We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the view of the harbor. Loved the ice skating rink and cabana with fire. Skylar is an asset to this hotel! He instantly made us feel welcomed and remembered prior conversations making him genuine. I really hope Four Seasons sees his value. This place was clean and quite. Covid Compliant. Simply amazing!
I went to Baltimore to donate my kidney to a friend at UMMC. We stayed at the beautiful Four Seasons. This is the best place I have ever stayed at hands down. Every single person we encountered were extremely nice, and helpful. Even the the host for the club that is in the hotel. We couldnt have stayed at a better place. After my surgery they were so helpful in helping get around. If you have the chance to stay at this glorious hotel, I would highly recommend it.
Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Its an 80s type of atmosphere. Nice and fancy.. The views are breathtaking and the food is just delightful. Its a combination of French and American cuisine. We tried the trout and the seasonal vegetables: yummy, yummy. If you dont like strong drinks, they have one thats just right: La Paloma.
Not handling COVID smartly. I totally understand COVID requires limiting services. But the way the Four Seasons handled this defies logic. After not wanting to wake up my spouse I asked if there was a space I could sit outside have coffee and work. They said due to Covid they closed their outdoor spaces for most of the day. You have to sit inside on the lobby level amongst other people to have any hotel services. Wait what? This goes against all CDC recommendations - limiting service to indoor spaces only? When we are told sitting outside is by far the healthiest way to be among others. I am still resentful about my stay and how messed up these guys are handling these trying times.
Four Seasons never disappoints due to their high standards in quality and attention to detail and the one in Baltimore is no exception. The standard king bedroom is quite spacious with ample room to be comfortable and even has a balcony to enjoy. The in room dining experience was also quite special with our server freshly shredding our mozzarella for the pasta. The spa treatment which I also got to enjoy was memorable and relaxing. The actual treatment, called lovers only, was a great couples massage and my therapist helped me with my neck pain. In my opinion, this global chain of hotels is one of the best and I would highly recommend staying in one of their properties if youre able to. Amazing experience.
Like all Four Seasons, the staff are universally pleasant, attentive, helpful, and welcoming. From the doorman to the front desk to the wait staff. Its the signature of the brand, and alive and well in Baltimores Inner Harbor. The rooms are nicely equipped: Lavazza espresso machine, TV embedded in the large bathroom mirror, rain showerhead, Bose speakers, enormous main TV, and all lights controllable from bedside and entry door.Walking distance to great restaurants, and a very upscale developed area in the surrounding 2-3 blocks. We used the conference facility and it also exceeded expectations, with IT support that proactively checked in and wait staff that was frequent enough to avoid any dry spells but also not be intrusive.
Literally love this place! This is my home away from home. From Damien, Julie, and Jena to valet, concierge and room service staff — I expect 5 star service but they give me 10 star service every time! Thank you all for being so pleasant and thoughtful. See you soon
Our trip was awesome, they thought of everyone there were snacks for my 3 year old, along with bubble bath. We also have a great view overlooking the East River. I loved my stay will be back
The spa is AMAZING!!!! I frequent often. Ineta and Kelly are great at there craft. Dont cheat yourself treat yourself. Like pringles you cant go just once.
Amazing property and hotel! The room was perfect with incredible views and the staff is exactly what one would expect at a Four Seasons: VERY professional, gracious, warm and accommodating. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Worth every penny. Thank you to the Four Seasons Baltimore for making our stay so special. I look forward to my next visit.
We came for a getaway day for our 25th anniversary and it was a perfect stay. Great accommodations, spa, and attentive yet non intrusive service. Relaxing yet memorable.
This stay was absolutely fantastic! on the accommodations, professionalism, courtesy, and services are well worth the money. It gave me a feel of the Pre-COVID-19 times. No obvious limitations the customers see or experience. Im team Four Seasons! Thank you so much FS team outstanding job!
I only used the spa not the hotel: I love spas, and glad this is close. Beautiful layout, friendly staff, upscale vibe.Massage was best Ive had in a long time and a fair price.Thoroughly enjoyed my time and felt pampered.Improvements Id like to see: 1. Fix whatever is making the super loud machinery sound in the jacuzzi area 2. Offer cucumber strips instead of slices for the eyes 3. Increase heat in steam room & add aromatics
Beautiful hotel and great service. Perfect location. My only issue was the bed. I didn’t get one good night of sleep.
Awesome hospital, great ambience, and amazing views. the food and drinks here are amazing and definitely worth going too
The family and I loved the location, view, amenities and most of all the staff.
Its a very nice Place clean with very good Customer service over all everything was great
Positive: The hotel was very nice but not what I expected for the price. Negative: The weather was pretty iffy but the rain stopped on Saturday and they did not open the pool. We left early because we really wanted to use the pool.
The room I paid via Hotels.com wasnt available. The lady at the front desk worked to make sure we got something comparable and even made it convenient for us not to move/switch rooms for another reservation and granted us late check out. Four Season is as good as any 5 Stars Hotel I have experienced. I highly recommend the service, the hotel and the Baltimore location of Four Seasons! Excellent and excellence in service as it should be. We took a Suite with is technically a full blown luxury aparthotel. But I need to call Hotels.com because I have not be able to reach any one by phone, through the app or by email for days now.
I love this place!️ it had to be one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at!The dinner was good and tasty and my dad told them about my sisters 9th birthday and my hard work at school and how I’m gonna get an award so they gave us a small beautiful cake and a bunch of cookies we didn’t expect in our room! I would love to come back for my birthday!
As compared to other five-star hotels, this wasnt the best (Ritz-Carlton Boston remains my absolute favorite with the St.Regis in NYC as a very close second). Our room was quite clean and the views were impressive. I wasnt very impressed with the standard tub, but the stand alone shower was roomy. snafu when we asked for water to be brought up- took another request a half hour later to get any. The turn down service was nice, if only a little on the early side (6PM). Inner harbor is lovely and Im happy we finally found a decent hotel to stay in. Robin from the concierge desk was quite helpful in booking us a car service in the evening.Update: I left something hanging in the closet and they were very kind to hold it until I could come back and retrieve it. Thank you all!
The valet service worker was very nice and extremely helpful. The food was delicious.
Only stayed for one night but I loved my stay. The bed--AMAZING!!! Room service, delish!! Customer service--on point!!! If youre in Baltimore, once you stay here, no other hotel will be an option!!!
5 stars all the way! Staff went out of their way to satisfy your every whim. Food in the Bygones Restaurant was reasonably priced for the Four Seasons. Pool was great though not nearly enough lounge chairs. They do run out of the complimentary coffee and ice water in the lobby, which was disappointing. Overall, a wonderful experience!
My sister and I spent the afternoon at the spa and are already planning our next appointment. Everyone was so professional. It was spotless, peaceful and simply a little slice of heaven on Earth. We enjoyed the steam room, sauna, hot tub thing (not sure what that area was called) and the amazing giant shower before our appointments. My massage therapist, Phyllis, was magical. Ive been a massage therapist myself for almost 20 years and she was top notch! I literally felt like I was in good hands. She made me feel so comfortable, cared for and relaxed while applying the perfect amount of pressure. After our massages, we found a quiet corner to spend more time together catching up and relaxing. Staff were attentive but not at all intrusive while we spent hours taking full advantage of all the amenities. I had a little sticker shock at the price of the massages but the full experience was more than worth it. Dont hesitate! Make an appointment and treat yourself!
Azumi was amazing. The chef Alisher was wonderful, met him for the first time. Great food! Very expensive but good food!
Wonderful and attentive service and facilities. Everything at the Four Seasons is guest-focused. Perfect!
Cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at the property. Greeted warmly at check-in, and for safety reasons were asked for a temperature check. Hand sanitzer can be easily accessed all throughout the hotel. The gym had all you could ask for (including a Peloton, yes!). Our room was spacious and clean with a gorgeous harbor view. We spent 2 afternoons at the pool with the MOST amazing and attentive service. Food and drinks at the pool were great as well. We ate breakfast outdoors at Maximon and had a wonderful breakfast. We booked this property because it was an option we could access during Covid (we didnt want to fly) but the next time we stay it will be a deliberate choice, we already cant wait to return! Our stay exceeded all expectations.
Great day . Annapolis looks like the Grand Canal Venice for todays Blue Angel show today.
Very nice stay and felt very comfortable about the hotels precautionary measures in place for Covid
Clean friendly great location but a little pricey for how outdated tha rooms and decor is... feels more like a well staffed motel than a luxury hotel
I loved my stay at the Four Seasons Baltimore. I showed up at 6a after arriving on a red-eye and they got me right into a room (although never guaranteed). As with every FS that I have stayed in, it’s the little details that make a world of difference. I left my laptop on the desk and came back to find a carefully-placed FS screen cloth right next to it. I had a delicious dinner at their restaurant Wit & Wisdom after spending some time in the spa which is really lovely and peaceful. I highly recommend and hope to stay there again!
Amazing hotel tucked in the center of Baltimore’s stylish Inner Harbor. Sweeping views of the city’s lively historic harbor. Service is always outstanding on all levels.
100% CLASSY. The loveliest venue in Baltimore City for an event to remember! We absolutely marveled at how every detail of PASSION FOR FOOD AND WINE was catered to this year. Tons of money was raised for Cystic Fibrosis and our sponsors walked away feeling nothing but gratitude.
Great view, fantastic service, very good food. A bit expensive, but well worth the cost.
I had a massage here for my birthday, and it was amazing. Leave plenty of time ahead of your appointment to enjoy the other amenities, such as the jacuzzi pool, steam room and sauna. They also have an option to purchase light food and drinks that are delivered after your treatment. They even gave me a special cake and drink for my birthday. My massage therapist was AMAZING. One of the best massages I have ever had
Wonderful amenities, loved the balcony and the room, but the experience was a little disappointing - the room temperature was impossible to adjust, the shower was leaking cold water, and they never returned me a forgotten item. :(Oh, also their app doesn’t work properly and never got the room service cart back out.
Great service! Great views of the Harbor. Perfect location.
Had really relaxed time.... it was 50mins massage and you get to chill afterward at the relaxing room... and utilize sauna and other amenities... will go back most definitely.
Absolutely love the skyline! Regardless of the season, youll be taken by the lovely skyline. The restaurant is 5-star along with the drinks & service. The topper is the DJ! The music is hip & sexy - definitely for the grown & classy.
Outstanding hotel. This is way all hotels should be. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are well laid out and comfortable.
The Hotel was beautiful. I stayed there a few years ago and it even more beautiful now. My children had a blast and they loved the pool
Attended for a wedding. The ballroom was beautiful. Food was high class. Architecture and material finishes were top notch. The hotel room was clean and inviting. Overall a true pleasure to stay at. Parking in the garage was seamless. Highly recommend.
Amazing property! The staff were incredibly helpful. Great location. Bygone rooftop bar is a must. Great location. Looking forward to a return visit.
The view was great. The establishment next to it, served great food.i had a Po Boy sandwich.
Very nice hotel & restaurant the bestNice staff, fast service good food
No words will give this place justice must go thats all I can say
My partner and I got a couples massage and they attempted to charge our card twice for it. The situation caused us to miss our dinner reservation. Then they proceeded to call us at 8PM requesting payment *again* after we forwarded them the bank statement. Then, to top it off, they called us the next day requesting payment... *again* overall an OK experience because the massage was worth the money ~not the inconvenience~
The room is beautiful and well appointed with beautiful furniture and fixtures...love the ceiling shower. Im not going to deduct alot of stars because some of what I mention is personal preference. First of all Im not a fan of only down pillows as an option. They flatten/depress quickly and become hard. Likewise the down comforter is big and heavy which some people love and it would be great...if you were in Siberia-level cold. So it seemed difficult to get temperatures regulated/figured out as the option was a sheet or a monster down comforter. The TV was a legit issue though. Im not sure if it was just the TV in my room or not because my remote did not work so I had to call maintenance to fix. They stuck with it until they got my remote working (nice guys though). Anyways a separate additional issue, the signal on my TV looks like anything but HD...very grainy. Oh and the TV speaker quality just sucks. Its Samsung and I have one at home and it doesnt sounds that tinny?? And the TV channel selection is really poor/limited as well. A certain news channel is not even available and all the rest of the news channels are available...so considering where this hotel is located Ill leave it to you to figure out whether you like the decision the hotel made on your behalf regarding news/channel selection. Nice room overall though.
The selection of spirits and wines are ecsausting in a good way. No other liquor store compares.
Very lovely hotel & very kind front desk clerks would definitely come back.
Great service. Great food. Felt safe and comfortable with the outdoor seating.
The Four Seasons Baltimore is by far the best hotel in the city being located in Harbor East on The Charmtastic Mile. The rooms have majestic views. The staff & amenities are amazing. If you want the most incredible dining experience go to the 29th floor and have lunch or dinner at The Bygone. I highly recommend the Four Seasons Baltimore for a great hotel stay in Charm City.
Service wa6a awesome. Quite a tranquil retreat. Of course its a bit pricey, but worth at least an annual visit
Very clean & professional ppl wonderful atmosphere . I will be returning they are so welcoming & respectful very high In . So classy how I like it
Loved the bathroom especially! Staff was extremely friendly and attentive.
Impeccable service and exquisite properties never go out of style
This hotel is awesome and the service is out of this world
The best of the best! So great in every detail! Love to stay there!
Right on the Harbor, with a really wonderful oyster bar in house.Be sure to get a seat right at the oyster bar. Wonderful selection of perfect oysters from both coasts.
Great customer service experience.
Best Hotel Ive stayed. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. I GOT A MASSAGE AND IT WAS AMAZING. THE FRONT DESK TO THE VALET WAS OUTSTANDING. ILL DEFINITELY BE BACK VERY SOON. MAKES YOU APPRECIATE THE FINER THINGS IN YOUR LIFE.
Exceptional!! At every level.
Came here for a localish babymoon with my wife. Amazing hotel with a beautiful view of the harbor! The staff were super friendly, helpful, and very attentive. Helped us with our luggage both when checking in and checking out. Accommodated our little dog with her own food and water bowls and bottled water. As an added surprise, there was a small plate of desserts waiting for us when we arrived.
Continuing our Sunday brunch ritual followed by a day in the sun at the pool. My only complaint is no gluten free pastries or crepes. Please change that? Staff is always pleasant, engaging, and helpful.
Fabulous stay. Service is wonderful. The spa is the most amazing Ive ever been to.
Beautiful hotel off the harbor. Always great service!
Such a wonderful experience. Baltimores most beautiful hotel. Dog friendly, incredible staff. The best bed I have ever slept in.
Very classy Hotel. Well kept and clean however for the price you pay per night I expected a little more. Bathroom shower heads and tub faucets had limescale stains. I paid extra for the Harbor View balcony room and expected the room to have its own uniqueness to it but not very different from a typical Hotel. However the bed was like sleeping in a cloud!
The staff is gracious, the food is divine and the view is flawless!!! My favorite bartenders in Wit and Wisdom are Eric I and Eric II!!!
Wow.. thats only thing i can think to describe this awesome restaurant, food was so on point, you have to treat yourself and visit this place, seafood sandwich was to die for as well as the Turkey burger
It all started with the ease of booking through your app. Then a few days before our stay I received a text message from Ashley in Customer Service. I described why I was coming done and she listened and made the experience unbelievable. So awesome. From when we pulled up until we left, every staff member would greet us and say have a good day. From getting ice to coffee to meals to recommending something....we were well taken care of. So thank you all!
Incredible views and amazing service!
Wow! on the water! by a beautiful marine, in the best location in Baltimore. has a heated pool! and walking distance to best the restaurants, wonderful and beautiful hotel with amazing people, service and best food!its our second time and we enjoyed it very much!thank you!
Beautiful views of Baltimore harbor and pool side
Excellent view overlooking the harbor. The food was delicious and very good service. The only dislike was parking is only validated if you valet park which was unknown to us. We drove separately because we were coming from different directions so parking together cost us over $50 after spending a couple hundred in the restaurant. The only reason I gave four stars and not 5.
First class. Get the cheesy pasta. Top-notch service.
This hotel stay was excellent from the lobby to the meeting rooms, the staff and the guest rooms everything was taken care of and always service with a smile. Great job to the hotel staff our company had an amazing event all week!
Beautiful ambience. Staff is welcoming and accommodating. Amazing waterfront view and amazing restaurants nearby.
Great experience, loved the service
Such a bougie relaxing and beautiful hotel, the spa is to die for, also with a great new rooftop bar with an amazing view of the city.
It was a magical stay I truly enjoyed it. The staff were great would recommend for family Getaway a very special getaway facilities were top-notch my kids were very impressed with the mirrors in the bathroom that had TVs in them.. in all my stays in different facilities it was definitely the cleanest
Nice area on the water, even though something is always going on there like cranes constantly moving things. Friendly service.
Great food and service a bit pricey but great views of the water.
Beautiful Hotel with the Best Service in Baltimore. They hosted a night out for my wife and friends for her birthday and where great helping me set up for the superseded and then went out of the way to make it extra special for them.
Amazing views of the harbor! On the higher end price wise for the area, but worth it! The bed and linens were very comfortable, and don’t get me started on how amazed I was with the bathroom set up. Lots to do within walking distance, would definitely stay again when in the area!
Went there for a wedding. The staff wad very helpful and consciousness in creating a memorable event.
Visited the Spa: The elegance of the spa facility made me instantly feel special regardless of anything else going on. It was wonderful enjoying all the spa offerings around the time of my massage, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, relaxation room etc.- and the massage was one of the best Ive ever had!! The complimentary snacks are a nice touch in addition to the option of ordering food off the menu. Robes are comfy, towels plush, heated lounges look like huge pearls to hold you.Room for improvement: 1- reduce the super loud mechanical growling noise in the tub area to a hum & allow soothing sounds of the water instead of machinery. 2- offer cucumber strips (by a peeler) instead of slices which arent as easy to manage 3- increase steam room temp and add an essence like eucalyptus.Definitely found a new local favorite retreat and will certainly return!!!!!
Amazing experience!!!! Richard was an absolute dream!!! Everything tastes amazing and the customer service makes you feel like royalty!!!!
Premier accomodations, style and service in the best part of Baltimore.
I mean its the Four Seasons, so its great. Awesome amenities such as pool, spa and Bygone, but basic rooms. Worth to try at least once.
Its 2017 and the Four Seasons Baltimore has NO RECYCLING PROGRAM, excuse me? Its time everyone (including corporations) takes recycling seriously. Grow up. Establish a plan and take responsibility for you and your guests.
Exactly what youd expect from a FS, rooms are tasteful and comfy, service is top-shelf and the location cant be beat. As with all FS properties, youll be paying for it as the room rate that night was close to $500 (we came in on a discounted rate for about 1/2 as much). Quick tip - Valet is $46 with unlimited in/out privileges but if you dont need your car as we didnt, the garage literally right next door is $23/24 hours.
Great rooms. Polite staff. Quick check in and out.
Honestly this is one of my favorite hotels. all the staff are super helpful and exuberant, the rooms are comfy and clean, and the pool is awesome for my two younger brothers. we come here every fourth of july, and it’s amazing to watch the fireworks right from the bed!!also the restaurant at the top of the hotel, bygone, is lovely. the whole building is in a great location for being near the water, shopping, and going to really nice yummy restaurants.
Beautiful venue right next to the harbor. Service was great but food is just okay.
