The Phoenix is a AMAZING place! A true glimpse into the DIY art scene in Baltimore. They have an indoor and outdoor gallery as well as live painters and sculptors and makes all working on projects while you browse. They also do commissions in a variety of media if you are looking for something specific.

Super cool place. All the vendors and artists were super friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed looking at all the art; a great opportunity to get out of the house.
