Great muni golf course with wide fairways and big greens. 4 or so tees to choose from. Large majestic trees. Fun to play.

We went to the Ballwin Golf Course and Club for a wedding. The venue was clean and beautifully decorated. I was surprised to hear how affordable it was. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend checking it out if you need a facility for a wedding or another special event.

Played Ballwin for the 1st time today and Im really impressed with the shape course is in greens are super nice and were rolling pretty well definitely will bring a group out to play again

The course, especially the tees and greens, are top notch, which is all the more impressive considering the amount of play the course gets. The golf superintendent deserves all the plaudits for ensuring that the public gets to play on a very well manicured, challenging track.

Very rude, unfriendly and unpleasant staff. They have a chip on their shoulder and they believe that they are doing a favor to let us play there. Bad customer experience.

Rude staff. They don’t have enough carts. One of the staff member yelled at my friends for not returning the cart right away after the 9th hole. The guy was really rude to all of us. They also yell at you if you do anything they don’t prefer. Never had experience like this at any course anywhere.

Very Bad customer service, Staff is not friendly at all. There are limited number of carts, People have to wait for carts. Not returning untill customer service is improved.

I advise not to go! They stole my money and did not give it back! Yes they have a good course but the staff is really racist, and not good at all! Be careful! Need to change their staff ASAP!

Nine holes with Dad. Good mix of long and short holes. Restroom and vending machines halfway. The Marshall will speed things up as needed.

This shorter 9 hole course is a real challenge. Multiple creek beds run through almost every hole, requiring you to decide, should I lay up or can I clear this hazard. Add in all the bunkers, and youve got a real puzzle to solve.With *very* well-maintained fairways, bunkers, and greens, you cant blame course conditions for whatever pickle you find yourself in.Ill also mention that if you want to play 18 holes, you can, as the front nine vs back nine is played from red or blue tees that alternate per hole, one shorter and one longer.In addition, both mens and womens leagues are available on multiple days of the week. I must admit Im not quite good enough to handle the mens league, but, one day, maybe.

Fantastic, best public course around... Only 9 holes. Medium difficulty. If you just started playing, restarted playing or just enjoy a casual round... This is your course. Greens fees are minimal carts available. Parking is free and ample.

DO NOT GO! The staff is an old cranky racist staff!!!Yes the greens are great but the staff is really bad. I would advise not to go to this golf course, there are many other better courses out here plus the fees are very expensive for a public golf course. THE STAFF IS REALLY BAD, MEAN AND RACIST!

Best shape in St. Louis area. Staff is professional and very friendly as well as accommodating. David Furlong is the pro and provides fantastic leadership. A true joy to play. An absolutely must do on any golfers bucket list!!

I have had 3 events here!!! My 40th birthday, Our wedding, and a vendor event. Im never disappointed. Always accommodating! Place is very nice. The staff is top notch!!

Course is in great condition. Probably some of the best fairways and tee boxes Ive played all year. Not overly challenging but can play long if you pick the right tees. Certainly worth the price. Very walkable.

As others have said, great staff and the course is almost country club quality from tee box to green. Could use some updates to the practice tee warm up area, but that is a minor flaw in this diamond.

Ballwin Golf Course is in the best shape it has ever been, and for the price, it is a great place to play if you are looking for a quick nine holes. I have been golfing here for the last 10 years and in my experience a vast majority of the staff is very friendly and professional. Unfortunately that was not the case today. I hit a second ball off the tee like most average golfers because I did not like my first one. When I got up to my second ball I found my original shot, then one of the groundskeepers came and asked which ball was mine and I said both of them. He said I am not allowed to hit another ball because this is a PGA Rules course and he compared hitting a second shot to stealing. I proceeded to go pick up my second ball and as I was doing so the groundskeeper decided to run over my first ball, purposely, with his lawnmower and drive off with his ear plugs in. In the big scheme of things running over my ball doesnt really matter, but it was a very unprofessional move, akin to flipping me off without actually doing so. This is why I have given it 2/5 stars and hope something can be done about this.

Went to a function at the Ballwin Golf Club house. Well maintained and comfortable.

Great tee boxes, fairways, and greens for the price. Prefect course for the amateur because its not too challenging. Only comment is there are too many tee box markers and the colors change each hole.

Decent course for the price, but the staff was extremely unfriendly. Not just their general mannerisms, but I was even yelled at and scolded when I wasnt able to tee off 16 minutes before my scheduled tee time (was waiting for my partner to arrive).

An extremely unfriendly golf course. they have 1000 restrictions, on everything you cant do, including having young golfers, taking any more time than the absolute shortest possible nine-hole round. Complete pain in the ass staff. They have lost their idea of what golf is on this city of Ballwin golf course.
