I came for some candles but they were out of stock even though the website says its still in stock. Im not tripping this happens... But their shelves were really messy and almost empty too! Its not a bad place Michaels is Michaels, but Ive been to much cleaner/organized stores.

Customer Service is very good..we found what we were looking for ..the lady who help us was so attentive and courteous..

I experienced the worst customer service at checkout. I greeted the employee with “Hello!” Only to receive a response that was, “Jesus Christ! If only I could ever get out of here on time” I did not respond yet she told me to “hold on!” while she fiddled with her login. Another employee arrived in a very good mood and I truly wish I could have been helped by her instead.

Everytime im there is never want to leave. Love that place. And I have only explored the baking isles...

The store itself was fine. A little cluttered and messy and I felt like the inventory on some items was low. But it’s a pandemic everyone is doing crafts. However while checking out the cashier, a young black women, was not exactly thrilled to be working. The entire check out process while she fiddled around with things just complained the whole time about how tired she was and was counting down the minutes until she could leave and her shift was over. And she just kept on and kept on mentioning it to a point where it was just awkward. Just saying several times how her brain was mush that day and she just had two more hours until she could go home. We’re all human. But stuff like that you shouldn’t be saying to customers. It’s just weird and makes the customer uncomfortable.

Found everything I needed and the store assistants were very efficient in helping me shop .

Michaels is the same everywhere. Craft fantastic! Store was neat and orderly, quiet and not crowded. We didnt find what we were looking for, but no big deal. Itll be there next time around.

Michaels has great customer service, I can always call ahead to check on item availability before I make the drive out to my local store. Very friendly sales associates at my local micheals store. I would highly recommend this store to my family and friends.

Absolutely love this store. Always spend too much money!!!! But its so easy to get lost in the sales and fun craft stuff. Picked up a craft table. Only wish there was someone there to help me lift the 50 lb. box. I pushed to carts to the checkout with no help and the cashier didnt even see if I needed help getting it to my car. That was very disappointing.

This location is great!! The staff is very friendly and they always have my online orders ready for pick up very quickly. The store is clean and well organized.

This is a pretty good Michaels. Clean and lately finding someone to help me there is a breeze! This is my latest project. I painted some old frames, outlet covers, and canvasses. My daughters rooms are Lilly Pulitzer, so I painted these to match.

They have almost all the art equipment I need! They also usually have sales or coupons so youre not paying huge prices all the time.

They were very prompt and friendly.

Tons of Christmas and baking supplies.

This is the absolute worst Michaels I’ve ever been to. I went in today to buy black matte spray paint and saw that they were in a locked case. I hit the assistance button located in front of the case and my boyfriend walked around the store to try and find someone and after 15-20 minutes we didn’t see one employee on the floor and no one came to assist us. I shop at Michael’s all the time and I’ve never once been disappointed until I walked into this location.

This Michaels is always very well stocked. The store is clean and the staff are always accessible for questions. I recommend getting the Michaels app and a rewards account since they often have great coupons.

Went today and it was a hot mess. Stock and misc stuff everywhere. Sales ppl tossing empty boxes to the floor. Carts filled with random stock. Very friendly cashier though. She was super nice.

Got what I needed and got out.

Its Michaels a craft store w/almost no staff available to help customers. Almost always 3 or more people in line. The cashiers do their best. Especially because they take time to help find the best discount available.

Staff are nice! Some aisles are blocked but thats near the sewing area. There are ladders or carts filled with things blocking but it wasnt that big of an issue. Other than that things are easy to find

A good Michaels. The staff is friendly and most know where things are located and can help you with crafting questions. It is a handy location next to a grocery store (Harris Teeter) and a Target. Its never too busy and parking is easy to find.

My first time going to Michaels, was very warm welcoming... I love the store because it has a lot of arts and crafts items; a long with other items that you wouldnt think would be in their. The have one disabled cart for those in need of extra assistance. Also I use my coupons and sent little to nothing...

I dont know how we end up spending so much here but my son is crafty and knows what hes looking for so perhaps thats part of it. One day Im planning on limiting his arts and crafts budget but who am I to get in the way of his creative process?...

I love shopping at Michaels. They have what you need for whatever craft project you are working on. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. Just wish they still had a large selection of adult coloring books.

Dirtiest Michaels I ever been in. Very sad we are in the Middle of a Pandemic... they didnt even attempt to clean the store. Left didnt even make a purchase. Will never return.

Great selection but beware Michaels bathroom is always gross. Its best to go before you come or use the bathroom in another store. Funny thing is Ive been to multiple locations and the bathrooms are all the same.

If youre REALLY into DIY with all kinds of crafts this is the place to go. Most items are a bit pricey but they are of good quality. I suggest you work those coupons though. It helps!
