This place is legit. Its just the right amount of grunge mixed with amazing ramps...etc.Bring your board, scooter, bike you wont be dissatisfied. Bring your kids your teens, you go buy a board. Its worth it, price is cheap for a whole day.Dont forget to sign the waiver for the 18 and younger skaters.

My kids LOVE this place. Had my sons 8th birthday party here and it was a huge hit. The owner is an awesome dude. Really took care of us. We go all the time and tell all of our friends about it!

Very good skatepark for all kinds of riders. Has good jump line for bmx, great street section for skateboard and a great mini ramp, vert ramp, bowl and foam pit for all wheels. Nice and big facility. Staff is nice and keep the place in shape. Snack shack is decent and in great location.

Amazing facility. Were not reviewing toilets here were reviewing skate parks. This place RULES and if you want to, you can use the toilet too. 5 stars all day, this is skating paradise!

I love the ramps, and they let me bring my mountain bike, but theres one star removed because of the bathroom situation. It is in terrible condition.

This place is fkn awesome best skate exp. Ive had in Baltimore its has sooooo much to ride great street lines and with twi mini ramps you can progress from the small in the front thats I believe around a 3ft in the low side and a 4ft in the high side a sweet spine in the middle. The mini ramp in the back is like 5 ft then there the bowl and a full friggin vert Im not Tony hawk but I love to pump back and forth and kick Turn at 35 and for the most part the oldest one there everyone was super chill and cool everyone was cheering each other on thats what I love you have a great skate spot and great ppl from bikes to scoots to boards everyone seemed to flow around and with each other well cant wait to return and improve on my transition skills more and more great find thanks to Google maps

Charm is by far the best skate park ever! Its so cool.

Last week of skate camp! Best investment of the summer for the little man! Had a blast, made a bunch of new friends and improved on his skills.

My original post must have been an error. Each time I have attended Charm city I had a good experience. Nothing to complain about in a skate park. I recommend people going and checking it out. Only thing I thought was annoying was I didnt notice the skate park was hidden right off the the side of the ramp. Maybe a sign on the street entry way to give the driver a heads up. Rating was from 2017. I have not went since being Im not a skater.

Nice spot to skate, meet new people and challenge yourself. I learned many new tricks here and also attended a skate competition here which brought out a lot of talented skaters. It was a lot of fun.

Had a birthday party here for my son. Kids LOVED the skate area and the foam pit. They had an absolute ball. On the negative side, place was filthy. Dried up poop all over the toilet seats, ants everywhere in the bathroom, no toilet paper. There were also power tools, saws, etc just laying all about which I thought was a safety hazard. Man at the front desk was zero help.

It is a fantastic skate-park, and my son had an excellent time!I love the atmosphere, and I never have to bother if the kids are safe, the staff is lovely and accommodating at all times.

Had my sons 11th birthday there and the facilities are top notch! All the kids had a blast including the younger siblings. Well worth the time and $ will most certainly be visiting again

This place is awesome! The patrons of this establishment do not know how lucky they are because there were no places like this when I was growing up. The only reason I gave 4-stars is because of the lack of cleanliness. Trust me, I do not expect this type of place to be spotless, but the seating for parents and patrons is filthy as well as the bathrooms and the floor/walls above the foam pit. I would also recommend that all of the piled up wood, tools, nails, saws, etc. be cleaned up as this is a hazard to the people skating/riding and walking around. Very inexpensive entrance fee and the employees, as well as patrons, are very cordial and friendly. All in all, I love this place for my son and his friends to have fun!!

Always a good place to go on cold days, but if you have hard wheels thats biggest then 53mm you will slide a lot so keep in mind

This place is so amazing, while I was just starting out skateboarding my friend and I went here for the first time and it was the best experience. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful and so are the people. 100/10 would recommend.

Brought my son here for his first time out he has a scooter he was a little intimidated but he had a blast definitely would recommend it especially if you’re looking for indoor atmosphere considering that the day he wanted to try this out it was raining it worked out great really big facility with lots of different spaces set up for skating you should definitely check this out ...

You can search the world over and I promise you wont find another place like charm city. Ive never walked into a place and everyone from the employees to everyone in there jist instantly make you feel like your at home. The ramps are awesome and they have somthing for everyone. If you ever get to the baltimore area even d.c stop by and check out charm city. Bikes boards and scoots dont matter everyone is awesome.

Decent setup. Good price. Seems to get pretty busy on weekends.I like the features it has for street stuff. Doesn’t have the best flow though. I kinda just ride one thing at a time. The ramps are of a pretty good quality. Not the cleanest place but that’s fine for a skatepark.One definite negative is the lack of runaway skateboard stoppers! So dangerous. I saw skateboards flying off the elevated features (stage and halfpipe) constantly. I saw those same runaway boards hit people in the head and back 3 times in 30 minutes. Do not stand anywhere near. I even worry about cruising past. Caution.

Care city skatepark Is my favorite skate park in the area. it has street and park stuff. the instructors are very good. I learned a lot wile I was there. it was a foam pit and it is a very fun place.

My son and his group of friends drove down from PA today hoping to skate for several hours. it wast open at 12 when its supposed to be and they waited around for an hour and a half for the owner to show up. He finally showed and still made them pay full price for the day. No apology, no discount. Guess the owner doesnt think customer satisfaction is important. Will probably not return

My nine year old was super excited to go to this indoor park. However, the gentlemen behind the counter was not pleasant or help. It was our first time visiting. The gentlemen never got off the phone and seemed irritated because I was asking questions. He directed us towards the larger park in the back but it was dark. After standing in front of him, he still would not get off the phone to assist us. We left after not feeling welcome. Piss poor customer service.

Huge indoor park. Lots of different size ramps, foam pit and vert ramp. Plus layout is frequently changed.

Less than ideal for skateboarding, they never mop (very dangerous) leaks in the roof are deteriorating ramps, holes in ramps loose wood everywhere. Cutting material with no barrier to customers and well over safe decibel level that will damage hearing. Most unnecessary complicated ramps.Great for bikes and scooters

I think its a REALLY great skatepark for when theres bad weather outside, its more for intermediate skaters or skaters with at least some skill because the obstacles here are technical, but all in all, its an amazing park.

Great Ramps and half pipe but the place is a little rundown and they need work in the bathroom.Otherwise it’s the best!!!

Theres a lot of holes in the ramps and there never in the snack shack so you cant get food dont reckomend coming here.

I wanted to write and show my appreciation for Jason and the staff of Charm City Skatepark. I have been skating this park for over 10 years now and have always had a great time, they are always working to build new ramps and improve the park. Recently a friend of mine rented out the park (which you can do, ask owner for details) for a big skate gathering and it was great. I left my Ipad at the skatepark and was super bummed. I called the next day fearing the worse but one of the staff promptly said they had it and were keeping safe! I was very relieved and bought a t shirt when I came to pick up my ipad. DEFINITELY support this park, because they support skating. They have a HUGE selection of skateboards and wheels so pick some up. Thanks Charm City, will be back soon and will shred the park til I can shred no longer. Peace -Doug Cupo

The location of this park is right in the downtown outskirts an epic place to go skate and have fun, the skateboard collection is immense and awesome.

Looked like I walked into a junk yard, run down. Maybe it was nice at one time and could be if the owner cares.

I seriously dont understand the 5 star reviews. I am from out of town and was seriously excited about going to this place but was totally disappointed. When I came in, the front room was a dangerous shambles with big piles of junky plywood leaning against the wall.My first stop was the bathroom which was totally a totally freaking disgusting health hazard. The toilet and surrounding floor had dried diarrhea on it which shows how long its been since it was cleaned.The ramps were super sketchy. There wasnt a trace of skatelite in the whole building. All of the ramps were cobbled together with birch and masonite. This birch was all chipped up, the masonite was flaking and bubbling up from the leaky roof. There was so much wax, change, wood chips, masonite flakes, gum, a some small plastic chain? that youre begging for a slam. Have someone sweep with a broom for Gods sake!Another thing was that some of the banks had a 3/4 - 1 inch gap between the bank and the deck. Again deadly.This place is pretty dark. If you could see the dirt on the flat at least you could avoid a massive slam.Ths copings on the ramps and mini were way too high and sticking out.The concrete on the floor was uneven, was spalling (look it up) and had a few noteable holes.Im sorry to be so harsh but this place needs some major work. This place could be really cool but it needs to look like they care. At the very least, clean the bathroom and sweep regularly.I know skatelite is expensive but the investment is well worth it. Masonite is cheap but flakes too easy and bikes destroy it. It would be better to sheet with skatelite once instead of replacing, repairing, cobbling patches together.Seriously, I would like to see this place improve. Its in an awesome spot in an awesome city and should want to be clamoring for the attention of skaters in a free skate park era.

The Nationals Bmx Racing team (MD Members) stopped here recently! We all had a real fun time. A different exp. for some full time racers, we found the set up to flow nicely and all the people (Both bmx n sk8) were super friendly and very tolerant of each other. Over all a gr8 alternitive for rainy days! We will return.
