CHILL OUT. Things may take a while. An email may fall between the cracks. The phone may not get answered quickly. If you want to blame someone, blame these idiots out rioting in the streets!

I did really like the savage but the stock was terrible and it didn’t have ace sights and it wasn’t the gun I thought I was going to get. I have spoken to Patrick personally on different occasions and found him to be of great character and very knowledgeable. And because of type person Patrick is I expected a high standard from the employees. However on three separate occasions recently, my brother and I went there to purchase magazines for an upcoming IDPA match. The first day we purchased ammo and the stood at the counter where the magazines were located for an hour and fifteen minutes. The other two occasions we stood there and watched the guy behind the counter walk by us four times. The last time I went I was with my wife and she stepped behind the counter slightly to read me the type of magazine as I had forgotten my glasses. The man behind the counter quickly ran her out saying they had a problem with people stealing. He then walked away, not a can I help you or an Ill be with you in a minute just rudeness and walked away. I and my family have bought our last gun or ammo there. There are too many other places to shop. I wanted to love this place but surly employees and poor service has turned me away for good.

Very happy with my experiences thus far. Ive ordered various items over there past few years. Each time the process was easy once I was able to get a hold of them on the phone (just easier for me due to being exempt from certain state restrictions). Rifles I ordered shipped and arrived a couple of weeks sooner than I was expecting and arrived at my FFL with no problems. At first I was going to take off a star because I ordered two extra mags with one rifle and it was supposed to ship in the box with it; it didnt. I called the next day, they saw the note in the system, acknowledged their mistake, and 2-day air shipped them to me for free.They have a huge selection, seem to get out-of-stock and hard to find things before some other dealers, have a great notification system (when you sign up for alerts), and put out great videos. Theyre my first go-to when Im online shopping and imagine Ill be buying more from them in the future.

Its a ways out of the way for many but well worth the drive, shop online for your needs and either pickup in store or order online and have it sent to your local Gun dealer. Great prices with the cash option, and even during stock shortages because of Covid the still have a lot of inventory including better prices on 9mm if its available which they had plenty of Blazer with a 2 box limit vs one box most are allowing.

He sent a return label over to me, at no cost and, assured me that I would be receiving my correct order by the following week.
