Was visiting a friend. Struck by how nice and clean it was.

It a nice place but could look better. I feel they are a little to close together. There is no room to have family and friends over. There is no play area for children. Oh I forgot at Frank & Bills trailer park no kids are supposed to live in that area. Which there is but to me thats so wrong the lady who runs it dont want children from the other trailer park which is right across you. I thought it was all one. But its not. But both places need pavement and a play area. Someones child is going to get hurt.

Small community of trailers, not too crowded, community could use sprucing up and could be kept up better

If the owner would not be such an a** about people then it would be ok

Seems quiet and well maintainedLots are a decent size and quick access to 695.

Looks like it could use a good sweeping through and cleaning through the area

I do like the trailers and the views but the people here are very bad except for a few and thats why I give them a three-star rating

Its like low housing crackheads and dope fiends a number drama and a lot of police activity remind you of Cherry Hill
