Many obstacles for you to play on and around. The ninja warrior course is currently closed off. They have many trampolines, including super trampolines.

We had a group of 4 kids with us, all under 5 and they had a blast. The parents did too! Very nice and clean facility. Of course watch your kids, as the place is so big the workers cannot keep an eye on everything. Just be smart, you are flying through the air after all. All in all this place was fantastic.

It was fun for the kids, but I preferred when it was Flying Spider. I loved the massage chairs and my daughter loved the silks. She also liked to battle on the beam. They still had fun though.

Had a birthday party for my son,they had a blast, had a few issues but the management was very quick to make things right. Very impressed with the customer service. We will definitely go there again.

I Love this place, it really brings joy to people but easy to get hurt. my brother got hurt on his shoulder last week but he is still fine. I suggest that maybe the staff should be able to check out on people that already know skills so they dont get hurt while practicing.

Came here for the first time on Saturday for my nephews bday party. Sara our host was extremely helpful and accommodating ! Will definitely return! Great staff.

I book my childrens Birthday party here and we all were very excited it being our first time. The experience was unsavory the service was unwelcoming the attendants were rude they brought pizza to our room without our knowledge it was then cold so they warmed it with no regards to Corona Virus just transporting the pizza back and forth. Tgey were not very helpful nor friendly. The only kind service we received was from the young African American male worker he was professional and polite. And last but not least we were totally unaware that after they ate they couldnt return to play.

Lots of fun and cheaper than a gym so its a great way to work out and get some cardio in. Sucks that we have to wear masks and the water fountains are out of order but its understandable.

This is a pretty decent place to take kids and jump. But there is also a lot of things that are not the greatest. When we went here the bathrooms where not clean there was no paper towels, and the tables where extremely dirty. Also it took a long time to get the food but it is not the people behind the counters fault. They where so sweet and nice. The problem was there was not enough staff. I think if they where to move some of the staff to the front of the building that would help a lot too. Some other concerns where the staff was not monitoring rowdy behavior, I saw a lot of kids running around without guardians too. I have seen a lot of parents concerned about the warp wall. I had to tell my kids to stay of it! Overall I think they need more staff, more organization and need to update there safety rules

Overall a fun experience, should be a discounted price since equipment is limited. The staff was very nice

Our son loves coming here to jump for Toddler Time and when it is quieter weekday evenings (he’s 2 so we want to be careful of big kids during busy times)! The staff is very nice and pays good attention to if people are being safe jumping. There is a variety of fun stuff to do as well. A great place!

This place is a joke. Im requesting to cancel membership and have my August payment refunded, Leah stated that they would not refund any memberships, even willing to subject children to the deadly Covid-19 pandemic. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and I hope this company Never make another dollar. Shame on your company for the greediness and willingness to make a dollar, than to care for the well being of others.

Attended a birthday party. First time being there. Pleased with the openness of the obstacles so I could keep an eye on my kid. Music wasn’t blaring like at other similar places. Staff seemed informed and watchful. Private party rooms in the back. I didn’t leave feeling like I or my kid had been overstimulated like at other places. Overall, a positive experience.

It was a good experience, but the bathroom had pee in the floor and everybody wore the socks in there and that is really gross bc the socks got in the phom pit. It also smelled really bad like sweaty socks and b.o. but other then that it was good

Terrible customer service. Called to cancel my children’s memberships because of COVID, submitted documentation online, & was still charged. Company is refusing to refund the charge for August membership even though the month hasn’t started. Terrible business practice. Can’t imagine this is a safe place to take children during this time.

Great fun place for when you wanna bring out your inner kid. Great place to bring the family. The foam pits gets pretty damn intense when your tired from jumping around. Those soft foam squares can get you stuck if you dont keep moving. Great place to take kids if you have the over active ones. You can easily tire them out with all the activities. I enjoyed my time jumping around for about 2 hours

Tried to cancel 60 days ago, after the contract, yet still being charged. I even have an email saying when my last charge would be and when I was charged again one month after the stated last charge, they sent another e-mail that said their first e-mail was incorrect! What a mess.

Overall a good experience. The people at the front desk are amazing and so sweet with the kids. They were very informative. The workers throughout the center were awesome at keeping people safe. My only complaint was the ENORMOUS amount of people they allow in at one time. The place was absolutely PACKED when we got done, so our last 30 minutes was really hard to do much at all because everything was packed. Parents werent watching small children and some of them would get on trampolines with adults - it was terrifying for a moment. We would totally return during slower times, but I think they might need to reevaluate the number of patrons they let in (including those watching who take up space as well). Thank you to the workers who did make our first experience great!

I brought my son here for his birthday, he had an AMAZING time. There is so much to do for everyone. We didnt purchase a party package but invited friends and family, even smaller kids attended. The younger ones did open jump and played in the foam pit. The older ones and adults played dodge ball, flipped, basketball, etc. Prices werent as bad as they seem for the amount of fun everyone had

Being followed by staff while trying to enjoy playing with my 4 and 2 year old. We were the ONLY ones in there. My four year old was learning how to jump off the swing. Again we were the ONLY ONES in the place. Staff told her she needed to jump off and not continue to swing because she had swung more than twice. Still confused as to why what we were doing was wrong but thats beside the point. We probably wont go back solely due to the actions of the staff but otherwise its not bad.

My kids had a lot of fun. When we first arrived, we waited in line for quite a while, and it seemed a smidge chaotic, but once we eventually got up to the floor, it wasnt as bad. The place was packed, for sure. Compared to Rock and Jump and the other trampoline parks weve been to, I was a bit bothered by the warp wall at Defy in terms of safety. At the top of the wall, kids stand at the top, waiting to jump forward into a foam pit. I was so worried someone was going to fall backwards down the warp wall, I had to tell my kids to stay away from it. Several kids were running around and being obnoxious, without parents nearby, I could see an accident happening from tomfoolery and no supervision. That would be a very far and very hard fall.

So we came here to celebrate my nephews 10th birthday! The kids seemed to have fun jumping and participating in the various activities available.....but this place is GROSSLY UNDERSTAFFED!! Such a long wait to sign in even though we did our waivers online prior and an EXTREMELY long wait for food....so long that I didnt even get to jump. So that was waste of $15! The girl at the food counter was so nice and sweet, this wasnt her fault at all, but she needed help in regards to the counter and food service. I felt like there were more people staffed in the back of the house than up front. Bathroom was dirty and had no paper towels. We had to clean our tables off ourselves. I like this place, but they need to do better. More staff would truly solve these issues.

Today was our first time visiting, and unfortunately I was very disappointed in the check-in process. We went for toddler time and arrived a couple minutes before it began. We waited in line for over 15 minutes to get checked in. Once we got to the counter to pay, the associate told me I had to get out of line to sign a waiver before paying and sent me to the waiver kiosk. I asked if I had to get back in line, because at this point it was already almost 20 minutes into the toddler hour and he said yes. Once again I had to stand in line AGAIN for another 15+ minutes. It literally took over 35 minutes total JUST to check-in and with a 2 and a 4 year old, that is a lifetime. I asked the associate if there was a sign anywhere informing customers they had to sign a waiver ahead of time and he rudely pointed out there was one in the lobby - the sign was literally shoved in a corner, not facing the front doors, and not in direct view of any person walking in the door. To top it off I met a friend there who has been 4 times to toddler hour with her 2 year old and she said she has not ONCE had to pay for him bc he’s 2 and under (she had one older paying kid) and they made me pay for my 2 year old. Why do some customers have to pay and some don’t, and please move your sign in sign where people will actually see it. There were other moms so mad, that it became a group discussion on how slow and terrible the check-in process was.

Our first experience at the flying spider was awesome!!! The staff were nice and helpful. The facility was neat and clean. I will be returning with my family again. If I could give this place more then five stars I would, thats just I great my experience was. Thanks guys!!!

Our 5 year old sustained a growth plate fracture when a teenager ran across her trampoline and she fell. The staff does not monitor rowdy behavior. I would not bring small children. The urgent care said they see many children from this location. Be aware! She’s in a full leg cast.

Came here for a birthday party on Saturday January 25th, the 2 check in party people were absolutely amazing! The young gentleman and lady were very kind in helping the kids with wristbands and socks! Really wish I had gotten their names, please reach out and let them know! Definitely will be back, great place.

Tyler is the best. He was so accommodating to our last minute Cardinals-game-cancelled and we quickly moved 20 boys to Flying Spider. He couldnt have been nicer and easier to work with to make the night a success. The kids had a ball. Great place for a group of kids on a Friday night!

What a cool jump place! Totally different from every other jump place I have visited! I LOVED that there were couches for parent to sit on the jump platforms, that the party rooms were not totally closed off, and that they had a ninja warrior course. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely TERRIBLE for birthday parties!!!!! I repeat terrible!!! No one was around to tell us when it was ok to start jumping, and no one was around to walk the parents and kids to the party room. Myself and 2 other moms served all the food, drinks, and picked up... while the “party planner” watched us do everything! I paid for the “legendary” party package and only came home with half the stuff I paid for. Then when I called, they were supposed to mail everything I didn’t receive the day of the party, and still haven’t received it. The party was on February 16th. I will NEVER waste my money on a party here ever again.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was way cleaner and more organized than I expected. I have never been to a place like this. My family and I will definitely be back.

A good place to burn off your energy! Went during the Christmas break and that place was crowded. The entrance price is really high but I used groupon and that made it bearable. However, they have membership now if your kids have way too high energy.The place inside was good. Their foam blocks needs to be replaced though as they look worn out and dirty.

Smells like a combination of feet but your senses adjust the place is very fun, staff are professional and work hard to keep the kiddos safe.

We had so much fun! Kids enjoyed themselves.. We went early before the crowd came then it was time to go.... only suggestion is if it was a water fountain up front for kids!

We love this place. My kids and I have the homeschoolers pass so we can visit multiple times a week for exercise a fun for a great price. The super tramps are our favorite.

This is a migraine waiting to happen but tons of fun for all ages. Lots to do. Drinks are expensive! Very crowded! Would be cool for a birthday party.

Very open so if your kids are running from one activity to another you are able to track them. My 3 yo and 5 yo and our 8 yo nephew all had a great time! If I didnt have the infant with us I would definitely have to play myself. Many activities for all skill levels. Many adults playing as well.

Very fun for children and adults. Only thing is trying to do anything as an adult is hard bc there are so many children around. I dont think it should be more for adults 21 and older considering most of them cant really have fun since there are so many children.

We are from WA state visiting family and brought our kids and their cousins to break away from the normal touristy stuff. Best decision we could have made!! Kid (grown and small) all had a blast! Facility is super clean, staff was super nice and easy going! We’ll certainly be back next time we come out!!

Friendly staff, and alot of fun!

What made our experience extra special was the male employee who helped my grandson in a few areas like the ball on the zipline since its pretty high up and of course dodge ball. That made it a-lot more fun today for him!

The staff seems really good at watching to make sure that kids are following the rules. My kids love it! It seems like its better for 7 and up.

Service would have been much better if the cafe would have completed our food orders in a timely manner. The wait is really ridiculous.

I was able to do a ninja course, play dodgeball, swing from a trapeze bar, do a zip line, and walk up a walk sideways! It was awesome!

My husband picked this for date night and it was amazing. There were so many attractions and Im glad there is a Cafe to get refreshments. We will definitely be back

DEFY has great facilities but is poorly run by teenagers & 20 somethings. Check in for a party was inefficient & unclear. When I tried to give constructive feedback to both an employee & then a manager, I was basically ignored and made to feel dumb that I didnt know their rules my first time here.

My son just turned 13, and wanted to celebrate it at Flying Spider. As you know that placed is packed with hundreds of children ready to have a great time. However, when we finally reached the check in desk we meet Brennan who was TRULY AMAZING, PLEASANT AND MOST OF ALL PATIENT!He got us checked in and as I kept apologizing for not having the children lined up and all over the place...he SMILED and said its okay. That WOWED me and for being in the hospitality industry that means the most. He is definitely an ASSET TO YOUR TEAM.PLEASE EXTEND MY THANKS TO HIM AND MAKING MY SON BIRTHDAY A BLAST. This place is awesome, there is so much for children to do they will never get bored. There is a Dodge ball section, ninja Warrior section, trapeze and swing into foam, basketball hoops for dunking, standard trampolines for jumping, and a large rock wall with a foam pit. If your child complains of boredom while here I would advise you trade your son or daughter in for a new one. This place is top notch, I highly recommend it, the money is worth it.

LOVE LOVE LOVE flying spider. The staff is phenomenal, the park is ALWAYS clean, and it seems like every time i’m there it just keeps getting better! Birthday parties are an absolute blast, the kids love getting to jump and then getting to eat pizza and cake. Great staff, great attractions, great time!

The people who worked there were great. The two men out on the floor stayed engaged with helping kids, making sure rules were being followed in a positive manner and really were making sure our visit was a fun one!!!

I loved jumping w my friends and everything, but I didn’t appreciate the clerk up at the front making fun of me for how young I looked. I also thought they were completely unorganized and under staffed.

My son loves this place. Not for me though, but I guess its not supposed to be.

Amazing spider is one the best trampoline places you can go!! When you walked in people greeted you with a smile and just had a great and amazing time. The workers were all so friendly and even helped me when I was in trouble with signing up. Also a family friend place as well. All around I would give this place a 15/5 if I could because this place is amazing. Just a happy atmosphere as well!!! I just can’t get enough of this place. I love it and will definitely come back again!!!!

Whenever my son and I go to this place it’s always amazing. He likes it way better than Sky Zone. Staff is friendly, the environment is friendly, and my son always meet new people when he comes here.

Great place to take kids. But make sure they give you the right color wrist band with the correct stop time. They messed ours up and it took 15 min to get it straightened out. Try explaining to a 4 and 5 year old that they have to sit out til I track down my receipt and loose part of their jump time.

This was my first time going there. It was the most fun that I had in a long time. I burn a few calories also. Win-Win for me!

Fun for kids. The adult rest areas are not that good. Other places have comfortable chairs and couches and or massage chairs.The worst part is they have nothing sugar free or diet to drink. On top of that, they will not allow drinks in. So if you are following a diet or have health issues, stay away.

The facility was clean. There was abundant supervision, even during the busy spring break hours. The staff was very observant, making sure all jumpers followed the rules. I felt like it was a super fun, safe activity for all 4 of my children. We’ll be back soon!

Lots of fun but a little dangerous for the younger kids. My son had a black eye within 5 minutes from the zip line. I’m not even a crazy cautious person but I walked around the entire day looking at things and wondering how many pending lawsuits there must be on that place.Also, unless you plan on taking out a second mortgage on your house to pay for it, don’t get too used to coming here. It was $50 bucks for me and my son to jump around for an hour and a half.

There wasn’t a line but the front desk was very rude. Other than that our experience was great. The facilities were top notch and clean. The people supervising the jump area were kind and vigilant.

Love love love this place! The atmosphere is terrific, kids of all ages can have a good time im 29 years old and this is probably my favorite place to go. So much to keep busy. I have 4 kids between thw age of 4&11 and usually go for a birthday or celebration of some sort so anywhere between 4 and 15 kids all ages no way i can keep my eye on all of them but never had any issue whatsoever we leave sweaty and exhausted, never with a complaint, friendly helpful staff, safe, fun, definitely reccomend flying spider if your looking for a good time *check groupon for savings*

This was my first time visiting and it was awesome. The staff was friendly and very attentive. I came at about 11 a.m. and it wasnt crowded at all each child of mine had a blast. We will definitely be coming again.

We really enjoyed this place. Only comment, we went on a Friday morning and thought there was a deal. The associate checking me in said it was on line only. I get that. Was having phone issues so was unable to utilize the coupon. Just something to think about. I have 3 kids and we go to these types of places all the time. Going the extra mile would have been nice. Overall the trampoline were a lot of fun.

Was a fantastic place to go with the kids. They used to monitor things closely and keep track of the allotted jump times which kept it from getting too crowded. The last time we went there was only one or two staff on the floor to monitor anything. Also, the last time we were there it just kept getting more and more packed because no one ever seemed to run out of time. Likely won’t be back. Also the food absolutely sucks.

We had a great time! There was enough variety that my 5 year old son could try different levels of activities and could have even stayed longer than an hour. I could even do the activities. The only change I would make is the swing a little lower. He is very tall for 5 and had trouble getting on the swing. I think he would have really enjoyed it if it had fit him better.

What a great active time... Safe and fun but always overcrowded, there are special hours in the morning for the little ones and I highly recommend them. Also special events later in the weekend evenings for older jumpers, with lights, smoke machines and really loud music.

Ww had a great time. There was a lot of different things to do. The warped wall is really fun and challenging. Great place for the family.

We went this morning for an hour during their KidsJump. It was great! My kids are 5,4 and 2. They all enjoyed it. I love the layout too. Ive been to other trampoline parks in the area and all of the stuff is scattered so its hard to keep an eye on kids...this is NOT the case here. Everything is so open. I could easily keep my eye on all 3 kids. I also loved that they had someone standing at the entrance to the gym so kids couldnt just run out. We will definitely be back again.Also, buy tickets online and sign the waiver online before going. It saved us so much time checking in.

Every time people write a review of a business is because of their personal experience on a particular occasion... I’ve been several times in this place and always in my case and other people that are familiar with it said... the customer service is always great... even on bussy days the show real interest in please you.. I celebrate my daughter’s birthday there and it was a success!!! My only suggestion : many of the parents that enjoyed the party were not familiar with the business and they even got surprised when I told them that also they can go and jump... I will include on the birthday packages guest passes for the participants so they can have a taste (parents) and get more interest on being loyal customers.. thank you for listening and making my daughter’s birthday a special day.
