For being pandemic 2020 its not a bad place to go and game they have a decent amount of machines open as well as table and poker. They can get a little busy during the weekends and during Ravens games but during games they run a promotion of $7 for every touchdown that they load to your players card at halftime and end of game. Also everyday since reopening to present they have given $10 in Free play a day which equals up to roughly $400 so far from the past four months theyve reopened. So I definitely recommend the horseshoe as a place to go if youre visiting or even local

Not one of my favorites. This place is typically way too crowded, and doesnt feel very safe. There is a good variety of games, but nothing pays. The dining options include a burger place, a sandwich place, a chili place, a pizza place and noodle bar. They also have a high end steak house if you are interested in overpaying.

I absolutely enjoyed every minute of my time here. I’ve been to Vegas, Reno, South Florida and now Baltimore, this is easily one of my all time favorites and I can’t wait to come back. The poker room is staffed by great dealers and floor guys who are genuinely interested in making dilute you enjoy your time in their room. The highlight of my two visits has undoubtedly been meeting Nina, the bartender at the downstairs bar, what a pro! Anyone who doesn’t see her has easily missed the best part of a great gaming facility. I can’t wait to come back.

A nice one of a kind casino. It was nicely spaced amid the corona virus pandemic. It was nice to see everyone in masks and most of the restaurants open. The only downside is being an avid gambler is seeing the poker room closed. Hope to see it open in the near future.

From the Prime Rib Restaurant, to all the other choices inside the Casino to chose to eat from, very very nice. A little too crowded fro my taste. And that was mid week. Dont personally think Id like the weekend crowds, but thats just me nowadays. Getting up there in age a bit, only 56 years young, but....very nice time. Respectfully

I went to mainly have lunch at one of the places famous for the Bergers but they were closed. I met my friend & before leaving decided to try one slot. I hot $50 on the third spin so cashed & left.

Unlike the other casinos in the area Horseshoe Casino in Baltimore is very clean, the staff is cordial and friendly. Besides that when I play their slot machines I always feel like I have a chance to win. Now I dont win most of the time but I always have an enjoyable experience.

Horseshoe Casino was a nice night out while Covid-19 is still present. The casino wasnt crowded, it was clean, social distancing was be practiced. Nice place to go and get the feeling of some normalcy.

Great atmosphere and very nice over all. Everyone was very friendly and helpful with all our questions. We did hope more restaurants would be open, but they serve only during dinner time, but what is offered during lunch is still very good food. They have the slot machines spaced apart for the 6ft distancing, which was nice to see. Over all, the experience was great, just a little different due to Covid at the moment.

Another place I go very often but the one time that I didnt go there I did have a little fun on the penny machine I watched my friend money and go very very very fast and that kept me from spinning too many twenties but I will go back and get back on the penny machine again

So so. This casino does not offer any incentives or free slot play..!!!As long as I have been visiting this place, I have never received anything that has been promised in the emails that I get as a Gold star member....At least Maryland Live offers more...smh

Go once all restrictions are lifted. The only bar that was open was in the smoking section and every other machine is turned off to promote social distancing. Unless you are a tried-and-true gambler, this new experience may prove disappointing. (Pre-covid I enjoyed the atmosphere).

Horseshoe Casino is clean. They seem to follow covid protection protocol with temperature taking before youre allowed in. Machines are sanitized and theres plenty of sanitizer and wipes available. Social distancing is maintained with spacing limited between slots and between table games. Wear your mask and have fun.

Its the best casino in the area if you dont feel like driving to MGM

The restaurant called Tony Lukes. The wings were not done and cold in the inside. They dont give any sauces with the wings. Charge is $1.00 per sauce. I never seen a wing place charge for sauce keep in mind this is not a extra sauce. Its the complimentary sauce. The manager refunded my wings, no apology, no offer to make them again, nothing..zero stars

I ve only been there once and never again. On the parking lot trying to park u re greeted by panhandlers. Then followed to the casino entrance and more panhandlers there begging. I no theres something that can be done abt this, but it seems like the issue is unnoticed until something serious goes dwn. Now is really off the chain when we cant play the machines on floor without a stranger tapping u on shoulder while u re playing the machine begging for money. No attendant or security in sight the entire visit.

It fun going there, because the staff is awesome (but, then i am a people person & i have always tried to make the atmosphere friendly even if someone else doesnt).

We went on a Sunday afternoon to have something to do to get out of the heat. Everyone is required to wear masks, and they sanitize the tables thoroughly after each player. The dealers were nice, but they had a waitlist for most tables due to only 3 seats being available at each table. They said they didnt have enough dealers to open more tables.There were waitresses available to order paid (not free) drinks, and they came around about every thirty minutes.

What happened to Lennys Deli ? Chili Bowl chili is to spicy, subs are a greasy mess, lack flavor. I would come early, get breakfast and a sandwich later at Lennys. Never a complaint with their menu, enjoyed everything

The Horseshoe was a Creek Casino that I didnt mind going down winning money or losing money but in the past eight months since the pandemic this casino has went extremely down fast no tables open and only certain tables and it doesnt make sense for a casino to only have certain tables are you put the tables open that people play the most and when I go in there and I see my favorite table is in open I turn around and Ill leave and go right down to Maryland Live

I have visited Horseshoe Casino in Baltimore many times since their opening in August of 2014. I have always had an enjoyable time with a clean, safe environment. The Staff is friendly and helpful. The casino is nice and well kept. I love playing the slots and enjoy the live bands.

I truly LOVE Horseshoe ( Diamond Member), however, went today for much needed drink after working with patients. Thought, I’d support National Tequila Day..welp, during my 3.5 hour visit I ordered 2 drinks which NEVER came! Tried to order from server walking in area, she said tell the next girl coming around. Told guy in suit wiping down areas, all I got was I’m sorry. Then, ordered half smoke from Ben’s and order taker NEVER offered the free sides promo!Horseshoe I love ya. But must do better!!

Not just a casino but there is a club, many bars, and so many delicious food spots. My favorite is the pizza place where you can add any topping you want to your pizza. Some days they have dance classes for free and you can go to learn or just watch and be entertained. Some days they have a live band which is also very entertaining.

It’s not bad just not as nice as some of the other casinos in the area. Decent location if you plan to explore the inner harbor and downtown Baltimore due to its proximity.

At the Horseshoe Casino Baltimore currently masks are mandatory and they have every other machine non functioning this enforces socal distancing. We didnt have too much of an issue finding games we wanted to play and was really only able to not play a couple of games due to popularity (LockItLink and Sex In The City), if those are your games you might have to wait a bit. Overall a good experience.

I have only 1 complaint. You are not a disabled friendly facility. You dont provide wheelchairs for people with disabilities. Everyone is not able to walk for long distances due to medical/physical disabilities and should be able to enjoy an evening out. I thought all Casinos wherw required to accommodate customers with disabilities.

Had a great time my last three visits and the pizza and wings are excellent.

They jyst need to have the bank machines working. Make sure there is soapand warm water in every restroom. Other than that, hada good time.

Its a nice place to hang out for engagement parties and birthdays the slots be Hott Elk Everything looking Krispy place your bets.

They have given me free slot play for the whole month $20 just about every day but it was going to come down here every day and nobodys wanting

First casino Ive been to IN Maryland. Not too crowded, great variety of table games, and I really enjoyed the Guy Fieris restaurant happy hour! 4-6 *picture- Bread pudding!*

The casino itself was OK. I went to the bar for a pepsi and the bartender was not even looking at me. She only had one customer. I walked away thirsty got my wife and aunt and we left the casino.

First time there had a blast.

Located in the city off of Russell Street, it is an easy on/off from I95. Since my last visit, The Terrace opened up and Horseshoe has implemented their COVID-19 response. Masks required. Temperature check at the door, then onto final checkpoint with a quick pic. Plenty of hand stations through out, table games require you to check at Table Check to be assigned to your table game. Slots are social distance. Drink staff available as well as access to bar. Some restaurants are open. Additional machines to issue replacement reward cards as well as reward machines. It meets my comfort level regarding COVID-19 which is in the middle.

Love this place they even have new food places to eat at as well.

Lots of snotty people here, HOWEVER, this is one casino that HAS lots of people in it. The bartenders and moneypeople were smug and rude in some cases and nice and helpful in others. Tight security around the tables which is good. Spent a ton of money and had no return on the investment. Most places we at LEAST have a small or decent return playing a multitude of games. My suggestion, find a place with a better payout. Or at least some kind of payout. Nice atmosphere, horrible payout. Unfortunately, the only thing I might be back for is to try Guy Fieris restaurant.

Very safe, clean and appropriate social distancing. No issues or concerns. Stll able to buy food, but must leave with it if you want to eat.

I commend the safety protocols they have put into place but they could improve beverage service/availability. there for 4 hrs before 12am and all bars are closed, no self service and no beverage cart. You couldnt even get water, needless to say I was parched. if you are going to provide beverages then allow people to bring in unopened water or something. Also, if you are going to close numerous slots for social distancing then at least ensure the ones open are actually in working order. so many broke machines you can wait hours before one opens up. why not put in the plastic dividers they had them at Rocky Gap and allowed more machines to be open.

Its ok if you like gambling but I suggest to walk around at evening and or night and see the big screen and the view outside!

It was okay, not bad parking. The was food expensive with lots of unhealthy choices. No one asked did my family & I want drinks. Sad thing it was my twin sisters & I Brithday dont think Im going back after it being my first time.

My food was nothing like the Bens Chilli Bowl in Washington D.C., I was extremely disappointed, the chilli was very hot, tasted like hot sauce. Fries were extremely dry.

Used to really love this place but COVID19 has taken its toll on many businesses and people. Variety of slot machines has been drastically reduced due to social distancing guidelines. Tables appear to be active as ever. I wish more hand sanitizer was more available or closer to slot machines. Staff continues to be attentive and friendly. I still wonder about a lack of security in parking garage on every level . I do see more when casino is crowded however. Its still a beautifully designed facility.

Havent been in a while but I love the remodeling they did. I especially liked the new indoor smoking and gambling area. Now I have a nice place to go that I can have fun, drink, and enjoy a nice hand rolled cigar without having to go out in the cold. I dont even care I lost $200. I definitely intend on returning on a more consistent basis

Always love visiting horseshoe casino, however, because there are limited slots available, there are some slots members who occupy both machines at the same time. The games are usually identical. They turn a chair around to block one machine while they play the other, and will stay there for hours. Or, they will block the machines & go for a meal. Unfair to other members.

One experienced something in Baltimore besides the Ravens game. Go to Horseshoe Casino. And see if you can beat the house. Because theyre the best in Baltimore? We need more. Made by horseshoe in our city generate more money tourist More money for Baltimores economy and economy. You might not always win, but if you want to have a good time, this is the place to win.

Havent been there in 2 weeks. They finally out up plexiglass dividers on all their table games. Probably so they can have more players per table. Most tables can accommodate 5 players. 4 players per side on craps.

The runway show was fantastic! Please do another one. I thoroughly enjoyed the vibe of people and the price was nice. It felt good to see people coming together for a great cause.Loved it! A great unique but lively date night for hubby and I to sit and lounge around and enjoy. Love it!

First time at Ramsays restaurant and It met all the expectations. service and food were extraordinary. Our server mizan, was very knowledgeable of the menu. He was attentive to all details making sure that we were having a good experience. The crab cake, and the signature beef wellington were simply delicious, but the best of the night was the wagyu fillet the mignon, cooked perfectly. Highly recommended.

Horseshoe is my favorite place to visit. The service is excellent. The food is delicious. The staff is amazing and always ready and willing to please. It is a very safe environment for all. Join us u will not be sorry.

First time here, very clean casino, great selection of restaurant types and quick bites, went to GDL for dinner and it was delicious. Restaurants are a bit over priced but thats what you expect at a casino. Very enjoyable.

All good gambling and in the covid age any happiness is a good thing, and the safe, pandemic conscientious staff following simple and effective procedures for gambling in masks...poker faces no longer needed...what else is there to say.

Very sanitary environment, but they have the roulette tables setup to where you have to play 5 dollar chips on slow days, and the roulette machine minimums at 10 dollars. I have been to several casinos and I have seen 3 to 5 dollars on the roulette machines and the tables to where you can play 1 dollar chips.

Love the location its right next to the greyhound station so if Im early or my bus is late I can play. I need to explore it more but its gorgeous inside. Hundreds of games to choose from and Ive only been on the first floor.
