My roommates and I had a better than normal experience at these apartments. The place huge and was in decent shape. The basement flooded once from heavy rain but the staff was cool about cleaning it up for us. The staff was friendly, never had any problems with any service.

We live at these apartments and have for a few years. We stay here because the amount of living space you get for the price is unbeatable but this was a couple years from now so it may not be the case but when we moved in it was $600 a month for a two bedroom apartment and every year they force you to pay more in rent event though they dont fix things when we call up. We have several items that need to be fixed and signing the contract each year they agree to fix these items so we sign a new contract but they have never been fixed since they have been here. They have had six different property managers in the past 7 months so its very difficult to speak with someone that can help you or that even knows the property. I would suggest not moving in unless there is a 600 dollars month special going on then its worth it.
