Very clean, quiet, and quaint little place everyone watch out for each other but minds their own business. Great place to live.

REASONABLE RENT, SECURITY GATED COMMUNITY. NEEDS MORE AMENITIES. NO COMMUNITY CENTER. Safe neighborhood

Secured automated gate entry with most tenants having a long term occupancy. Generally speaking from within the park a quite place... By proximity crazy, loud & otherwise can be a stones throw away. Tenants and visitors alike can be traped if a fire were to occur because the automated exit gate will only open from the inside from the weight of an automobile. Tryed to exit after visiting a friend and got the 3rd degree and a video was made as if i was a theif fleeing the schene of the crime by a nosey tenant who watched me for 15 minutes passively trying to get out to freedom. All because i rode in on my bike using the assigned gate entry code. Blue car lady acts like she is owwns the entire place

My son lives there The owner Gloria is very nice It is a gated community He feels pretty safe there

The manager Gloria is a racist.This park is 98% Caucasian despite the neighborhood being 98% hispanic. I’m not saying all the tenants are racist but I have been profiled twice just walking down the street.Recently I was walking to the laundry room to help my mother and Gloria yelled from across the street “YOU DONT BELONG HERE! WHERE ARE YOU GOING?! IM WATCHING YOU!!!”I ignored her hostility and when I came out of the laundry room with my mother she realized whose son I was and, just like a typical racist, she tried to justify BARKING at me by saying “there’s crime in the neighborhood”Mind you, it was 2pm in the afternoon and I had on khaki shorts, neon blue tank top and flip flops.... not exactly the attire of someone on their way to commit a crime. Furthermore, this is a gated trailer park and there hasn’t been any crime here whatsoever. Some people even leave their car windows rolled down.So if you want to live in a nazi ghetto where you need your “gold star” just to walk down the street, this is the perfect place for you.

That trailer park needs some maintenance done to it, down there.
