So, on the one hand this is a nice park. On the other hand, it is in a part of oildale and thus does have interesting things happen sometimes. This morning a truck had hit the fence ptotecting a water pipe (clearly placed there due to experience) and then been parked, neatly, despite a good amount of damage. NOR staff, park ranger n chp all pay a visit. But it was a peaceful morning in a nice park in a not terrible part of oildale. So, all in all, not bad but not great.

Clean and well maintained, been there several times. Have Always had a his experience. People that go you this park all seemed to be nice and respectful of others.

Not a fan of wood chips in the play area. Drinking fountains dont work. The water park doesnt either. They should continue the cement walkway all the way around the park.

They were out of sweats, thermals.

Take my daughter here all the time. Theres a huge field for football, soccer, any sport really. She loves to just go and run as far as she can on her little legs. Theres a baseball field adjacent to this field. Two sets up toy sets, one for toddlers and one for older kids. A spacious covered party spot, though not that clean, convenient. Another smaller covered area next to the restrooms.

The park is very clean and friendly.

I live nearby. Its a good place to relax or play Pokemon Go.

Wish they had more water stuff. Otherwise this park is great if youre bringing a wide range of ages. We live nearby and go frequently. Good number of picnic benches and a decent sized shelter for parties. Lots of field area for kids and dogs to run. Bathrooms are pretty clean, they do a good job of cleaning them frequently.

A great park for novice drone flights practice due to huge open baseball diamond along with grass extending field. Stay out of the trees or far above. With 1000ft range its as far as a person would want their drone to travel to the north and never get the sun in their eyes if they launch from day st area...

Ehh not enought shade during the day the fountains are always somewhat dirty but its nice at night for night walks just not too late be careful where u go

Be yourself dont let anyone tell you anything different you are amazing, beautiful, handsome you are worth the world . Even if you dont like them still try and help them . Be the better person . Help anyone that you can even if it gets you no where something good will always come out. Land of the free

Very kid friendly. Clean bathrooms near playground. Lots of grassy areas to play sports or run the dog. Well lit at night. Very well maintained.

Its a clean and nice park. HOWEVER I was EXTREMELY disappointed when I went to get a drink of water that was desperately needed and None of the drinking fountains worked and the bathrooms were locked. This is a HUGE concern for me especially during the summer time. People NEED water. NOR PLEASE fix the drinking fountains ASAP!!

Awesome open setting park with water play playground available in the summer. Also like the large, clean, and locking single bathrooms. Great place for sporting and community events and birthdays

This was our first time here, and it was great! Clean, with plenty to do. Theres not a lot of wires either. Looks like it might be a good place to fly small kites.

Clean & safe park. Definitely a family oriented place to have some fun.

The park itself is amazing. The kids are great. Parents are nice . The only thing not great about this park is the bathrooms. Every single time I visited this park the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting I live right down the street I walk there almost daily the bathrooms are very very very very nasty always

Nice Park.. My kids love it!!!......But watch out fot the rude teenagers that dont know a thing about life and feel they have a right to bully their way around the playground. Had to check a few of them a few times. Nobody messes with my kids or any kid at all.

Very close for myself and my dog to walk to. Lots if space where I can let my dig run around a bit without bothering anyone. Paek is clean for the most part, (dog owners could always do better) thanks to the city, it has restrooms, plenty of parking in the lot and on the street and is well lit after dark.

Its a great place to take kids or walk your dog.

Quite spacioius, very clean and quiet, good neighborhood, not to crowded at any time....school kids of all ages walking by but no one disrespectful or troublesome, nearby walmart corner market and fast food places

Nice park no shade

Play areas need to be cleaned better by parks and recreation. Found multiple metal objects that could have seriously injured kids if they had landed on them. One was right under the swings.

TBall Practice with my grandson today what a nice day . The park is clean and being kept up nice . Great toys for the kids and a large covered patio for parties didnt really count how many 6 tables were under the awning but atleast 8 or more . Looked like a nice place for a park party and I did see a BBQ being used ..

Really cute park. Plenty of trees and nice playgrounds for older and younger children. Plenty of grass for picnics and field games. Basketball courts are in good condition and the bathrooms are clean. Very impressed.

Took my daughter here and she had the time of her life, fell right asleep when we got home.

This park is one of my kids favorite parks in town. They love the big climbing rock. The park is pretty clean. The have a large covered table area. As well as some non-covered tables. There is a larger playground for bigger kids, and a small one for the younger kids. The swings are on thier own which is nice you dont have to worry as much about young kids running in front of the swings. This park also has basketball, soccer, and baseball play areas. And a walking trail around the park. This is a wood chip park. There is no sand.

I do not recomemd the facilities. It looked like someone leaned against the wall and on the floor and wall next to the toilet.

Its aiight its kind of dangerous to come here during a fight which takes place like every 3 hours...

It was cool me and the wife just pulled over with her infant child so we could eat some tacos and we thought it looked like a cool place cuz people were playing basketball I dont really know the area I dont live here but it was nice

A quant and quiet park. It has a nice little playground and shaded areas to relax or even picnic on the right day.

Excellent for get away with the family, or even some time along or with a a special someone. A very cozy place to wind down and relax.

Not terrible, used to be a lot worse but its really shaped itself up, nice comfortably sized playground and a large field to play with kids or animals
